The Kumo Kumo no Mi (Cloud Cloud Fruit) allows the user to generate, manipulate, or become clouds. Like other logia fruits, when the user is hit, he/she can simply use their power to turn into clouds. Also, the user is able to fly by turning their lower part into clouds, greatly enhancing the user's movement speed.

Strengths:
-The Kumo Kumo no Mi allows the user to generate water particles (clouds). Unlike the Moku Moku no Mi (Plume Plume Fruit), the Kumo Kumo no Mi allows the user to condense or expand the water particles in the air, which can be used to create (or stop) rain. The user can also condense water particles to the point where the user can use it to destroy things with brute force, like ships or buildings. And, unlike the Moku Moku no Mi, It is not cancelled out when confronted by fire, but will more than likely put out the fire.
-Bounty Hunters are good ageist devil fruit users, power is up by 2 ranks
-Vary good at sword abilities powers up by 1 rank
-Will always carry around a sword, net and cuffs made of sea stone (if devil fruit user have to were gloves when touching)

Background Information
My name is Kumo, and I was born in Shimotsuki Village, a village in the East Blue. I was raised by my grandparents (They were really just old people who took me in, but I always called them my grandparents anyway). I never really liked them, since they always treated me as a pet rather than a grandson.
Anyway, I was told by my "grandpa" that my parents were killed because I went and ate some fruit that belonged to pirates, and then the evidence i made went back to my house, leading the pirates the to believe that my parents took it and killed them. My grandpa said "luckily for you, you were playing in the forest with some older kids from the Isshin Dojo!" though really I don't see I don't see how that made me lucky if my parents died because of my actions.
Eventually I ran away from home to the Isshin Dojo, because most of the people I looked up to were there. That was also when I decided to go by Cloud rather than Kumo (yes, they both mean the same thing), just because I liked the word. Now I just tell everyone my name is Cloud K. Taka (Taka is my last name).
A lot of things happened during that 10 years. I discovered my powers gained from that fruit I ate, and trained myself in swordsmenship along with my newfound abillities. But one day, one of my closest friends, who was also a swordsmen, Cici (pronounced "Zizi"), was murdered by a navy soldier on some other island. I was crushed when I heard the news. Her funeral was very depressing, even I shed a few tears. She used to tell me all the time of how she wanted to find One Piece, and at first I said it wasn't possible, but in the end I gave in and started to tell her to never give up on her dream. I could've stopped her, but I didn't, therefore I have to take responsibility. After the funeral I practiclly trained myself 4 times as hard as before.
Now, after all these years, it's time to put my training to the test.
It's my job to finish my friend's dream.

Background Information
Sorren in the past was just a renegade, jumping ship to ship for paydays, he has done it all as apart of crews, although now that he is a navigator he still has his former skills basically able to do what you want when you want. Background Information
born in a small island, in the north blue. Pirates always came and terrfied the small island. Escaping into a small crate she was boarded on a ship and ported to a city. She grew up listening to the pirate tales the story tellers came out and told. Exited about the adventures she heard. She grew up running from the cops and orphanges that tryed to contain her. Till she was old enough to one day board a ship and set off on her own adventures.

Background Information
Paro grew up on a small island called Titanus somewhere in the North Blue. The small island thrives on exporting fruit and musicians, as almost everyone on the island is proficient with some instrument. Paro was gifted with the ability to be able to play all instruments, as she would pick up learning rather quickly. This put some tension between her and her brother, Orpheus, whom she loved dearly.
All was normal, until one day a band of pirates came to island and began to slaughter everyone. Paro watched as her parents were slaughtered as she tried her best to defend herself with Carlile but she was overpowered. Her pretty face saved her, but not before her heart broke as she saw her brother join this blood-thirsty crew. Fearing the worst, she vowed she would find a pirate crew stronger than this one and take her brother back. In the dead of the night she, with Carlile sitting on her shoulder, stole one of the life boats and rowed away from the anchored ship.
After rowing for days straight, she finally made it to a port town, exhausted, dehydrated, and almost insane. She was carried to the hospice were she recovered rather quickly, but it was mostly because she didn't do well with the blood, death and sickness.Now she wanders the streets, playing her Carlile for coin, hoping she can find a pirate crew to take back her brother.

Background Information
Adelaide Juin was born to a small family on a little island of Erion. Her father was a sword crafter who taught their only daughter how to fight against her brothers. The boys called her Juin because they couldn't pronounce Adelaide or Ade. When she was ten she was exploring the woods and found a baby fox there who had been hurt. Juin took the fox home and brought it back to health, it stayed with her so she kept it and named her Surra. At 16 Juin and Surra went out to learn and practice swords play. While she was gone her family's home was lit on fire and her family burned. She found the culprits and killed them now she roams looking for something to put her to the test

Unknown to even his parents, Vega was born with an already twisted and defective mind. As a child, this became known to all as he showed a very visible lack of understanding the difference between right and wrong, good and evil, death and life. To the few that actually got to meet and speak with him they would see that he was clearly not a normal child. He is a bad person, but not evil, he is rebellious, but adheres to order and rules. He is not insane, but clearly is not sane. Vega's very being is a living contradiction. As he matured his mind only warped more, he now, had a little understanding of good and evil, but he does not treat them as such. While there are those who sees good as righteous and evil as bad, he does not. He treats them as equals. An evil person and a good person are both the same in his eyes, there is no difference. Vega does not follow what many would see as a normal way of life. He lives purely on instincts and his own personal desires. If he is hungry, he'll eat. If he is tired, he'll sleep. If he decides that there is a person or being that should die, then he will simply kill them, no matter if they are dark, legal or non-mage, poor or rich, young or old, God or human. At times, Vega will show his arrogance as he will not acknowledge the authority of anyone, including that of the one who resurrected. He considers all those around him as nothing more than pawns and he disregards any individual who would try to be on the same level as him. He abides by no rules but his own, and does not acknowledge the sovereignty of those claiming to be kings and queens themselves. When he enters battle, either friendly sparring or a real fight to the death, Vega does not take it seriously at all. He is prone to underestimating his opponents and views the battle as a game, to amuse him for a bit. This usually prevents him from acknowledging his opponent as a real threat, though it has not led to his defeat, it can come into play. The only time he will fight someone seriously or use more power than necessary, is when he engages in combat against someone who has earned his respect. As of now, there are only two beings that have earned his respect, one being Death the Kid and the other, Divine Hope.
History:
To know about Vega, is to know about the woman called Anew and the man known as Gabriel. Anew was a poor prostitute, while Gabriel was a man of high social and political standards. They were classes apart and yet the two came to know each other, after bumping into one another, on one fateful night. At first, Gabriel was a little hesitant of talking to her, not because of her work or social class, but because he did not know how to talk to women. Seeing this, Anew would be the first to speak. She asked him for his name and how he ended up in the shadiest parts of the city. To which Gabriel would explain to her in detail. After explaining, the two would laugh at his situation and Anew would offer Gabriel her place to stay for the night. Yet again, Gabriel would become hesitant, he had never been to a woman's house, especially at night, however, as he looked over Anew, he felt...calm and relaxed. It was as if she had some sort of special power over him. So, with a smile, Gabriel ended up accepting her offer and followed her home.
A few minutes later, the two would arrive at Anew's place. It was a rather large and spacious home. It appeared like it could house an entire family of five, maybe even more. Gabriel was taken back by it. Given her questionable line of work, he did not expect her to have such a beautiful home. "Shocked?" she asked as she made her way to the door. Looking into her purse for the keys. Walking behind her, Gabriel shrugged, "Actually, I am. In all honesty, I did not expect you to own such a wonderful home." he told her. As soon as he finished, Anew would find the key and open her door. "Looks can be deceiving, love." she added before stepping aside and letting Gabriel into her home. Stepping in, Gabriel actually liked how nice and quaint her home was. As he looked around, Anew headed towards the living room, motioning for him to follow her, to which he did. "You can sleep on the couch for tonight and in the morning, you can call your butler or maid or whatever, to come and get you." Anew stated. "You know, you shouldn't judge others as well." Gabriel retorted, seeming a little offended. "It's not like I chose to have this life. It is hard living up to the expectations of those around me and trying to make everyone happy." Anew would turn around and stare at him for a few seconds. "Do you want me to feel sorry for you? Should I apologize?" she asked. "It seems to me that you are just too afraid to disappoint others, that you would rather live a life of unhappiness and mediocrity, instead of doing what you want." Hearing her, Gabriel became visibly angry and pushed her up against the wall. "Who the hell do you think you are? Just because we talked with one another, it doesn't mean you know me. How could you? You're just some prostitute, who would probably sleep with anyone or do anything just for a couple of bucks." After he said this, Gabriel would stare into Anew's eyes, but he didn't see anger or sadness, it was like his words didn't affect her at all. "And?" she replied, as she broke free of his grip and pushed him back. "If that is all, you have to say, the you really are a weak moron." she added before turning to leave, but before she could, Gabriel grabbed her by the wrist.
With his head lowered, he would sigh, "I-I'm sorry." he stated. "I shouldn't have said those things. I really didn't mean to. It's just that I was so angry, that I wanted you to feel the same way." Hearing Gabriel, Anew's body relaxed a bit and she would stare back at him, revealing the tears in her eyes. Despite her appearance from earlier, his words must have really hurt her. Seeing this, Gabriel, purely on instinct, pulled Anew over towards him and wrapped his arms around her. "I'm sorry. I'm such an idiot." he would say, as Anew simply nodded. Suddenly, anew would look up at him and without really even realizing it, the two would kiss. That one brief second, was all it took to make the two realize their feelings for one another and without a second's thought, they began to undress each other. The scene then faded away as the two fell down on the couch. As the night soon faded, the sun would rise and a knock on the door could be heard. Shifting back to the couch, only Gabriel would be seen, laying there partially covered by a blanket, which concealed his nude body. As the knocking at the door became more frequent, Gabriel began to stir and soon wake up. Looking around, Anew was nowhere to be found. All that was left of her, was a note, telling him that he was right. That she was nothing but a prostitute and deserved someone better. Sighing, Gabriel was at a lost for words. Where did she go? What did this mean? He had a lot of questions, but sadly, neither would be answered as the man knocking on the door would soon break it down. "Father!" The man, tall and large, made his way over to Gabriel and dragged him to his feet. "Boy, you're late for your studies." he told him. "I don't know what you're doing in this filthy part of town, but you are to return home immediately." his father would stated. Gabriel wanted to oppose him, every fiber in his body, just wanted him to fight back, but Gabriel didn't. Just like it has always been, Gabriel followed his father's words, even if it meant forsaking his own self. With a heavy heart, Gabriel, after getting dressed, would leave the house.
Several months would pass after that and Gabriel would not come into contact with Anew, since that night. After his studies and meetings, Gabriel found time and ways to sneak out of the estate, unnoticed. After doing so, the young man would make his way back to Anew's home, hoping that one day, she would appear there once again, but as time grew on, his presence there grew less and less until he stopped visiting altogether. Gabriel came to realize that Anew would never return, that after that one night, he would not get to see her again. As he realized this, Gabriel closed himself off to others. His father would set him up on several dates, with several beautiful and highly influential women, but in the end, Gabriel always turn them down and even go as far as to insult them, making sure they would never come to him again. This continued on for 3 more months. It got to the point in which even his father, could not stir the sullen boy. If nothing was done soon, many feared that he would never go back to the way he was, something needed to be done about this situation. Lying alone in his room, Gabriel's mind was filled with thoughts of Anew and their passionate encounter. It took him all this time, but he realized that in that one night, he had fallen in love with her. That no other woman could ever replace her, she was the only one for him. Sitting up on his bed, Gabriel came to a decision. "I'm going to find you, Anew." he shouted before he began packing a bag full of clothes. Hearing the commotion, Gabriel's father would come into the room. "What are you doing?" he asked. "I'm going to go look for her, father. I'm going to go find Anew." "Gabriel, enough with this silliness." his father stated in a stern manner. Clearly he had, had enough of Gabriel going on and on about some random woman, that he had only met once. Not to mention the fact that she was a prostitute, "She is beneath you, beneath us. I will not tolerate or allow for you to muddy our family name, just for one filthy and disease-ridden woman." Hearing his father, Gabriel grew upset. "Don't ever speak that way about her." he shouted. "I love her and I know she loves me. I intend on marrying her and starting a family."
Suddenly, Gabriel would hear his father come rushing towards him, but by the time the large male had arrived, Gabriel had already move out of the way and pushed him down, causing his father to fall towards the floor. As he hit the ground hard, Gabriel's father looked up at him, his face burning with anger and disappointment. "If you continue this nonsense, I will have no choice but to disown you. You know what that means? Everything you have; your clothes, your personal possessions, your very name. Everything you own will be stripped away from you. You will have nothing, you will be nothing." he told Gabriel. "Are you seriously prepared to throw all that away just for some dirty whore?" Gabriel remained silent for a few seconds, before looking down at his father. Just then, Gabriel leaned down and with one thrust, punched the man in the face. His father was shocked. "I told you not to talk about her like that." Gabriel replied before standing back up and turning away. "I'm grateful to you, father. You and mother taught me a lot and placed so much faith into me. I will always cherish and love you both." Gabriel would say before hoisting up his bag and throwing it across his shoulder. "I will continue to be the man you raised, no matter what happens." It was painfully clear to his father, that Gabriel was prepared to throw away this life and everything, just for one woman. He couldn't even speak, only watch as his son, left the room, not knowing that this would be the last time they would see each other again. After leaving his family and everything he held dear, behind, Gabriel took to the streets, searching for the woman he had fallen in love with. ----General Information---- Race:

----Abilities and Techniques Information---- King's Will
This is a rather unique and powerful ability that Vega has been shown using for a plethora of things. King's Will, sometimes called Madness Subordination, allows for Vega to insert his will over a demon's or any being that contains madness, forcing them into subservience; essentially making them subordinates for him. In battle, it could be used to temporarily weaken the physical abilities of humans around him. He also seems to be able to implant subliminal thoughts inside the mind of a target or group of targets; giving them orders to carry out that they think are their own suggestions, effectively a form of mind control without fully subjugating the intended target. However, one of the most useful abilities is the ability to capture and summon demons, witches, or kishins to aid in battle; These creatures can be summoned through portals created by Vega. [Can only affect low level madness beings, so RPC's are safe, NPC's will most likely be used in their stead. When used on actual RPC's it causes them to stagger and lose faith in themselves, making their strength and abilities drop.]
Death's Gift(Curse)
A horrible spell placed upon Vega by the previous Lord Death, years before his death and eventual succession. The exact details of this spell has yet to be seen, but those who were there when it was enacted have stated that, to any normal human, this would be a curse, as the spell is a gift of Agelessness. Agelessness, unlike immortality, does not prevent the person from dying or make them invulnerable to harm. What it does is stop the ageing process. Making the person forever young and extending his or her life for centuries. Vega remains the same age as the day the spell was placed on him, despite remaining and looking 30, Vega is over three hundred years old. To others, the gift of Agelessness is a curse, as they are forced to remain young, never being able to grow old with their loved ones or experience life to the fullest, but for Vega, it is the opposite.
Ki (Conqueror's Aura)
Ki is a form of energy that enables the holder to gain the ability to surpass human limits when it concerns their physical and mental prowess. Unlike Magic, which requires an innate attribute to possess due to its nature, Ki can theoretically be obtained by anyone in the world who strives for it. This is because Ki isn't an energy that is awoken, but rather, exists naturally in all human beings in a dormant state. Through training in the mind, body and reflecting on one's experiences through meditation, one eventually taps into the purest essence of their soul and awakens a latent fighting spirit from within it that leaks out of the confines of the soul and into the physical body that acts as its cage. When this spirit leaks out, it acts as a form of energy that blends with the anatomical functions of the body, vastly enhancing one's physical and mental capabilities by fusing with the body's cells, this is what Ki is. For Vega, his mastery and use of Ki, is for the sole purpose of fighting and destroying whoever opposes him. Vega's Ki can be used to augment his own power, to where a simple punch can become a devastating bomb. Vega is able to manifest is Ki around him in the shape of a golden dragon-like creature. While this manifestation isn't physical and can't harm others, it can be used to induce great fear in a person who is of a weak mind and body.
Celestial Guardian
Celestial Guardian is a unique ability that allows Vega to create or summon an astral projection of his will, that is completely comprised of the his magic powers, becoming a living manifestation of his power and abilities. Vega's guardian goes by the name of Golden Days. This guardian will protect Vega at all costs, blocking and deflecting incoming attacks, and fight on his behalf. When Golden Days is actually employed, it is summoned next to Vega and can be used in two different manners; manual and automated. The manual version is essentially making Golden Days follow every one of Vega's movement to perfection, heightening their overall performance. The automated version is much simpler, it is essentially controlling Golden Days like one would control their limb, albeit when separated. Thus, Vega effectively becomes two fighters, evening the odds or gaining an advantage over a single foe. If Golden Days is injured in any way, it doesn't suffer any pain itself, but Vega does. Any injury inflicted upon Golden Days is transferred onto Vega, even if a limb is cut off, or the guardian is burnt, the same, exact injury will be done to him as well. This effectively makes Golden Days another body, Vega has to be careful and look out for. This also means if Golden Days is killed, then so is Vega, and vice-versa.
Golden Days: This guardian takes the form of an enigmatic humanoid being with a slender yet semi-muscular build and a height equivalent to Vega. It’s skin is covered entirely in a gleaming golden armor. On the head, its eyes give off a dreadful vibe from its beaming green eyes.
Knock-back
A somewhat simple yet powerful ability that Vega learned and mastered during his travels. Knock-back gives Vega the ability "knock away" whatever he touches. This ranges from both physical things such as boulders, the ground, trees, etc. and more abstract things such as colors or qualities. The only limitations to this ability is that it must be touching whatever it desires to knock it away, and that whatever it knocks away must go somewhere else. This is a non-issue in the case of physical objects, because one could knock it to another location from a feet away to a mile, but in the case of say, knocking the hardness from a sheet of steel (effectively making it as brittle as a thin sheet paper), it must go into another object within the immediate vicinity. With this ability, Vega is able to perform various things such as knocking away all of the air in the area, suffocating any who is near. He could take a small pebble and knock it with enough force to make it a bullet or even knock himself and increase his speed to greater heights.
Temple of Kings
Before and after becoming ruler of the Zoran Empire, Vega had been practicing and learning various types of magics from witches that he had imprisoned. Temple of Kings is the culmination of those years. By using the very spiritual energy that was located through out the world, as well as draining and gathering magical energy from other races, Vega is able to create a completely separate dimension that overlaps with the world around him and his targets. This separate dimension/world is Vega's inner world materialized and projected onto reality itself. When activated, both Vega and anyone else within the vicinity will be brought into a massive throne room, adorned in gold and jewels. All along the ground there are several thousand golden statutes of humans, demons, vampires, kitsunes, etc. At one end of this room there will be two giant, golden doors sealed shut with a small chair placed before them and at the other end, will be a throne, in which Vega sits. In between them, there is an massive golden chessboard-patterned floor. Within Temple of Kings, Vega's rules are absolute, he controls whatever goes on there. From the amount of air present to the very laws of physics, everything is under his control. However, Vega uses Temple of Kings as a means to amuse himself, rather than kill his opponent, despite that being the usual outcome, but that is besides the point. Seeing this as a game, Vega gave those who are brought there a way to leave. Firstly, there must be a leader for the opposing team, someone appointed to sit in the chair that was located in front of the doors. That person will become the leader and command the others as their pieces, while Vega is the leader of the other team, with either his Saints or some other creatures he's summoned as his pieces. The object of the game is simple, the leader, using his or her pieces, must make the opposing leader, leave their respective chairs. For Vega it is his throne. Should Vega leave his throne, the doors that were sealed will be unsealed and everyone will be free to leave and will be instantly brought back to the real world. However, should Vega win and the opposing leader is forced off their throne, they will be punished with "A King's Execution" which is impalement by a thousand blades. While the leader's pieces are simply encased forever in gold. While there are no rules about how to force the other leader off their chair, it would unwise to try and attack the leader directly as that is an instant loss.

Madness of Avarice; As the name suggest, Vega is continually consumed by greed or avarice. After defeating and absorbing Atlas' power and Ki into himself, Vega had unintentionally taken on his madness as well. Leaving Vega with a hole in his soul and a craving to have that hole filled. He wants more power, he craves knowledge and wishes to one day take the human world as well as the Nether realm for his own. When he exerts his madness, others are compelled by their own greed and needs. Which comes forwards, often leading them to attack their own comrades or even themselves. Those exposed to his madness begin feeling a powerful, painful sensation all over their bodies. It feels almost like there are dozens of birds piercing their bodies, ripping their skins from their flesh and tearing through muscle and such. While he is able keep this madness under control most of the time, when he is excited, this madness leaks out and affects both friend and foe.

- When not ruling over his empire or busy training, Vega is often found in his studies, reading over various pieces of literature, ranging from short novels all the way to ancient texts recovered and restored by his people.
- Usually, when he is away from the Empire, Vega will be seen exploring the world. He enjoys exploring new places and uncovering secrets long forgotten. Though in this modern day and age, there is very little exploring he can do.
- When not reading or exploring, Vega can definitely be seen training. Being cursed by Lord Death, his body and powers were greatly diminished, upon awakening. Now, he trains hard to regain the power he once had.
Likes:
- Vega loves liquor, any kind of liquor to be exact.
- Unknown to others, Vega will, from time to time, sneak away and enjoy reading for a bit. Because of his past, he has a certain fondness towards books in general. Many would not think that Vega was the type to read books for hours on in, but he has been known to stay up for hours, reading various books, ranging from Ancient Magics to theories on possible Alternate Worlds.
- Vega is especially fond of his Queen, Anew. He holds her and cherishes her above anything.
Dislikes:
- Those who consider themselves above him or speaks to him as if he were on their level.
- This one may be odd, especially considering his own ego, but Vega hates those who are too prideful. Those that often boasts of their strength and superiority among others.
- Those that don't recognize his authority or obey his rule.
- Any who would dare insult his Queen or attempts to do any sort of harm to her or his empire.
Dreams & Aspirations:
- What better dream for an Emperor, than to wish to conquer the entire world. That is perhaps the one and only thing, that Vega actually wishes to do.
- Going along with his dream of conquering, Vega also wishes to bring the world back to normal. To him, the world was perfect before Death came and ruled Chaos as bad and Order as good. The world was then placed on his control. Vega wishes to destroy the line that separates the two.
