It was a horrible day, the day he left me. I looked at the town gate for weeks, just sat there staring hoping he'd come back to me...

Rowan, Matt and I stood by the grass in the center of town. Badu- Rowans Cheetah and Cloud- Matts winged husky played together in the field. My twin wolf guides stood on both sides of me. Luna was in some kind of bad mood, as always. Alex was watching Cloud as if he were his child. The three of us humans had been discussing something drastic. We were going to fight the darkness.

I wouldn't talk as me and Bryan walked down another dark road. Bryan crawled up onto my shoulder. "You miss her again dont you?"
I just nodded and continued into darkness.

Jackal sat there, sipping his coffee. "You know Bella, I always seem to be too nice for my own good."

Bella shook her head at him.

"Oh, you know I'm right." Jackal put down the coffee. "I need someone to tell me when I should stop. But with my luck I won't even get a girlfreind till a week before I die!" Jackal put his head on the table. "I need to get a life."

Bella put a paw on his shoulder.

Orochi flew around aimlessly till she came accross a window. She perched and tapped on the window

Scarlet walked around on the streets until she saw some cake in a window. "Ooooo, cake! I havent had that in a long time," she smiled cheerfully.

Azara chuckled and looked at her, "Well why dont you have some?"

Scarlet held her hand in the air, making a fist. "Then its settled! Cake here I come!" She walked inside the bakery and asked for a small peice of cake. "Thank you," she cheerfully said

Jackal stood up. "I need to get out and about." He grabbed his coffee and walked outside.

Bella followed him.

"Bella, do you get the feeling that the world hates on those of us who try to protect others?"

Bella nodded.

"Your not very helpful."

Bella nodded.

Orochi noticed the boy and the bear exit the house flew onto the bears head. "Bruuu."

"Orochi!" Kris shouted. "Orochi where are you?"

"Now who is this." Jackal said to Orochi.

Bella looked up at Orochi.

"Bruuu!" She flew onto his head and played with his hair.

Kris came around the corner and blushed. "Orochi! Im sorry he likes people."

"Its ok." Jackal said, laughing.

Bella looked at the girl. She felt the trustfulness in her.

"Jackal." He said. "It's nice to meet you."

"I sense good things from you." Bella said.

"Woah, Bella. You haven't spoken in a long time."

"I only speak when I feel safe."

"So when we are in my house, you don't feel safe?"

"I feel safe! You just usually ask yes or no questions."

After scarlet finished her cake she desided to walk around. Azara was watching the people around them as they were walking. Scarlet there are two guys following you, she said to her. " I know I can deal with them on my own" she assured azara. The two guys followed her onto a park, when no one was around they got infont of her. " Well well well if it isn't the freak from school" one guy with brown hair green eyes and really buff said. The blone hair with hazle eyes and a little less buff laughed. The brow n hair guy known as Erik picked her up by her coller. Scarlet, aZara thought concerned. Scarlet thought to azara, don't worry I'll be ok. "its nice to see you too," she said kindly. He glared at her " are you Doing that on perpose?" the blonde one known as Leon glared. " hey she's not worth it and also we need to get to the party." Erik said grabbig Leons shoulder. They both walked away. " see azara nothing happened" scarlet smiled and sat on a swing with azara on the grass sitting next to her

"Nice to meet you both." Kris said. She smiled "And this is Orochi. Hes really quiet too."

"Bruu." He said flying onto her sholder.

Jackal smiled. "Quiet but friendly."

Bella nodded.

"Kris, would you and Orochi like to come in and have a drink with me and Bella?" Jackal stepped to the side and gestured to the door.

Kris half smiled. "sure." she said.
