I installed the adblock plus. But...I'm not sure how to use it. I saw a guide for how to blocking things on gaia awhile ago, but can't find it. ._.; What kind of things should I block and how do I do it?

you should block images and ads that you do not want to see. for example, myspace....so many ads....

you can block them by going rightclick, down to the bottom where it says "Adblock Image"

you will block AT LEAST that ad if you simply click ok from there. there are other settings, but that is the simplist way.


don't block anything that you don't want gone forever unless you want to learn how adblock works by clicking through its menus.

So I tried teh adware and noscript, they seemed to have helped quite a bit. The game does run a bit smoother and now I only lag if there are a lot, lot o f monsters on the screen or other players. I'm still not quite brave enough to try pipelining but those two seemed to help. ^^

I'm sure there is a way, although I do not have a link to any tutorials which I know of. I actually leave mine as default and it works just fine.

It really can help with a lot of things, letting you block the image for loot drops and ring animations and such.

Random: A while back, I disabled my adblock temporarily, and it was weird seeing ads in places I wasn't used to. I was shocked to see one beside my inventory when I went to change my avatar. I couldn't even use half the items because the box with poses would come up behind the ad and wouldn't let me move it. Crazy. Makes me very glad I have the adblock, though. X3

I made it very easy to follow in step by step instructions and if something goes wrong like a user error for example it is easy to reset the options to their default settings. Just back track on the steps, click the integer or bolean and right click to access the options, their is an option to "reset" this sets it to default and if it's a new command the "reset" option deletes it.

Not sure how to do that, I guess there maybe some sort of Firefox Add-on which can block all images then prompt you to allow etc.

Edit: nevermind, the addons were removed (after a lot of work) and the problem still exists.

i had a problem with the noscript add on in mozzila... when i tried to play zomg on it, it wouldnt let me and sais "you need to download adobe flash player"....
