Welcome to our charity, *clears throat* Reborn from the ashes of it’s original demise, The F A N T A J II is survived by determination, love, hope and most importantly everyone who’s fantasy was the re-opening of this fantastic charity.

You are now outside the limits of reality, the normal or the everyday you are in F A N T A J II. Here, we make quests complete, dreams reality and fantasies come to life before your very eyes. If your questing, take a moment and relax because we have the solutions you seek. If you’re just passing through, we always have fantastic contests, events and prizes to be won every month. The original Fantajii was also built by my self, however at the time I was known as Mori Hana. Sadly, my account was miss-used by a trusted friend and the charity was lost along with my ultimately banned account. For several months I was very sad and felt very betrayed and even angry that I had lost all that I had worked so hard for here on Gaia. I did not log onto Gaia again until January of this year. I was given an account by a friend, and missing Gaia, and most of all my friends I joined again to reunite with them.

That account was then re-named [M.a.n.a][H.e.r.o], and that became the new Mori. My close friends still call me Mori, and you may do so too.
*Wow* what a personal history huh? Well I needed to tell you that to explain how the FantajII became what it now is. :3 Well I worked hard and I had many friends help me get the quests I wanted to complete. But soon I became so much greedier in a giving sort of way. *laughs* I started giving a lot of gold and items away and even started completing entire sets of quests for people while I was questing. But sooner or later I knew my ultimate quest would ultimately become bringing the FantajII to life. So I began buying the graphics, the arts and writing the FantajII all over again. So here it is end product of my labor, The F A N T A J II.

Well, that is it-how The F A N T A J II came to be. I hope you enjoyed my little tale, and I hope you enjoy the charity itself even more so. Happy questing!!

Bumper

Description of Duties: Bump the minimum amount of times necessary or more (no more than stipulated below) for each consecutive month of the year. Excluding months where a bumper may take a leave of absence, be sick, unavailable to use computer/internet access or in the month(s) indicated by the charity during which time the charity might be temporarily closed.
Wage(s): 1k/Month for 500 Bumps.
Commission: 2g/Bump exceeding 500 of thee required bumps.
Terms of Commission: Commission is offered each month, for those who wish to bump extra they can gain extra gold (2g/bump) for every bump after 500. These bumps must be counted like so: 501,502,503….etc.
Minimum Bumps/Month: 500
Maximum Bumps/Month: 1,000
Restrictions: Bumpers may not win pages prizes while bumping, or take part in contests or events within the charity unless the event(s) specific rules states they may.

Helper

Description of Duties: Helpers must attempt to be in the charity at least once everyday even if it is just for a few moments to view new posts and answer any questions that may arise. We prefer helpers remain in the charity more frequently however so they may provide on the spot assistance to people who need it. Helpers are also required to PM the Owner when a question is not in the FAQ or if they do not know the answer to the question. Helpers should not attempt to answer something they do not know the answer to, in which case they should refer them to another helper or the Owner. Helpers must be familiar with all the rules and guidelines, and try and stay up to date with rules for each un-going or up-coming event in case someone has a question.
Wage(s): 4k/Month
Restrictions: Helpers may not take part in any events which take place in the charity unless the event(s) rules or guidelines specify they can.

Supervisor

Description of Duties: A supervisor must perform when called upon all duties as specified for HELPERS as well as the following tasks;
• PM weekly reports to [M.a.n.a][H.e.r.o] on the performance of other staff members.
• Provide [M.a.n.a][H.e.r.o] with important issues such as users breaking rules etc.
• Handle emergency issues such as out bursts or complaints when the owner is not available.
• The supervisor will report these duties to the Manager when the owner is on a leave of absence only.
• Supervisors must be available everyday to spend at least 1 hour on Gaia in the charity in order to view all new pages, updates, and report or take notes and help answer questions.
Wage(s): 8k/Month
Restrictions: supervisors may not take part in any events which take place in the charity unless the event(s) rules or guidelines specify they can.

Manager

Description of Duties: A manager bust perform all duties and tasks as outlined for HELPER as well as perform the following tasks DAILY or when called upon;
• Submit daily updates on events which include but are not limited to bump counts, die rolls, posts etc.
• Submit updates on the progress of the WAITING LIST members, this means during the 3 days of waiting the manager views quest threads or posts in the charity ffrom a user on the waiting list and then reports in 3 days if the user was active in a)The Charity, b)Their Thread or c) Their log/Tracker/etc.
• When the owner takes leaves of absence, the manager at times will fill the role of;
• Comeplete charity monitoring, including staff monitoring.
• Take and acknowledge all updates sent by the Supervisor.
• Send, receive, track, log and update all donation information, trade information, event information, news, updates and alike.
• During times when the manager takes on this role their pay is increased to the outlined wages below.
Wage(s): Stand-in pay is NOT added to a regular pay if a manager works for the entire month. If however they work 1 day out of the month the managers pay on the 1st of the following month will be 11k. If a manager works 1 stand-in week in a month they will be paid 13k at the 1st of the following month.
• Regular Monthly pay; 10k/Month (When a manger performs regular duties for a month)
• Stand-In Daily pay: 1k/Day (When a manager performs owner duties for a day)
• Stand-in Weekly pay: 3k (When a manager performs owner duties for a week)

| When should I contact a staff member? & What staff member should I talk to about a specific issue? |

NEVER PM BASIC HELPERS, ONLY THE OWNER AND THE MANAGER AND SUPERVISORS.

Bumper - You should never need to contact a bumper about an issue. Bumpers may often offer advice on their own, however bumpers are mainly that and their duties are to bump.

Helper - You should contact helpers with questions about contests, the charities rules and so on. These staff members are extremely knowledgeable on the events going on inside the charity and how to take part. Helpers hang out in the charity and are here often to help you when you need it.

Supervisor - If you have an issue that relates to problems such as rules being broken, or if you are reporting someone breaking charity rules you should contact a supervisor. Supervisors do not answer basic questions, they handle disciplinary actions and report your concerns to [M.a.n.a][H.e.r.o]. Do not contact supervisors to complain about not getting a donation they will ignore you.

Manager - A manager is only contacted in the result that your question needs immediate attention and you have tried contacting a supervisor but have not received a response. (Usually 24hr after you contact supervisor with no success). Do not ask a manager basic questions through PM's, when you post in the thread people will anser your questions to the best of your ability.

Owner - The owner can be contacted at any time, the owner is 100% dedicated to answering all questions you may have. You should be aware that PM's involving begging or demanding items/gold will be ignored. Repeated harassment can have you added to the BLACKLIST and if necessary you can be reported.

Graphics Designers - These people do not get paid to offer advice, and they do not offer discounts to people who visit the charity. Never PM them asking them with questions about the charity. If you want graphics by these people, PM them on your own with offers for commission, or visit their respected shops.

Temps - Temps are hired for brief amounts of time, they are often so brief they are only posted in the news and updates for a particular month. They can have duties such as counting bumps, judging, etc. They will not answer your questions and probably cannot as they do not have detailed knowledge of the charity.

Welcome to the Rules & Guidelines section of the charity. Before you begin reading the rules and guidelines in greater detail let me tell you a little about what you can find useful and helpful in this section.

The Rules & Guidelines are broken up into three simple categories, they are: Intro, Rules & Guidelines and the F.A.Q. Each section has important information about the charity; the only thing you won’t find here is how to get donations (Getting Nominated) and how to get friends donations (Nominating others). That information has its own section elsewhere in the charity.

Now here is a little information about each section of the Rules & Guidelines:

Intro Section: The Intro section (where you are now) lets you know what each section of the Rules & Guidelines section contains. It gives you information you may need if you have never visited a charity before, or your simply feeling lost.

Rules & GuidelinesSection: This outlines the simply rules for the FantajII, it is brief and simple to remember because most of it is common sense. However; never underestimate the importance of reading this section through in get detail before even posting in the charity let along applying for nomination.

The F.A.Q: This section is where Frequently Asked Questions can be found answered, most often than none answers to your questions which may not be answered in the Rules & Guidelines section are answered here. And if they are not, post your question and it will become posted here as soon as possible. You can identify new Q & A’s that have been added by the *New* posted next to it,(This post *New* remains only for 1 week, at which time it is no longer new but will remain in the F,A.Q.

Welcome to our rules and guidelines section of the charity, the rules for the FantajII are simple, so please follow them and in doing so you’ll ensure a pleasant experience for both you and everyone else who may call this thread home. :3

Netiquette: If you don’t know what this is it is etiquette on the net. Basically, be polite and stuff okay?

PG13: Keep everything PG13, this includes images you post, and comments you make in the thread itself.

T.O.S: Follow the Gaia Terms of Service 100% or you’ll be banned.

Nominating: If you are caught at any time nominating a mule account you will be banned and the mule account too.

Getting Nominated: There are no limits to how many times you can be nominated, or nominate someone else. But please do not repeatedly nominate the same individual those types of nominations will be ignored.

Donating: NEVER donate to any other staff member but FanTasY ChAn.

Cursing: As mentioned above, keep it all P13.

Contests/Events: Contests and Events will all have their own specific rules depending on what the event/contest is. So be sure to follow them when they are posted in the Events Section of the charity. Failure to do so may result in you being temporarily or permanently banned.

Bumping: We are a charity….of course you may bump! :3 In fact, we love bumpers they rock our sox!!

Advertising: Please do not advertise in our charity.

| F . A .Q |

Q: How do I get added to the WHITELIST?
A: You can only be added to the WHITELIST if you become a regular in the charity. This usually means, you need to visit the charity and talk with the staff and other regulars for at least a month before you gain the privilege of being added to the list.

Q: What are WHITELIST benefits?
A: Being added to the WHITELIST gives you benefits because if you’re on the list you are trusted by the charity. You can get special gifts from draws, free contest entries, and even special invites to Festivals which are held annually.

Q: What is a permanent ban?
A: A permanent ban is a lifetime ban from the charity, you will never be welcome in the charity again and usually permanent bans mean you have done something that needed to be reported to a mod.

Q: What is a temporary ban?
A: A temp ban as we like to call it is a ban that only lasts for a designated amount of time, the time frame is chosen by the staff not you. It will be posted in the BLACKLIST under [Length of Ban].

Q: Are the staff required to follow rules?
A: Yes, the staff follow the below basic guidelines for the charity when dealing with particular matters.

Q: Can I be a helper?
A: To become a helper you might want to try getting on the WHITELIST first for being a regular visitor. But yes you can become a helper, but we prefer you become a regular and then contact one of the staff with regards to becoming a helper. At that time you will be reviewed and set as a trail helper this means for 1 month you may or may not be removed from the helpers list without notice. After 1 month you will become official, but make sure you want to be a helper out of the goodness of your heart as it is not a “job” there is no pay.

Q: Can I role-play in the charity?
A: Yes, you may do anything you like with regards to Gaia’s T.O.S.

Q: Can I bump in the charity?
A: Yes, but do not bump too much. Charity rules for Gaia state that only when the charity is off the page may you bump. So we prefer you exchange conversation in the charity over bumping.

Q: When can I PM a staff member?
A: You can only PM a staff member if you feel as though your question in the charity was over-looked, or that it is a issue better discussed outside of the charity.

Q: Can I donate?
A: Of course, donators are loved and also added to the donators list! For more information on sending donations see How to Donate.

Q: Is there a limit to the gold or price of a item you may receive?
A: No, that will be determined by your progress, the item and the effort port forth by you to obtain your quest goal.

Q:Can staff take member part in events?
A: Staff do not take part in normal events, however; every month staff are voted on (excluding [M.a.n.a][H.e.r.o] & FanTasY ChAn (Charity Mule) by the general public to see who will win a sealed for that month. ^^ And YES staff can win more than 1 m onth in a row. -Special Thanks to ~Saki Chick~ for asking this question. <3

Q:What are surveys?
A: Surveys are free forms which users can fill out to receive gold or items, we have these from time to time to get feedback on the charity and events. It helps us give the people what they want!

exclaim Q: Are we allowed to nominate more than one person per month?
A: Users may nominate as many times a month as they wish, and nominate whomever they wish. Multiple nominaations might be turned down until the month is over.-Special Thanks to Skoot the Skizzle for asking this question. <3

Okay you have read the rules and guidelines, your 110% sure? If not go back and read then NOW. The rules and guidelines tell you everything but how to get a donation, in this charity you need to be nominated to be eligible for a donation. This section will let you know everything you need to know about nominating a friend or user and how you can get nominated. :3

What About Mules?Staff and I take great caution into donating; we usually monitor accounts nominated for 3 days before we send donations. This helps us ensure we don’t donate to mule accounts who may or may not have been nominated by their main accounts.

What If No One Gets Nominated? No worries! People who quest in the exchange can get nominated by the staff too. We look through the exchange all the time looking for people we nominate each month for donations.

Is There a Limit? No, we will not turn down people who are nominated if our list starts to get a little full. Everyone will get a chance to win a donation.

How Many People Get Donations Who Are Nominated? Usually depending on the amount of people nominated each month we try and donate to 25% or more of the list. In some cases we will donate less because some people did not work as hard as others or some accounts were just not active. So: if we get 100 nominated Gaian’s 25 of them are guaranteed (unless the accounts are not active) donations for that month.

Who Qualifies To Be Dominated? Everyone who is a Gaia member and is questing a item, amount of tickets or an amount of gold. You can be new or a seasoned pro it doesn’t matter. BUT remember that you may not get a donation if you do not stay active on Gaia during the month.

What Does Active Mean? Active is logging onto Gaia, posting, and showing your questing. You can show you’re questing by just a siggy pic or a thread it doesn’t matter.

| T H E . S T E P S |

Here are the simple steps to nominating someone from Gaia for a donation. Whenever you nominate someone you give them a chance to have their dreams come true!!

Step#1: Copy and paste the “Application for Nomination” into a new post in the thread and fill it out PROPERLY.

Step#2: You’re work is done, you’re nominated user will be sent a Private Message regarding the nomination. The Message will look something like this:

Donating is simple, it is nothing more than a trade between yourself and FanTasy ChAn A mule account we use to keep track of things and keep more organized. Just remember to do the following:

Always label trades FANTAJII DONATION. Blank trades will not be acccepted they will be cancelled and you will be sent a pm about what the trade was for.

Wait for your name to be added to the donators list before you pm or post why you haven't been added. I am very busy sometimes and I just don't get around to it right away.

We accept all items, and any amount of gold. Even 1g makes a difference and you will be added to the donators list even if you donate 1g.

Junk and Fishing items are also allowed we save and sell them sometimes in the charity.

Here is the good old WHITELIST, interested in getting your name here? Well there are advantages of having your name here, but for information on that you’ll have to read the entire first page including all of the rules and guidelines.

In honor of the original thread we have kept the names of the original Whitelist members here, but they are now called Golden Members. These golden members are so because they were there when the original Fantajii was created and they had a big part in making the charity launch. I would never want them to feel forgotten, so to you Golden Members of the Whitelist, Thank you and you’ll never be forgotten. <3

This is unfortunately one of those grimmer posts in a thread, but sadly it must be done. Here is where ban’s whether temporary or non-temporary are posted against people who have broken rules within the charity. Most bands are not temporary with an apology, however; when very serious circumstances arise permanent bans are posted.

How do you avoid such a fate? Simply put, read the entire first page and make sure if you have questions ask so that you don’t break rules within the charity. If you are banned, you will receive PM notification, for more information on Bans see the Rules & Guidelines section of the charity.
