Bah, glad this crappy weeks over. Of course now I need to get a lab report done. Stupid teachers trying to get everything in before spring break. Anyways, I did get that extra interlude for the column done, though Gaia didn't want me to put it up last night. (Stupid houses.)

I won't be able to get on very much anymore, 'less I sneak on. Parents have banned me from Gaia. Not from anything else, just Gaia so I may not be able to see the next issues come out

Wow, tell you're parents it's one of the most intellectual forums on the internet along with some very intelligent people. Especially the eleventy-one. It has at least one person nearing a genius level iq. Now if only lanzer would stop trying to attract more damn kids.

There! All writers, with the exception of Star, whom I'll have to contact through other means, have been contacted. Now just to wait for the response. ^^

"kids" implying "n00bs"
Seeing as how most n00bs (note: not newbs) are in the 11-13 age range.

Kraeela "kids" implying "n00bs" Seeing as how most n00bs (note: not newbs) are in the 11-13 age range. Therefore, some of the less intelligent Gaians assume that if you fall within that range, you are a n00b and are not to be taken seriously.

Apparently, you have connections in high places, Jaho! Hehe. Why don't you suggest a submission or two from your brilliant friend? The 'zine can always use more entries like that.

Well it really depends how you define genius. I'm just using that gifted is the label used before genius. The problem with them is that most of them keep them locked on their hardrives, are in a private guild for the reason of first publication rights.

Okay, I think we should close submissions for the second issue now. We need to save room for the Seven Sins project, after all. wink Anyway, this is what we have so far!
Poems - February 14th by Jillbean - Fried Potatoes by Todd O. Massey - Subjugated Peregrination by OsakePenguin - Still Pending by TheLadyPtali
Fiction - Make a Wish by Danube P - The Badger Brigade by Hemp Fandango - Symphony by Igby
Columns - Paragraphs and You by Jahoclave - Playing God? by Nobrin - Still Pending by Ashely the Fascist
Great job gathering content, my fellow staffies! Things are working like clockwork. We should be able to start voting within a week or so. Should we make the Seven Sins entries eligible for Best of Issue?

Hm... No, but maybe a poll or something. People tell which was their favorite. Or a seperate, smaller award, like a spotlight.
I also think that we should give each of the writers in the project a sum of gold, not a lot. However, seeing as some of the writers aren't responding or showing any sign of continuing the project, those who don't finish don't recieve the prize. I'll give them a while longer, seeing as it's only the 6th of March and we have about 16 more days.
