Video-Games I heard that several of our members enjoying playing video-games, so I decided to create this thread. We need more threads anyhow. Gaming is definitely one of my favorite things to do. You could say I'm a gamer. Discuss your favorite consoles, games.. Anything related to the gaming world.
My personal history of gaming--
Nintendo 64 was my first console. We didn't have many games, but our neighbor/friend did. My brother and I would always go to his house and play N64. My favorite game was Kirby64, and Mario64. Then Paper Mario, Yoshi's story, and Pokemon Snap. My aunt sent me a Gameboy Color, but I only ever had two games for it. I still had to borrow other peoples games. Gameboy Adv. came out. Parentals wouldn't let me get it. Me = NUU! Gamecube comes out. I bought one, but it broke, so I bought another. Got basically every game in exsistance for it. Xbox 360 comes out, I got Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4. Then I got a Wii, and got SuperSmashBro. Brawl. Yeah. That's my gaming life that makes me happy in an "oh-so-nerdy" way. How about yours?
-- Quick question for all of you-- Xbox 360? Or Wii. I say both. xd If you could only get one, which would it be and why.

Yay!! I pick Wii. My reason: Brawl. LOL And I love the Gameboys: Color, SP, and DS, which are the ones I have. I love playing Poke'mon and well, fighting games even though you can't really tell. ^^" Gamecube was okay; I only played Melee and Naruto on it though. The Wii....I play a lot of different stuff on it, whatever I can get my hands on =) Wish I could wifi....T.T Oh wells, I'll live....for now. Hahahahaha Oh and on DS, Jump Ultimate Stars, the Bleach game [English version], Poke'mon, and Custom Robo Arena are my favorites =)

Melee was also my favorite for Gamecube. I only have Brawl for Wii. xP My best character for all of the SuperSmash series was Sheik. I can't really remember back to the first game. All I know that I didn't use Zelda at all. I'm pretty sure I used Kirby. Anyhow, I can't wifi either for some reason. I set up the connection for Brawl, but it cconstantly disconnects me. I'll have to try fixing it until then.
Ahh! DS! Another system I don't have. D: I highly enjoy fighting games for some reason. First person shooter especially. Unfortunately, Call of Duty 4 was too much for me. I got mauled by a dog, and while my face was getting ripped apart, I had to break the dogs neck. Then, if you don't fully finish someone off, they're rolling on the ground, trying to shoot at you. Not to mention, when your shot, your person has to hide, gasp for air, and the edge of the screen turns a reddish color, with the outlines of veins. It's just.. too graphic for me ):
Medal of Honor was fun for Gamecube though. And the little game with the plastic soldiers.. >.> You have good taste in games. XD

Why thank you =D You do too! Yeahh, for some reason I'm good with Kirby or Pikachu or something like that. I can use Pit too but not as well ^^" Ugh, I know what you mean by those games. They're way to graphic for me as well. I remember my cousins were playing a game like that just as a tryout thing....I walked out of the room after a few minutes lol

It's weird though, because usually I highly enjoy first person shooter. I guess that one was just to intense. D: What I really love about those games is that if you play at night, you get so much of an adrenaline rush, you can't help but to play until morning. You can't sleep anyways. If we can both get our Wifi set up, we should play Brawl against eachother. Just wondering.. Did you beat Subspace Emissary? I did, but ohh, it was so hard!

That would be awesum! I'd probably lose though...LOL Yup, me and my brother were going crazy from it. It was hard! Yup, I mostly play only like anime character fighting games though and like ones with cartoons or is anime drawn. Those tend to appeal to me more =) I love playing at night, me and my cousins play for hours while holding a Brawl tournament. So much fun =D

I haven't tried a brawl tourney yet. I always lost on the Melee tourneys. I can't find any anime fighting games around here. All there is is Naruto, and I don't even watch it. I've been searching really hard for a Kenshin or Saint Seiya game, but apparently eBay is my only option left. xP
Just wondering, are you into any Zelda games? They make my life. whee

I want to get Twilight Princess on wii =) As "old" as it is. But I gotta look for it =/ And I want the one on DS that my brother says is "crappy" but what does he know? He mostly plays adventure games. Other than that, sadly no. =( Yeah, buying anime fighting games online is the only way. The reason why I had some of my fighting games was because it was sent from my cousin who's in Asia so she bought it cheaper and sent it to me =)

Twilight Princess is a lot of fun. It has pretty good graphics, and a good storyline. The whole turning into a wolf thing was better than I expected. You have cousins in Asia? No fair! xd I'd love to have games sent to me, especially anime fighting ones. I'm pretty sure Twilight Princess is availible at places like Walmart or Target. Windwaker wasn't actually that bad. I really enjoyed the whole "Sail around the world and then kill things." Some people really hated it though. It was just as good as any other Zelda game, just with cartoony graphics.

Haha, well.. CD's are still fun too. I would still much rather buy more video games with my money. I'm considering purchasing another game for Wii, but I'm not quite sure which one. Any suggestions?

That I love you I have loved you all along And I miss you Been far away for far too long I keep dreaming you'll be with me and you'll never go Stop breathing if I don't see you anymore I'm rather old school with the systems. I still have a PS1, Game Cube, and PS3. I heard that those two systems are really fun but I haven't gotten them. (doesn't have the money)
