Beishaolin The Explosive Force
___Description: ___Explosive Force moves are based on the Northern Shaolin style of Kung Fu. Aspects of this style can be seen through the similar emphasis on technical kicking strikes, fundamentally strong movements, and the usage of swift and direct maneuvers. Explosive Force is an external style that uses long, aggressive strikes that explode and drive through opponents armor. Explosive Force emphasizes kicking over fighting with hands; though it does not sacrifice hand fighting altogether. Kicks are meant to be extended as far as possible without compromising balance. Many techniques feature quick, successive attacks that utilize momentary bursts of extreme power, much like an explosion. It optimizes a strong, continuous offense, sacrificing defense for greater power, thus making it a very aggressive style. ___Relevant Training: Hard Physical, Soft Physical.
___Notes: • Optionally Rigorous: This style can consume two [2] taijutsu slots, and cannot be learned if you possess another rigorous style. If the user does so, They gain double the amount of descriptive ranks, double the amount of temporary descriptive ranks per attack, and double the max amount of temporary descriptive ranks of this style. This style may be trained as non-rigorous and changed to rigorous at a later date, given the user still meets the requirements to learn a single rigorous style. • Temporary descriptive ranks gained through attacks max out at six each [6]. • Each Complex and Spiritual technique is counted as one [1] rank higher in strength in terms of calculating damage vs armor. • All temporary descriptive ranks stack for a total of three [3] of the user's posts, and can be reapplied with each new attack. However, all temporary descriptive ranks are lost if the user is knocked prone, disengages from hand to hand, or is forced into a full defensive action [ie. using substitution jutsu, body flicker, or devoting an entire post to blocking or remaining stationary] • Gains a slight increase to strength with every odd numbered [1,3,5] stage mastered for a total of a moderate increase, and a slight increase to speed with every even numbered [2,4,6] stage mastered for a total of a moderate increase upon mastery. • Cannot learn past Stage Two [2] until the user has defeated at least one [1] opponent [spar or real fight] using only this style. Similarly, the user cannot learn past Stage Four [4] until they have defeated five [5] opponents [spar or real fight] using this style. Stage Four rank up fights can be used in conjunction with other techniques and styles. • Breath and Force must be trained at each stage up to Stage 3. If the user has not trained in both of these techniques, taijutsu from the respective stages costs 10 more stamina or chakra to perform.
___S t a g e O n e [ E ] Breath Rank: X :: Training Description: The Power of Beishaloin is drawn from the breath. As such, a major part of early training is learning how to properly breath. Without this training, one could easily exhaust themselves through this fighting style. The form is simple. Breath is drawn into the lungs, filling them completely, then exhaled on each attack, producing a stronger striking force.
Force Rank: X :: Training Description: Breath is only one part of the equation. Without the knowledge of how to direct it, your form has no power. In Beishaolin, the breath is exhaled upon each strike, for the length of the strike. Start slow, going through the motions and slowly exhaling on each forward motion. Quicken your strikes and breathing till it's become second nature.
Stance Rank: E :: Training Description: Beishaolin has many lunging kicks and wide strikes. A constantly spread body is not a normal form for most people. As such, trainees are required to hone their form, taking a wide legged stance for hours at a time, and even learning to move in said form.
___S t a g e T w o [ D ] Advancing Strike Rank: X :: Simple Description: The practitioner spreads one leg back behind them, foot pointed away, then brings the very same side up in a forward step, punching as they do so, gaining momentum for their next strike as well as pushing the advance. After this taijutsu is used, the practitioner gains a temporary slight increase to strength.
Extended Kick Rank: X :: Simple Description: The practitioner, from their widened stance, brings their back leg up and forward in a sharp, upward kick. They then bring it downward and turn it into a forward step, further pressing the advance. After using this taijutsu, the practitioner gains a temporary slight increase to their strength.
Pivoting Strike Rank: X :: Complex Description: This technique can be used from any position, but it best used just after a forward step. The practitioner lands on the heel of their forward foot and, instead of fallowing through with the rest of the foot, does a spiral motion, letting their momentum spin them around any desired length. This move is primarily used as a way to change your facing without losing any striking power, but it can be used as a dodge, or incorporated with a kick or punch to strike out at an opponent who has shifted locations. This technique grants the practitioner a slight increase to their strength.
___S t a g e T h r e e [ C ] Follow Up Rank: X :: Complex Description: An admittedly basic technique that combines the two major forms of second stage into one devastating attack. The practitioner, from their widened stance, takes a step forward and punches outward with the arm opposite they took the step with, bringing themselves lower to the ground. They will then immediately kick up and forwards, carrying their momentum upwards. Meant to give the opponent a series of rapid strikes with little to no time to maintain the offense. This technique grants the practitioner a mild boost to their strength.
Duck and Weave Rank: C :: Simple Description: One of the few defensive techniques learned in Beishaolin, it is best used from a low stance, but can be performed at any. Using the skills learned from Pivoting Strike, the practitioner ducks low to the floor and sweeps their body forward, dodging any attacks that would strike at waist height or above, stopping their pivot with the opposite foot behind them, and re-assuming their widened stance. This is considered a full defensive technique, and thus removes all temporary descriptive ranks gained through Beishaolin taijutsu.
Sweeping Kick Rank: X :: Simple/Complex Description: A simple low sweeping kick performed by pivoting on one heel and sweeping outwards with the other leg fully extended. If performed in this manner, it is counted as being a Simple technique. However, if the practitioner is able to chain this attack directly from using the Duck and Weave technique, it is not only considered a Complex technique but replaces Duck and Weave's removal of all Beishaolin based temporary descriptive ranks with a gained slight descriptive rank to strength instead.
___S t a g e F o u r [ B ] The Explosive Force Rank: X :: Spiritual Description: The true strength of Beishaolin comes from maintaining the assault and turning all gained momentum into powerful bursts of energy. Momentum, however, is not the only way one can achieve powerful strikes. The practitioner funnels a sizable amount of chakra into their fist, then, at the moment of impact, blasts the chakra outward in a crippling explosion of force. Any enemy struck with an attack augmented with technique loses all gained descriptive ranks in speed until the wound is healed as they are dazed from the force of the blast. This technique increases the attack it is augmenting by a number of descriptive ranks directly correlating to the amount of chakra used [ie. E ranked = 1, D rank =2, C rank = 3 ect]. These descriptive ranks do not stack with additional descriptive ranks gained from other Beishaolin techniques and are only used in damage calculation for the attack they are augmenting. This technique cannot push the damage of an attack over S-ranked. Any technique augmented with this ability becomes a Spiritual attack. In addition, if the practitioner has a Katon Chakra Nature, this attack can become a fire based technique.
The Dancing Viper Rank: B :: Complex Description: A long form, multi-directional assault in which the practitioner lunges forward, keeping their core low, and punches upwards with one arm. They will then immediately follow through by pivoting on their forward foot, bringing their other around for an extended kick. After turning this kick into yet another forward step, the practitioner brings their other leg upwards into a second and final kick. This technique grants the practitioner a mild boost to their strength
Crashing Lunge Rank: B :: Complex Description: The practitioner focuses a small burst of chakra to their feet, propelling them upwards into the air. From their aerial position, they bring down a fully extended leg onto their opponent with the full force of their momentum. Meant as a sort of finishing blow. This technique is counted as having received an additional slight increase to strength in along side any current descriptive ranks. However, due to the sudden stopping nature of this attack, all temporary descriptive ranks gained through Beishaolin taijutsu are immediately lost.
___S t a g e F i v e [ A ] Blasting Deflection Rank: A :: Spiritual Description: The ultimate defensive technique for practitioners of the Beishaolin style. Carrying their momentum forward, the practitioner augments a forward thrust with a nonelemental blast of chakra, capable of sending any projectiles flying backwards, as well as dispelling and jutsu of equal or lesser strength. This technique is considered a full defensive action and thus completely removes all temporary descriptive ranks gained through Beishaolin taijutsu. Additionally, due to the amount of force required to pull off this technique, it may not be used unless the practitioner has accumulated 4 total temporary descriptive ranks from Beishaolin techniques. Additionally, if the user has a Katon Chakra Nature, this becomes a fire technique
Blast Wave Rank: A :: Spiritual Description: After a series of devastating attacks, the opponents usually have their roots broken, and are susceptible to one good push. Using this technique, once the practitioner is close enough, they halt all forward strikes and instead re-assume their basic wide footed stance. However, when they plant their feet, all momentum and energy gained through their assault is suddenly released in a full 360 blast wave, sending anything within a 30ft radius flying. This attack has a base power of A ranked, but gains a boost in damage equal to the number of temporary descriptive ranks from Beishaolin techniques the practitioner has, up to a limit of S ranked. All temporary descriptive modifiers gained from Beishaolin attacks are immediately lost as of the resolution of this technique. In addition, if the practitioner has a Katon Chakra Nature, this becomes a fire technique
___S t a g e S i x [ S ] Relentless Assault Rank: S :: Spiritual Description: A simple,but devastatingly powerful, augmentation technique granted only to the most seasoned of Beishaolin Masters. Using a powerful blast of energy directed from the feet, much like with Crashing Lunge, the practitioner rockets forward, racing towards their opponent with frightening speed. This ability can be augmented onto any action or technique that results in the immediate loss of all acquired temporary Beishaolin descriptive ranks, and negates their loss.
The Dancing Dragon Rank: S :: Spiritual Description: The Dancing Dragon isn't actually one specific technique, but a chain of multiple free-form kicks and punches. Through this technique, the practitioner chains together a series of 6 attacks, each accompanied by a blast of chakra as per the rules of The Explosive Force, but capping at a mild descriptive rank per hit. Due to the amount of energy the practitioner exerts during this technique, it cannot be performed unless the user has accumulated a total of +6 temporary descriptive ranks from Beishaolin techniques. In addition, the practitioner of this technique loses all temporary descriptive ranks gained from Beishaolin techniques.

Character: Xion Akagami Technique Name: Sensory range+ Rank: Augment [Learned as A-rank, Used at X-rank] Type: Sensory Ninjutsu Element: Maruton Description:Through sensory compensation for her lack of sight, Xion has learned to be particularly flexible with her sensory techniques. Xion can potentially increase her sensory range to outrageous distances by augmenting, which takes no additional activations, her sensory techniques with additional chakra when they are activated. The amount of chakra that can be used to augment a sensory technique is linked directly to her rank, Xion cannot use this technique above her body rank. Obviously, the more chakra used, the greater the range. Multipliers from this technique are always applied last when calculating sensory technique range. E- range x2 D- range x4 C- range x6 B- range x8 A- range x10 S- range x12 As augmentation of this extent is only possible because Xion has never known what it means to see and her focus on sensory techniques to overcome this hurdle, only those who have been blind since young, like Xion, and are of the sensor class, again like Xion, can learn this technique. Upon regaining sight, this technique is gradually lost.
Character:Taylor (To replace Wing Blast, since I learned birds can use their wings as fans and thus will have Horus eventually learn the wind techniques) Technique Name: Chain Reduction Rank: C Type: Bukijutsu Element: Spiritual Description: An enchantment one preforms on their weapon. It decreases the chain scythe's length to just the sickle with six inches of chain with the weighted end at the end. When the user pulls on the chain, however, it extends the length of the chain to the user's desires. In addition, while the user throws either the weighted end or the sickle, the chain can extend to the user's desire. The chain has a maximum extension to that of weapon. In addition, when the user extends the chain, then this technique has to be repaid in order to return the weapon to the initial short form.
Character:Selina Technique Name: Flower Transportation Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Bloodline Description: Allows Selina to surround an ally target with three flowers worth of petals. Selina can then transport the target to another location at the speed of a body flicker. Consumes one charge of the body flicker technique to use this.

Otherwise the technique is considered a failure. Selina cannot use this technique on the same stat twice on the same target.
Character:Selina Technique Name: Miracle of Life Rank: B-S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Bloodline Description: Selina calls her flower petals to her hands as she places them over a wounded target. The life chakra which caused the flowers to live is transferred to the target in order to heal wounds. At B-ranked with five flower worth of petals, the user is able to heal moderate wounds. At A-rank with ten flowers worth of petals, she is able to heal severe wounds. At S-ranked amount, with fifty flowers worth of petals, she is able to bring someone back from the point of near death. To do so requires three post of usage, however, and will knock Selina out.
Character:Selina Technique Name: Flower Cannon Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Bloodline Description: Selina calls her flower petals to her hands as she forms a bizarre handseal, her two hands coming together opened palm with the thumbs touching in order to make a triangle between the two. The flower petals fly to the triangle as they transmute into pure energy. The energy forms into a basketball sized ball of pink chakra in front of the handseal. Once Selina breaks her two hands apart, the ball flies off. When it hits something it erupts into an explosion. The technique consumes five flowers worth of petals. For every additional twenty flowers worth of chakra the rank of the technique is increased by one.

Character:Selina Technique Name: Almighty Flower Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Bloodline Description: Selina creates a thirty foot giant flower. The flower has six large petals, which break down and release into five flowers worth of petals each. In addition, the flower renews its flower petals every six post it is out. The flower can take one attack of equal rank or one fire technique of one ranked lower strength before it dissolves.

Character:Natsumi Himura Technique Name: Kagura no Ishi [Will of Kagura] Rank: B Element: Maruton Description: By better focusing chakra used for the sensory effect of Kagura Mind's Eye when the technique is activated the user can better control its use even while mobile. Paying this technique's cost along with Kagura Mind's Eye allows the user to activate the latter without having to stay still for one post first, and they can continue to use its effects without having to remain still. However, in turn this halves the range of Kagura Mind's Eye for as long as it is in use. This technique is used in conjunction with Kagura Shingan, so it does not take any additional activations when used.

Character: Zyuna Hyuuga Technique Name: Stance of the Elementals Rank: X [ B-rank learning ] Type: Supplemental Taijutsu Element: Null Description:This move depends entirely on the Hsing-I Pakua augment move used before it ( Ei: Hou, Tu, Jin, etc. ). As long as Zyuna stays in this stance, it allows her a "Mild" raise in the stat stated by the previous augment move per rank. This move's upkeep payment is two ranks lower than it's intial cast payment, going no lower than D-rank. This move can be double casted for an additional stat to be added, but the upkeep is then raised to match the original casting rank. No more than two augments can be used, and only one augment can be carried per cast. Being knocked off balance, knocked out, knocked down, or otherwise displaced from the stance causes this effect to disappear.
Fire -- The left arm is brought in front of Zyuna, hand flat, palm facing upwards, elbow bent. The left arm is placed behind the back, in a fist, sitting against the user's lower back. The body is turned sideways to the enemy, with the left side facing forward. Both legs are a shoulder's width apart.
Earth -- Much like the fire stance, but inverted. Legs are still an shoulder's width apart, but now the right side is facing the enemy. Right arm is in front of the user, hand in a fist, about chin height. The left arm is across the body, hand in a fist, about navel height; much like a boxer's pose.
Metal -- Similar to the Earth stance, where the right side is still facing the enemy. Both arms have fisted hands, but now both hands are now about face height. The legs are bent, allowing for more balance and more defensive movement, with the right foot being more forward then the left, the right foot pointed towards the enemy.
Water -- Silimar to Metal, the legs being in the same pose, and the body is inverted where the side facing the enemy is the left side with the leg leg pointing forward. The left arm is facing forward, elbow bent, with a straight hand with the palm facing outwards towards the enemy. The right hand is lowered to the user's right hip, the hand in the same position as the left.
Wood -- Similar to Water, except now the legs are drawn back together and the user is standing about a shoulder's width apart and the user is now facing the enemy head on. The hands are now in a loose claw-like position, elbows pointed out. Both hands rest at the same level as in the Water position.

Five flowers bloom out of various parts of the thorn entanglements. Each post a flower withers out. If these thorns are destroyed while the opponent is still bound within them and there is still at least one flower on the thorns, then the target is shocked with a B-ranked amount of lightning ninjutsu. The user has the option to call forth the flowers for their petals in order to allow them to last more than a post, but also negate the secondary effect of the bindings.

Character: Mihoko Suzu Technique Name: Royal Aroma Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Maruton Description:Royal Aroma Technique channels out very strong pheromones. The pheromones drive only males into a strong feeling of lust, where the user is the only one who can command them, however it is usually only very simple commands as above all else, they are overcome with lust for the user. An example would be, ordering them to leave the user alone, to put their weapons down or to do something simple, although the males are under the impression they will win the affection of the user if they do these simple tasks. As a result, if they feel that someone is threatening to take Mihoko they will attack those around them indiscriminately for [4] Posts, until the effects wear off. The technique can be disrupted by Fuuton, breathing apparatuses, ect. It spreads out in a 12m radius around her. The state of lust lasts for [3] posts.

Character: Mihoko Suzu Technique Name: Royal Channelling Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: Maruton Description: This technique allows Mihoko to channel her pheromones to one particular target in a funnel. However, those who walk through the funnel will also be effected by the technique.
Technique Name: Radical Good Speed - Shell Bullet Rank: X Type: Ninjutsu Element: Jinton Description: To compensate for their inability to effectively utilize "hard" styles of combat, the Jinton user can use this technique to land precise strikes on a foe from a distance. The user charges jinton chakra into their limb while performing a thrusting or swinging strike. In turn, they can momentarily unleash a focused burst of air pressure with that motion which is only the size of the limb/weapon used for the attack at E-Rank (about 0.5ft diameter). The power and range of this technique is dependent on the amount of chakra used. For every rank of chakra applied, the Shell Bullet can travel twenty [20] feet past the reach of the user's fist; the attack's size doubles for each additional rank applied. Royal Aroma Technique: I will preface this by saying that I'm not well-versed in the precedent for mind-control techniques and will defer to Fruity and Rinaku's judgment on that matter. The duration should be reduced to 4-5 posts and the area effected should be on the scale of 8-12 meters.

Technique Name: Earth Conversion Rank: Null (Learned at C-Rank) Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: The user performs a few hand seals then rests one hand on the ground. The molded doton chakra is directed to the target area. The chakra aggressively converts the earthly materials in the target area into another earthly material of their choosing (ie - dirt into stone, etc.). The user can only convert substances into up to one other material per body rank (D-rank=1, C-rank=2, etc.).
