Welcome to the Kaboom Giveaway! This is Wagupocky's brain child. Back in 2006, a friend of Wagu's donated quite a few items to her. Some were items she already had, so she approached Raven Cpu about doing a giveaway through his charity. As time went by, it became obvious that Kaboom Giveaway would become a permanent thread. This is the second thread of the giveaway and fourth thread of the Kaboom Charity.... where this all originated from. I'm a college student that has been on Gaia for a little over 2 years now. A while back, I found out that one of my friends was an 03 member that quit some time in 2005 and she decided to pass on her items to me with the promise that I wouldn't sell them. This left me with a few duplicate items that I now want to pass on to others. We will be giving out my duplicate items as well as items donated by others every Monday.

Hey, tis I domokun You can call me either Mike or Raven 3nodding I'm a 22 year old pre-med student with an erupting entrepreneurial spirit. I generally stay pretty busy, but I will be around here and there to chat smile I originally opened up Kaboom in October 2005 as a normal charity where we would donate gold to questers. Around October 2006 Wagu approached me about using the charity to donate some items that she had been given. I thought it sounded like a great idea so we went ahead and changed the charity around a bit to accommodate the "temporary" giveaway. Well, fate as you have it, decided to keep the giveaway running. Now, Kaboom is strictly a giveaway with no end in sight smile Can't stop a good thing ^^

I play Counter-Strike: Source, and I'm normally way to busy to be on Gaia.

I'm 19, Canadian, and have unhealthy obsessions with Boy Bands and computers. Computer Tech in training, I spend AAAALLLL day on computers in one form or another. And somehow I ended up in the good graces of Wagu-swan and Raven-chwan. How? I'll never know.

Hiii, i'm Simmy! I joined gaia just about a year ago, and I was instantly addicted. Other then gaia, I like drawing, singing, drumming, video games (Harvest Moon all the way!!!). I can get hyper, but by most I know in RL, I am the quiet-ish one o_O.

Im in High-School, and I dis-like math stare . I also take Drama, and Photograhy, which I love. heart I am 99.99% of the time on gaia, so yeah.

Please read all of our rules and guidelines, failure to adhere to them will get you on our blacklist and banned from the thread. This isn't a typical giveaway where you ask for an item and, if we deem you worthy, you get it. Here's how we do things here:

1. Every week for the next several weeks Wagupocky and friends will be giving away an item on Monday. Refer to post 4 to see what item is available this week.
2. You MUST be nominated by someone. You can't nominate yourself.
3. You MUST explain to us why the person deserves the item in as much detail as possible.
4. Post the below form in this thread.
5. Please stick around and chat with us smile We love company and the more the merrier. But please keep in mind, your posting here does, in no way, give you a better chance of getting your nominee their item.
6. Having a quest thread is a plus, but you don't have to have one to receive an item.

We're not dead yet! [I think] Even if we are....uh...I dun know. We're busy getting funding, and I'm not sure if we've given away many items of recent, as I've been busy getting pestered as par usual, by my now fine father, who feels it necessary to nag at me. Raven and Wagu are busy with college, as well as mendo, and I think we're running out of money xD [Funny, because I'm watching a game show while I'm typing this.] However, we'll be getting some money from an art auction soon. =p WE'll look through and give away any item we have not, if we are behind. I'm also out of spring break time. Don't worry, Kaboom is still working to give things away, despite the lacking of our posts and attention to this thread.

2/24/07: Sorry for that. It's me, Purple Text Owner/Kyrillos. AS of now, I must admit that I am going through family troubles, and I will be unable to be as active as I wish. If there needs to be a news post or what not, then I give permission to the Kab! Staff to edit this post as they see fit, due to the fact that I will be a little off kilter for the next week. Before I, Kyrillos, get pestered to death over what it is, my father has one form of pneumonia, and it's possible that I could have the other, so I may be a little less active do to that fact. It's also possible that I may contract pneumonia as well. My father is very sick right now, and I'd greatly appreciate it if you didn't talk about it. I estimate a return time to full capabilities sometime in the next two weeks or less, as the pneumonia should clear up due to medicine by then, but I need to watch my health, as well as my sick fathers. This news was broken to me right after I got home from taking a practice ACT, and you have no idea how trying today has been for me. It's been more of me trying to deny that my dad has a life threatening ailment. So I'd appreciate it if I wasn't as bothered this week. In fact, just don't even try to console me. It'll just make me think on it more.

In other, less morbid news, Kab! is picking the D.Halo recip. Wish your candidate luck!
