The stranger glances over across the cell way and notices a golden haired woman that seemed out of place. Why is she in here? She looks, normal. Maybe they like throwing innocent people in jail?
Calls out across the hallway. "H.. hey.. you, with the golden hair.. why are you in here?" he felt it was a better idea to ask someone something so he could figure things out then just silently observe.

^- "Oooh." he says softly Did I kill? is that why I'm here? He looks down a bit, then back up. "You don't.. look like a murderer though." With that he goes back to his cot and lays down
