Japan: Kyoto: Large crater near Mt. Fuji

An isolated area with relatively no people. It is filled with wildlife, and some species found here are unique to the area. In some woods about 10 miles into the forest, there is a large crater. It's origins are unknown to most people.

Population: 0 Humans. Countless animals. More bugs than I care to count.

Ricardo stepped through a garganta some two-hundred yards from the edge of the crater. He had gone back and grabbed his zanpakuto while he was on his way here. He strapped it to his side and stood there, waiting for Soren. "So... little boss-man... anything you can tell me about this Arrancar before I try to capture it?" He felt around with his pesquisa (reiatsu sensing ability). At first he couldn't feel anything from the crater, but slowly, he felt minute traces of reiatsu. "Hmmm... you're right... there is an arrancar here... he doesn't seem like much from here... wait... is it a he? Or a she? I might have problems fighting a woman... ah... just so long as I don't have to kill her, we're all good..." He looked around the woods they were standing in idly. Birds, deer, racoons. A possum, those were crap food... a few thousand bugs... a swarm of mosquitos... yup... typical woodlands. "Ugh... what a predictable place..." Ricardo looked around more... obviously bored.

The only man...

Soren stepped through the Garganta, as his feet touched the ground his eye's widened slightly. "amazing... codes... all burned into this forest... to think that someone could do such a thing... for someone to do this... the power they'd need... it would be able to rival even... a.... god... amazing..." He said to distracted with the burned in Spirit codes in the forest... As they got closer to the crater... His amazement only grew... "there's another's burned in as well... but... it's not a Shinigami's or Arrancars... nor a Vizards... I wonder..." He said... 'could this be the left over coding of a god?' He thought crouching down as he placed his hand to the ground...

He sat there for about ten seconds before finally standing up once more. "so this is where it went down... this is where he ascended... broke the fate of an Arrancar... and allowed him self to pro-create... hm... there are still so many un-answered questions... and more being added from this... but never the less... take a good look Segunda... this is where one dared to challenge his creator... this... is where history took place... the man that survived the transformation of becoming a hollow... kept his sanity... his being... the man that took the title of king for him self... the man that put an end to the war between the Shinigami and the Arrancar........ The man that killed a god... just think... if one were able to learn his secrets... learn the source of his power... his ability to maintain his sanity whilst sifting through so many codes... it's simply amazing..." He said... It sounded like he'd crack a smile... But sadly that same dull look on his face remained...

But why help those people...
They did nothing for me in any way...

I've spent so much time
searching for my brother

Xavior was about three quarters of a mile away from the crater, investigating the forest and the area around the crater. After ten years of continuously searching for traces of his brother had really taken a toll on him. His hair had gotten longer but he's managed to keep it short nowadays. His eyes kept their same orange color but seemed to slowly lose the bright and lively appearance they once had. His face now had less of the childish look it used to have but now much more of a mature, serious look to it. As for his clothes, well they were probably the only thing that actually did stay the same but his usual torn, orange scarf now had black edges where the tears are. While he continued to look around he sighed. How much longer do I have to search. Ten years and still barely any leads as to why Dante left. As he then took a few steps forward, he was then surround by white wolves, larger than normal size as they continued to circle him. He then sighed as he rubbed his forehead. Still no luck? Keep searching. We're not stopping until my brother is found. Now get back to it. The wolves then ran off in different directions as they slowly disappeared.

Xavior continued walking ahead of him, looking around when he then came to the crater. He then sniffed the air around him as he looked in at the crater. This is the strongest I've ever felt of Dante's presence. This is the last place he's been but I wonder why... There's gotta be something here, but I wonder what. Xavior then crouched down as he looked in closer. Hmmm, I don't seem to see anything in there.

I can't stop until he's found
so I'll hold on to his memory

Ricardo walked with the boy, listening intently to what he said. "So... this being... with the power to seek out codes... he was your father, correct? I only ask because you said the ability was extremely rare... and with most abilities of that rarity... I can assume it was geneticly transferred to you?" Ricardo may have not looked like much, but after 2000 years alive, he was a well of knowledge, and an expert tactical analyst.

He looked over towards the crater. "So... little boss-man... anything you can tell me about this Arrancar before I try to capture it?" He asked the question again playfully and without much seriousness behind it. With the boy's obsession with the coding, it seemed like Ricardo was going in blind.

Soren nodded. "yes he was... and he left behind quite a trail... he made sure it would be so hard to the point where no one could follow it... it seems he even has high hopes for me in death... but then again I'm not even sure if it's a trail at all... the possibilities are near endless... it's quite annoying..." He said looking up at the edge of the crater... "yes actually... I do... it seems the arrancar your going to capture is an Espada... the cuatro to be more precise..." He said pointing up to him. "if can be avoided do avoid a fight... the more damage you cause here... the more information you destroy..." He said turning to look at the burns along the ground. 'such power...' He thought.

Ricardo sighed.
Capture a cuarto espada without fighting? My god... this is madness... well... who cares... it's a job.

He looked at Soren, a question on his lips, not sure if he should ask it. So he changed the question quickly before he uttered it. "So... I'll take it preservation of these "Codes" is paramount? Then my ressureccion is out of the question, yes? Can I use my Cero at the very least? This espada... hmm... it has some... odd reiatsu... anything about it's abilities you can tell me?" He looked over at the crater again.

Soren was already a few feet away, looking down at a part of the crater... It had a strange burn... One that almost seemed to have... A design? "how interesting... and no... you cannot... but you can use it as long as you point it up at the sky when using it... we... no... I cannot afford any loss of this land... there's to much data that I cannot afford to lose..." He said crouching down in front of the strange burn... There almost seemed to be... A strange burn on it? "very interesting..." He said as thoughts began to swirl in his head.

But why help those people...

Ricardo tensed up all at once, his muscles moving without thought. He grabbed Soren by the shoulder gently and pushed him back a couple of feet. His skin thickened with the outpouring of his reiatsu into his skin.

"Hmph... you should be carefull... he's near... Rasgadura Cero." The cero was very specialised, but the technique could be learned by anyone with any sort of energy attack. Ricardo simply held the energy from the cero at the tips of his fingers on the right hand, allowing him to activate it and use it like a set of claws. It didn't explode, instead ripping and cutting at it's targets, like five small blades of about 6-7 inches. Ricardo walked down into the crater to see the Arrancar. "Hey Soren... stay close... i need to be able to throw you out of the way in case of an attack..." He walked around the edge of the crater slowly, watching his surroundings carefully.

The only man...

Soren was pulled back as he frowned... He arched an eye brow at the Segunda... "how nice... your worried about me... but tell me Segunda... before you begin a fight that you more then likely dont even need to do... tell me... why is it you think mother... your queen took me in... because she loves me? sadly no... that's just my own sad wish... it's because of my power... dont forget that you've seen me train back when I was a child with no real control over my power... you have no idea what I can do now... if you ever decide you'd like to know simply ask... and I will spar with you... but for now... you dont need to worry about me... and do take into mind that the Arrancar your trying to capture is my uncle... I'm sure with a few kind words he'd be more then willing to return with us..." He said walking back over to the burn with the strange markings in the ground...
