This is the new thread to report Transaction Locks to due to the last one currently being down and unaccessable.
Please use the following form in order to report your problem with a transaction lock
Before using reporting using the form, please note the information and example sections also.
Unless you still have a transaction lock AFTER 1 MONTH, do not report to this thread at all.
All transaction locks should wear off automatically now, anywhere between an hour to 30 days flat.
Just to clear something up, there is no time estimation of when your problem will be fixed,
transaction locks to my knowledge have to be handled by the devs when they get a chance,
reports are taken in a bulk like collection and given to them bits at a time, please be patient,
its something that could take a few days or even a few weeks before it gets resolved.
Please do not spam in this thread, post reports, thats all, anything else will be reported.

Get the correct Vending ID
Little thing, Vending ID != My Log.
Some of you have linked to your main log, which is:
http://www.gaiaonline.com/gaia/vend.php?logview=1
Thats not whats needed, whats needed is the link to the actual vending ID of the item transaction, which would be something like this:
http://www.gaiaonline.com/gaia/vend.php?logview=5327773
So in your log view page, click on the log number of the transaction that you had problems with, and copy the number at the end of the URL and place it within the "[-url=http://www.gaiaonline.com/gaia/vend.php?logview=#]Vending Log" string.

How to get your member number
The easiest manner in which to get your member number is to click the profile button down in the account tool panel underneath your signature area when you post.
Its THE first button in the tool panel, which almost looks like a paper bag (atleast to me sweatdrop ), you will notice when you click that button underneath a post of your own, it will take you to your profile, in the URL, get the number at the end, such as my profile is:
http://www.gaiaonline.com/profile/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=501425
So my member number is 501425.

Quick note!!
If you tried to purchase an item in the market place via a Bid Now, and you won the bid, and the item is currently expired, PM the seller of the item and ask them to manually accept the bid, as it seems that will work as long as the log did not note the bidding as "Failed"
Same goes for an item seller, if you noticed someone bids on an item, and the time ran out and they won, ACCEPT their bid, and it should give them the item.
Please do NOT report this as a transaction lock unless the seller cannot accept the bid and they get the transaction lock error when trying to.

Thread started to take reports

- Your Store is Full
Some users are getting an error message: "There were one or more errors while processing your request Sorry, your store is already full" though their store has less than four items in it. If you experience this, you please contact a moderator and they should be able to help you with it.
Transaction Locks #1/Expired Items
The transaction locks affecting a majority of Gaians occurs when an action taken in the marketplace 'fails'. This causes the item to be locked, and does not allow any further modification to the item listing by buyers or by the seller. The item also 'expires' but remains in the marketplace. The seller cannot confirm/accept bid or do anything else with the locked item. This is a known issue and is being looked into.
Extra info on Expired Items
More Expired Items
There are also items that were placed up for 'auction' and do not automatically send to the highest bidder when the time expires, and require the seller to go in an manually 'accept' the bid. You can tell the difference between this and a transaction locked item by viewing the item history and seeing whether or not the last action on the item says, "Fail!" If it doesn't say fail, the seller might be able to manually accept the bid!

Transaction Locks #2/Unable to sell
The second transaction lock prevents sellers from placing any item into their vend stores. This is also being looked into, but we have less information on it. If you have a vend account and get a transaction lock error everytime you try place something for sale, report it here.
