___About us___

Welcome, folks, to the ORIGINAL X-Men Evolution guild. We've gone through many changes since our creation, but we've always maintained the same love of EVO that motivated the guild's creation in the first place.

We're a LITERATE Roleplay guild for people who want to spend some time in the EVO universe.

So, what are you waiting for? APPLY ALREADY!

___How To Join?___

In order to be considered for acceptance into the guild, it is required that the following information be included in your Join Request.

For a quick rundown on what we're looking for and not looking for in an application, please see Applications 101 for a few examples.

Character Name: (Your character's first and last name)
Alias: (You know, like Cyclops or Storm or something like that. Their codename)
Ability: (Please browse the character files to make sure your mutant ability has not already been taken. If it has already been taken, then you will have to come up with something different. No super-powerful characters or copies (or relatives) of canon characters are allowed. Original and well-thought out powers or abilities are a plus!)
    Side: (X-Men, Brotherhood, or Loner)
RP Sample: (REQUIRED!! We're looking for 3rd person narration, proper spelling, grammar, and syntax, no chatspeak or other silly shorthand, and absolutely NO asterisks to denote speech or actions.)

If any of the above information is missing from your request, or the RP sample is not in the correct format, it will be declined. This is not up for debate.

___X-Men Evolution: Rewind - An Introduction___

Life is hard enough when you're a teenager in high school. You've got a lot on your plate, between not falling asleep in class, to getting those two dozen essays done on time, to trying to find a date for prom. Now, imagine if you threw being a mutant in the mix? Life would get pretty crazy, wouldn't it?

Well, that's exactly what the students of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters have to face every day. Fortunately, they're not alone, and the staff of Xavier's is there to help them along the way, whether it be for help controlling your powers so you don't blow up the cafeteria, or whether it's simply to help you with your math homework. And with the growing mistrust of the mutant community, it is very good to have a place to turn.

However, there is another group of mutants. These guys are the misfits of society, but they've somehow gravitated together. They're the slackers and the delinquents, and they've formed what they've affectionately termed "The Brotherhood". Now, while The Brotherhood isn't necesarrily "malicious", most members just don't care enough to really worry about co-existence. As long as nobody bugs them, they're content to leave the rest of the world alone. For the most part, anyways, as they are prone to causing large amounts of mischief.

In this new world, will you attend Xavier's, and learn to use your powers for the betterment of yourself and others? Or will you side with the Brotherhood, and do pretty much whatever you feel like?

When it comes down to it, which side are you on?
