Thread Questions
Q- Are you a charity?
A- We're a place where we all can quest together, and sometimes very nice people stumble by and possibly donate to a quest or two.
Q- Must I be active to keep my form on the first page.
A- Yes, I'll add you to the first page when you send me your form. However, if you do not post at least once a week I'll consider you inactive and remove you. However I hope that you'll chill out with us much much more often than that.
Q- Do I have to be questing something to be here?
A- No, we like just about everyone and we're pretty accepting no matter your status, goals, etc. We'd be honored to have your support
Q- You don't have a set of rules, why not?
A- I trust you to use your head and follow the ToS and any rules outlined by GaiaOnline. As long as you're obeying ToS then you're alright. The only thing is I do ask you not to advertise, if you'd like to be affiliates PM me and arrangements will be made.
Q- What is ToS?
A- ToS stands for Terms of Service. It's the agreement you made with GaiaOnline upon signing up.
Q- What's the word of the day for?
A- It's there for your own amusement and to give me a reason to change the poll each day. Try to challenge yourself by using the word of the day in your everyday posts.
Form Questions
Q- In my form, do I have to post my picture?
A- No, please note that it's labeled "optional". But if you do post your picture please keep it under 100x100 pixels so as not to slow down the loading time.
Q- I don't have a picture under 100x100 pixels but I want to post a picture now what?
A- Well if you can, please resize it. Photobucket can automatically resize it to 100x60 if you don't have a program to do that with, that's what I did with my picture. Or you can send it to me and I'll upload it to my Photobucket account for you.
Q- Does the picture in my form have to be a picture of myself?
A- No, it can be of any "representative" image of you. Meaning it can be a piece of art, a photo you own, all I ask is if you submit a picture of a human being that it is only of yourself for legal purposes.
Q- Why post a picture of myself?
A- A self-portrait personalizes your form, making potential donators more apt to donate knowing who they're sending their gold/items to.
Q- I want to change something on my form can I do that?
A- Absolutely. Though I suggest you pretty it up how you want it before you post the initial form, if you at anytime want a detail or image changed just simply PM me and let me know.
Q- Should I send you gold updates?
A- Please do. I want to keep your form on the front page as current as possible. If you want to you can send me updates every 1k or so, or if you're making more than that a day we can make adjustments to suit your needs.
Misc.
Q- Why is the sky blue?
A- Because banana splits on Sunday are called "yum".
