Hi, kids! biggrin
it's recently come to my attention that you want our beloved Alma to be Cap'n. Perfectly fine with me.
It's been nice being your Cap'n for...ummm...a long time...but now I'm passing the reigns to Alma (unless anyone has a problem with that). I'm fully confident she'll be a great Cap'n.
But, a most obvious question: will I be coming back? The answer is....yeah, probably. Things are a bit of a mess right now. My dad's like "we should spend more time t'gether" and my mom's like "I have to work" and I was like "well, is work more important?" and I guess the answer is 'yes' because now they're getting a divorce half-way through my midterms. Yeah. But, I'll try and stop by.

Ah. I think I get it. She n' I discussed it without notifying anyone else, so there was no input from the rest of you.
To be fair, everyone had a chance and I even said if she didn't want it, I wouldn't pressure the situation. You're free to object, of course, but in the end it's the majority who decides. I don't really make the rules.
