Post the reasons you "know you're gamer", ie habits, characteristics, funny stories relating to your gaming.
For me, it's every time I get on the PC. Whenever I'm idle, browsing a web page, or even unpausing AudioSurf I have my fingers perched over the WASD and space keys.

When you get Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? When you sleep, you dream about that one video game you've played for more than 12 hours. When you go to the toilet and you take your laptop or Handheld console with you. When you begin stealing cars, commiting crimes and starting gang wars. When you do something you shouldn't and then say "Xbox told me to!" and walk off. BUT FOR ME it would be the "Xbox told me to!"

Have a dream taht you are dating one of the characters
