Bimithor caught a glimpse of the elf walking down to the lower levels ignoring the ranger, he quickly followed the elf, seeing if he could get any information about why the ranger was being so stubborn.

Elrothiel? Ranu cried out, turning to run after her. The elf meant far more to him than the city and he would not see her leave his life again.

The buzzing having gone away from Hrorik's mind, he began to look for Ranu and Elrothiel. He saw the the ranger run after the elf and Hrorik decided that he and Amaroq would return to the stables as quickly as possible. Considering the guards that were edging towards them. With a leap like a mountain goat, Amaroq jumped onto the wall and began to head down towards the stables.

Nova glanced at the one speaking, Urelooke, with quizzical composure. "Help, eh? Like what?" Nova's voice was iritated, from the interuption and all.

Stiffeling a laugh at the misreading of her words, she decided to go with it. "Yes, sounds resonable. I'm wondering exactly what sort of help you need, sir." Nova spoke with the traditional poker face.

Elrothiel didn't hear, disappearing determinedly into the crowd. She was an elf and nimble, so she was good at it. This time she had no particular objective in mind, so it was easy to just take the gaps as they presented themselves.

Ranu may have been a Ranger, more nimble than most of the race of Men, but he was also in a hurry. That meant he would not bother with waiting for gaps. He charged straight through people, knocking them over, or to the side as he raced after the elf.

Elrothiel reached the second flight of steps, got halfway, then vaulted the stone wall, dropping to the floor beneath. She landed in a crouch and straightened immediately, graceful as she crossed to another section of the city. She chose an objective and deliberately made herself hard to follow as she went there. She wanted to be alone.

As the elf leapt, Ranu bit his lip. Closing his eyes a moment, he muttered a cutting comment under his breath, drew his dagger and broke into a sprint towards the edge. Springing from the wall, Ranu fell swiftly, stabbing his dagger into the wall where its friction slowed his decent enough to prevent his legs from breaking, but not enough to avoid a soft growl of pain.

Bimithor saw Ranu jump off the cliff and decided to follow. He leaped off and stuck his dagger in the wall but he lost his grip and fell.He let out a yell of pain as a loud crunching sound let out

Elrothiel wended her way in and out of buildings, making her way to the stables. The route may be convoluted and took twice as long as was strictly necessary, she would get there before any of the men could stop her.

Ranu span, eyes narrowed a moment, then he smiled faintly. "Ah good. I presume you want to catch the elf too? Can you run still? Get to the gates and have them shut them. Tell them... Erm.." he hesitated, "Tell them its for the white Wizard." They should listen to that. For a while. "Good luck." Cloak snapping, the Ranger span and sprinted for the main gate himself. He was the back up plan. If it went wrong, she'd have to get past him.

Elrothiel strode inside, ignoring the stablehands as she stroked a hand down her horse's neck, before saddling and bridling it. She could have ridden barfeback to save time, but it made it harder to carry the possessions she kept in the saddlebags. Less than five minutes later, she was out again, leading the horse out of the stable and the busy cross-section before flinging herself into the saddle and heading towards the main gateway.
