DEADLINE FOR WIPS is FEB 14.

If You PM or post a 'Work in Progress' by Wednesday, Feb 14th, you may have an extra day to finish your entry.

Since so many artists have entered, I don't feel it necessary to extend it further. So final versions for WIPs must be submitted by 12pm Feb 15th.
I will NOT accept entries on the 15th, if a WIP was not provided on the 14th.

Awards will be announced Last Feb 16th.

-I need to have recieved at least 20 entries or the deadline will be extended.
Each category needs to have at least 4 entries for a prize to be awarded.
A single entry can win in only one category.
