Story
Long ago, the Goddess [or God? no one really knows] created a world and several races of people. The world, Sorla, was meant to be a utopia where people could live in peace. Sorla is a medieval [sp?] type of world, with royal families leading the races and keeping the peace. While the races themselves might not get along perfectly, squabbles are relatively rare and never escalate to anything severe.
Many years after Sorla's creation, the Goddess gave birth to a daughter. Her origins are unknown, although she seems to be the daughter of the Lord of Darkness [o.O] She has both holy and chaos powers. Raised on the Isle of Mysts, in isolation from all of Sorla, she was a lonely child who depended on her guardians for friendship.
On Princess's 16th birthday, she was brought out to the public. Shortly after her arrival, the Shadows attacked and.. pretty much wiped out Sorla. The royal families were descimated, and the majority of the people were killed as well.
The first generation of Sorlian will be resurrected persons from the past, before Sorla was destroyed by the Shadow races and the people killed.
