:: HISTORY ::

Lauradyss is the name of a forest, a very big one, and a very old one.
The kind of forest that was tall and old as the first monkey decided to become a human and descend from his tree.

The ground at this place is virgin. The clay has memories.
Till the dawn of times, the ground and the trees see the life around them. Animals evolve slowly while playing with their siblings. Loving, hunting and dying. The humans; all different, always running, always searching for something, always fighting against their brother, loving a little and dying in suffering.

The Forest never understood the humans.

And the humans never understood the Forest.

Humans don't stay much time in the Lauradyss Forest because it's too wild, because they find it weird. They say that it is haunted by phantoms; they say that it's a cursed land.

That's just because they don't take the time to listen
and they don't try to understand the voices that whisper in the trees ^ ^

It's a sacred place, a pure land.
Lauradyss is a Dream
Lauradyss is eating the dreams of the world, the hope of the living.
Lauradyss gives birth to dream and hope creatures.

It's easy to go there, every tree has the key, every branch remembers the grand mother of the forests, and every leaf remembers Lauradyss.

I often go there, because it's quiet and beautiful.

I've seen a lot of creatures in this place some scary and some adorable.
Poussin, my magpie, often comes with me.

All began this morning.
I found some strange stones, very big, rounded and had the sweet color of chocolate.
I took one in my hands; it was really big, but not so heavy.

A voice came from a tree.

I started, and looked up.

A wonderful white and gold greature was looking down at me. She was like an howl, big as a tiger, and she had very large and very big copper wings.

I couldn't say anything, as I understood that I was holding not a stone... but an egg.

I stammered "excuse me" And she came close to me.

That's how I met Bubo.

We talked a lot. She told me about her dying race, the Zios
She was a first born of this race, She was a dream of the Forest.
She told me that the eggs didn't hatch, because there were not enough dreams left in Lauradyss. Not enough hope.

She told me that if I took an egg with me, to keep it in the land of Gaia where there is a lot of people, a lot of dreams and hope, a Zio would probably birth.

I wanted to help her. But I had already a little cait and a magpie.
I wasn't sure to give enough love to a so fragile creature.

I told Bubo that I could take the eggs, and entrust them to some gaians.

She keep the silence a few seconds, then, told me that it was a good idea.

The twilight was coming, I took the 4 eggs, looking like chocolate, and just before I leaving she told me.

- Come back in few moons, I'll find some other eggs that you'll can help.

That's how I met Bubo, that's how I met the Zio race.

09.15.2005

Bubo guided me to a nest in Lauradyss with five big big skittles in it.
I was really surprised because theses eggs looked so weird in such a old and magic forest...
She told me that the wish of the modern people in Gaia give the life to the Zios.
That's why Zios can have a unnatural appearance such as these skittles.

I took them in my bag, and before leaving Bubo I asked

"Bubo, you seem to be a very old Zio... Is there another Zio like you ?"

She sighed

" No, I'm the only Sage left here... But now that some eggs have hatched. When some of the zios will be ready, I'll come with you in Gaia, choose some of them and initiate them to be a Sage to. "

Violet are female

Stage 1 : oeuf
It means Egg. It's how you will recieve your Zio. Take care, it's quite fragile ^ ^

It's means Little Chick. Still Fragile, but already curious little guys ^ ^

Stage 3 : Tit Coq and Tite Chouette
It's means Little c**k and Little Howl. Adventurous temper, Usually females prefer the night and the twilight, and males prefer the daylight and the dawn.

Stage 4 : Sage and Sagesse
Tit coq and Tite Chouette can be initiate by Bubo to become adults. But to be choosen by Bubo means to be one of the first to answer at her enigmas ^ ^

4. You can adopt a zio by flatsales, custom or auctions

5. You'll be informed of a flatsale or an auction about one week before.
During a flatsale you must order in the thread : Means NOT BY PM. The first here, the first served.
When I say "GO" in the thread then the flatsale begins. Just post something like "I want one !" And then the first will choose his egg first, then the second.... bla bla...

6. You can bump, chat or roleplay your zio in this thread.
But don't worry there is no need to roleplay to adopt an egg ^ ^

7. Zios can't grow by themself. You need to give it

a black currant (300g) to make it grow or

a blackberry (300g) to rejuvenate it.

(This way you can keep your zio at the age you want, as long as you want ^ ^

1. How does my zio grow ?
When you've got an egg you must buy a black currant (300g) to make it hatch.
When you've got a "Tit piou" you also need a black currant to make it grow to "Tit Coq" or "Tite Chouette".
If you want rejuvenate your Zio from one stage you need a blackberry ^ ^

2. Do you do pet trade ?
No. (or yes... but it's rare sweatdrop )In fact, I don't do pet trade, just because I'm not trying to have many pets, but only few of them which I really love. That's why, the few petshops where I want a pet will probably never ask me for a pet trade

This is the certificate of your adoption, and also a window to the place you wish to rise your Zio.
The Forest Cathedral is the place where I found the eggs.. So it will be the default place. The first cert will be free, but if you wish to move your Zio from another place, you'll pay the "removal" ^ ^

Bubo came to me one day,
and told me that the wishes of a gaian was so strong than they give life to a zio.
But I had to go very deep in the forest to find it. So I take some materials, and I left for fews days, walking with Poussin through the forest, and we've finally found it !!!
Theses zios are called Whish Children because the dreams of teir guardians give them life.
If you really want hard a zio, if you dream very strong of him the forest will give it life and I'll go few days away to find him.

Custom

Ok lets make it clear now.
You can have a custom zio. It's only one at the time, and it cost 30K for all the ages.
Please note that if you have a custom zio he will grow exactly as the others : with currant to the two first stages and by answer to Bubo's enigma for the adult stage.
No cosplay and no line edit (they are reserved for auctions ^ ^)
