Me too. Just gave it another go through and couldn't find him this time.

Same here. I've checked twice, all over the map.

I don't think it's over yet. these events usually last a week even after the holiday's over.

I just saw him at Port of Gambino. I got the third item, so I don't know if he's gone after you get them all or not. I don't know what the last item is either, so regardless, may as well check that area :3 I think it was number 3 or 4 on the links.
