Here is a list of our Vice Captains and what their jobs are and which you'll want to contact depending on what your needs are:

Vice in charge of squads: Matsuo the Death Dealer
(for this a vice would need to take responsibility for every squad in the guild, arrancar/espada/bounts included, how? by checking, making sure the squads are clean and not filled with old threads, and making sure the captain of the squad is doing their job)
Vice's Assistant:
(the vice who's in charge of the squads would thus select 1 crew as their assistant)

Vice in charge of guild contests: Genji The angel of Death
(this position would be for any vice that wished to make contests, they would most likely require some form of prize, these contests would not be main plot line ones, they would be random tournaments and things such as that)
Vice's Assistant:

Vice in charge of main plots: Ichigo Vizard Kurosaki
(Who ever takes this slot would need to be creative and and relatively lit to create clear and easy to follow/read plot lines that will keep guild members interested)
Vice's Assistant:

Vice in charge of guild activity: Iaia Hyuuga
(this would be fore a vice to ban/remove those inactive users who never post and do nothing in the guild, there's no need for inactive people in this guild if they do not even give a reason for their inactivity)
Vice's Assistant:

Vice in charge of complaints: Tsubaki Mizuru
(when ever someone in the guild has a complaint, or needs help with something, they will contact this vice, and this vice alone)
Vice's Assistant:

Vice in charge of new comers: Gabbia
(this vice would be handling the new joiners of the guild, meaning guild home page, guild welcome thread, and so on)
Vice's Assistant:

Vice in charge of guild threads: xx-Yachi-xx
(this vice would need to watch all threads created in the topics area, meaning deletion of old, and inappropriate threads)
