This happens a year after Kingdom hearts II

For such a long time, it was believed that the keyblades chose their masters. What nobody realized was that everyone possessed a keyblade, but it is always incomplete- until one's heart becomes pure and the need for it arise.

Sora was one such person- His heart was pure and radiant, and he needed the key to guide him home, and lock kingdom hearts and save the worlds.

A group of scientists’ -The empire they call themselves- has dedicated their research to how the heart works, and they have found a way to unlock the keyblades within hearts without having to meet the criteria.

It's a machine that taps into the power of Kingdom hearts. By exposing a heart to this power, the keyblade within is tricked. Both criteria is met- lots of pureness and of course, a dangerous situation as the power of Kingdom hearts is unpredictable. When this machine went haywire, it sent the power of Kingdom hearts in waves through all the worlds.

This cause many people to suddenly come into possession of a keyblade. The power drawn so suddenly from kingdom hearts in such mass amounts triggered a huge event- the doors of Kingdom hearts opened.

The fragile balance of the worlds is broken, and the barrier between worlds began to break, rips forming. People who accidentally wander into these Rips will find themselves in another world, unable to go back.

Heartless starts to apear, drawn by the sudden fear of those lost in other worlds.

So now a new quest is born- to close kingdom hearts again.

But one problem- once the power of kingdom hearts is closed off, the artificial keyblades -as we'll call them- shall disappear. There must be some who will oppose those trying to close the door to light- it's their only way of keeping the keyblades.

Updates:

-Sora and friends are currently in the pridelands, still searching for King mickey, the last keyblade master needed to seal kingdom hearts once and for all. Hakumei and Shimei seems to be planning to take over the empire.

-Mickey mouse is no where to be found. Sora and friends head for the next world.

-The gang ends up in Nottingham, all turned into animals again. Kairi got kidnapped, and the gang is fighting heartless, trying to save kairi.

-Kairi's gone. Darkie, Kichi, and Namine are poisoned.

-After a bunch of events, kairi's saved, everyone cured of poison, Kichi gets kidnapped, and the heroes move off to the next world.

-Our heroes are attacked by dark elves, and nephla's dragged off. One of the dark elves got injured, and his little brother is trying to save him.

(The Keyblade masters are those who gained their keyblade as a result of destiny. Those who got theirs as a result of kingdom-hearts-goes-nuts are called the seekers. The only keyblade masters are Sora, king Mickey, and Darkie.)

Just before she was overpowered by the creatures, a keyblade apeareared in her hands, and she apaeared in another world-Radiant gardens.

Bio: Sere had grown up in Twilight Town her whole life. She absolutely loved gambling, whether it be on the outcome of a training battle or just a fun race. Cardgames were her favorites, because she claimed they "Raised Intellect." She was in the middle of a game of Solitare when creatures (heartless) began to attack her. Even though she tried to fight them off, she was easily over powered, and outnumbered, into submission. Just as she was about finished, a keyblade, the Luck of the Draw, appeared to her aid. The keyblade dragged her off into a new world, which she has learned is called the Radient Garden.

Bio: Luna was thought of as a monster when she was young. She was an empath and therefore could feel other's feelings. So, she was locked in a cold basement cell most of her life. Then, afterward, she couldn't remember the next few years of her life. She knew she was locked up at about four years of age, and she can only remember when she turned 15. Then she was released and left to the world all alone. Now she's seventeen and when she gained her artificial keyblade, she went on a journey from her homeworld, Twilight Town. She doesn't talk to anyone and gained an alter ego you could say. Though she doesn't talk, her alter ego does. Her alter ego is ruthless and mean. While, she herself doesn't talk, is shy and doesn't trust people easily.

Keyblade appearance: black and silver. The handle is two wings, black, one angel and one demon. I seems as many different wires twist and turn until the top, which twist and connect to make a crown. The keychain is of a black demon wing.

Bio: When satrete was born, he was immedietly infused with dragon DNA. As he began to grow in age, he gre dragon like detials. Horns protrueded from his head, his ears where like fins, and he has wings, and a tail. Sold by his parents, he had no ones to take care of him, Adults protrayed him as the son of the devil, and children though of him as a monster. The Oracles, guardians of the worlds and overlords of the people, noticed that satrete had abilites. They took him in at the age of 7. He was a natural adept at magical abilites, but not so much physical.

Bio: Kichi grew up in the streets of Twilight Town, finding her place with Seifer, Rai, Fuu, and Vivi. She loved a good street brawl, which is why she was often seen arguing with one of her friends. Although she may not seem strong at all, she loves to prove her looks wrong. Although she wasn't originally from Twilight Town at all, she hates it if someone tries to tell her otherwise. Like the rest of Seifer's gang, she has a mutual rivalry with Hayner's group.

Like Sere, she found herself in possession of a Keyblade aswell, but wasn't dragged off to another world. Instead she found other people with Keyblades popping up into Twilight Town. She watched them fight with one another, before deciding to try and steal their keyblades. Instead, she ended up with their Keychains and has then on labled herself a Keychain Hunter, since they could no longer summon their Keyblades without the proper Keychains. She doesn't want the Keyblade to be taken from her, since she finds it an interesting Power Source.

Black boots trimmed with Gold, and silver gloves. A pointy hat in the same colours as his cloak symbolizes his mage-hood. He looks like a young teenager.
Bio:Arias is a half-elf from the land of Tethe-'ella. Being a half-elf, he was deeply discriminated against, and lived most of his life in a lab in Meltokio. When the chosen one, Zelos, was suddenly branded a traitor Arias was curious. He never got to look deeply into the matter though, as one day, he is cornered by black creatures. Some sort of key had appeared in his hands, but it was not he who had defeated the monsters- it was a green-haired elf named Nephla. Before he could Thank the elf (He was really bewildered that an Elf would saved a Half-elf like him) the two fell through a dark portal.

Effect: Will execute a quick side-slash followed by aerial combos, ending with explosion, which will knock the enemy back, dealing massive damage. This is a very tiring move.

Bio: Kenlaux was the first one to discover the truth behind the keyblades. She might seem like a cheerful, happy-go-luck person, but she’s actually a nobody, and a nobody that has taught herself how to fake emotions.

Appearance: Hakumei has a rather cold aura around him, reflected through his deep green eyes, which have lost the sparkling of youth; they can be compared more to cold steel than the gemstone they resemble. His dusty blonde hair is rather shaggy, falling a few inches below his ears with bangs side-parted to the right. Hakumei has pale, almost alabaster skin, inherited from his father. It seems never to darken, no matter how often he goes out, which enhances his cold demeanor. The teenager’s clothing is more on the comfortable side; he would rather not be a showoff and draw attention to himself. Hakumei generally wears a short-sleeved hooded sweatshirt in black that zips up over a long-sleeved white shirt. Rather plain dark washed jeans held up by a white belt adorn his lower body. His attire is completed by white tennis shoes with deep blue and black as accents. Hakumei is sparing on jewelry, preferring only to wear a necklace made of metal beads around his neck.
Bio: A resident of Radiant Garden; Hakumei grew up in an average family with his twin sister Shimei, and the two were inseparable. Not much went on in his life before joining the Empire, as most of his days were spent with his sister by his side; the two would not let anyone else get close to them. When he came of age, Hakumei began to grow fascinated by the works of the previous king, Ansem the Wise, and his apprentices. His curiosity only grew when he happened to find a published work of the former ruler's about the human heart, and he joined the Empire to research it more. He's glad that the accident happened and hopes that it will lead him to Kingdom Hearts so he can take control of all the worlds, ruling alongside his sister.
Keyblade name: Siderius Void- a Keyblade designed for a long reach
Keyblade appearance: The blade itself is shaped like a star with many thin tendrils coming from it. Its handle is simple, designed much like the Kingdom Key, save for the grip, which is shaped in a bell-curve so that the holder’s knuckles rest in a spot thinner than the rest; it has been designed so that it is harder to lose grip of the weapon. The main colors of Siderius Void are deep, dark blue, yellow, and a lighter blue. The blade in particular is light blue with its tendrils fading from blue into yellow, the base is darker blue, and the handle is a mix of the three.
Keyblade ability: Power Boost
Effect: Siderius’ special ability will only kick in if the wielder is in serious danger or enraged; the blade absorbs both danger and rage and uses them to empower its user.

Group: The Empire
Appearance: Like Hakumei, Shimei has dusty blonde hair and green eyes. Her hair is styled in layers and reached to her shoulders, though she usually tosses it behind her or ties it into a messy bun if it bothers her. The girl wears glasses, and cannot see very well without them. Shimei tends to wear clothes more on the tighter side, usually consisting of a white vest over a black bandeau. Her skirt is white as well and cinched with a black belt. Comfortable worn boots that snap up on the side adorn her feet, and she prefers to wear no accessories.
Bio: Shimei is actually the older of the twins. She was very possessive of her brother from a young age, which worked out nicely as the two didn't like to associate with anyone other than themselves anyway. Like Hakumei, Shimei had been entranced by the research of the heart, though her fascination came about due to the sudden disappearance of Ansem the Wise and his six apprentices. Shimei wondered whether or not the heart had anything to do with it, and joined the Empire with her brother to research her theory. While doing research, she found out about Kingdom Hearts, the heart of all worlds, and wanted desperately to see it. She is currently searching for it with her brother.

Effect: If an opponent is struck and her magic levels are maxed, Redemption can freeze said opponent in place for a few seconds, allowing her to strike. However, it only works when her magic is available and the strike used to begin the effect is rather slow, giving the opponent time to move.

Appearance: He is quite short for his age, looking very silly when beside someone really tall like Riku. He has bright green eyes filled with mischief, and messy black hair that he couldn't straighten out no matter what he does. There was usually a happy-go-luck grin on his face.
Bio: Alan grew up on destiny islands, and is best friends with Rowan. His best buddies are Riku and Tidus. Though he isn't strong or big, he is very quick and Agile, and he is the only one who can outrun Riku. He has shared a Paopu with Rowan.

Weapon appearance: It's just a plain red stick that he uses for sparring back at the Islands.
Weapon extra: Nope, but it's almost an exact replica of Tidus's Sparring stick because Alan and Tidus made their together.

She's light hearted, happy-go-luck, and can be kinda crazy sometimes. She can't fight well, but if you get her angry >.> Watch out. She has a wierd fear of silver-haied males with very long swords *cough* sephy*cough*

Bio: Kyo is the older brother too Ryo Zarrock. The two have lived on there own since Kyo was fourteen and Ryo was thirteen. They don't know how there parents died, but neither of them believe too be an accident. Kyo always assumed who ever or whatever tried too his parents attempted too kill him as well.
The reason he believed that is the curse he now lives with and is discovering. He always feels like an outcast because of his purple hair and purple eyes. Kyo has a purple scar on his back and glows when he uses his magic. Kyo has been doing his purple lightning magic ever since he was fourteen and even some purple flame magic, but he has just recentally discovered that he can grow wings out his back. Although, so far every time he does it, it strains his magic.
Recentally, things have made a turn for the worst. He is feeling a struggle and is being dragged towards the more evil side. He truly does mean well and is used too be able too look out for his younger brother. He even has out burst now and again, where he has physically fought his brother, truly losing all trust. Now he is seventeen and on the verge of losing it all.

Bio: Ryo is Kyo's younger brother. Although, he had too mature quickly and surprisingly he was the one that looks out for Kyo. He takes ruthless beatings now and again from his brother, he can't understand the struggle his brother is going through. It is just he can not find the strength too hurt his older brother, so it is him who suffers. Ryo has mastered ice magic and is now working on water magic and just hopes he can keep Kyo on the good side. He is now sixteen and travels with his brother.

Bio: Ienzo was an original six or the organization. The empire messed around with his DNA to recreate him, but it backfired. They thought he would remember the days he was in the organization, but he didn't. And since he never really showed his powers in the organization, he didn't show them to the empire. So, they gave up on the project and labeled him as a failed experiment. Somehow, he escaped, feeling what they were doing was wrong and he is now wandering for a purpose of life and why he was brought back.

Nephla has long green hair and emerald green eyes. Her clothing is orange, trimmed with red. (Just because Cherry's drawing's aren't coloured ^^)
Bio: Nephla had traveled with the Keyblade master 15 years ago. After the journey, she returned to her homelands in Irelle. Lately, she stumbled through a portal finding herself in a world called Tethe'ella. She was used to world hopping, so she didn't freak out...until she met Arias. After saving the boy from heartless, Nephla noticed that the boy had a keyblade. This was strange, but before Nephla could say anything about it, a new portal opened and the two fell through.
Weapon name:Zephyr's breath (Bow)/Stardust(Staff)
Weapon type:Zephyr's Breath is an elven longbow crafted with magic so that it could not snap and the shots are very accurate. Stardust is a magical staff from a friend.
Weapon appearance:Zephyr's breath is green, with carvings of a rose vine crawling up it's length. The tips are adorned each with a red rose-bud while a star mid-way through marks the spot to lay the arrow by. Stardust is a long stick with a ribbon tied on the staff. The end is a round-piece of metal shaped like a star.
Weapon extra:She received Zephyr's breath for her coming of age ceremony (At age of 50, elves enter adulthood and they are given a new name based on the acts they had shown in their life-time) and she can use it with great skill. Stardust was given to her by a friend she traveled with while helping the Keyblade master. Kazolda was his name, but he passed away during the journey.

Bio:A native of Destiny Island, he was originally a good boy. Not really the competing type, well not untill he went to school and met a boy by the name of Riku. Riku and Kaito began to compete alot, Kaito also competed with Sora. He also battled with them in spars, usually beating both of them at the same time. Until one day, a girl came to the island which stole the hearts of the three. Unlike Sora and Riku, he never had permission to go to the island so he could never hang with her like the rest of them did. Jealousy would slowly hit like punches, then the night of fate happened. The heartless came, Kaito left to the island after seeing Sora leaving also. He arrived on the island, to see a blurry vision of Sora and Riku, then the world being consumed... He would awaken in traverse town, in a bed. He would awaken to see Yuffie and Leon, the ones who saved him. Soon after, he would begin to become a student of both of them. Training with them, but soon after that he would leave suddenly. Consumed into a portal, a portal created by himself. During this time, his power became un-stable while inside the portal. He was in the middle of no where, a world of nothingness. All that stood, was a orb infront of himself. He would walk up and grab the orb, soon after sprouting wings from his back and achieving the angelic scar. The curse of the orb, the blessing and the curse. But because of this new power, he had to rest for two years just to learn to controll it. As he would awaken, he would awaken on the ground of Radiant Gardens, to walk over to see a sea of heartless being demolished by Sora and his group, this would spark old jealousy which seemed to have turned to hate over time. He would leap up, wings sprouting out as he would fly down only to encounter a nobody. Organazation member #1, Xemnas. He would battle with Xemnas, in the end however Xemnas would be the one having to retreat. To re-gather his energy in his fortress, during this time after the battle. Kaito would look to see Sora gone, since then he would travel from world to world in the portals, encountering new allys and new enemies. A year has past, still no sign of Sora or Riku but there has been many signs of many other key bladers, which would make Kaito's search much harder.

Apparence: A tall figure dressed elengantly in red and gold overall, whose face is (seemingly) perpetually calm. Oh, and occasionally he is seen with a Gold Raven.
Bio: Little is known about this mysterious person, who seems to came from the world of MapleStory. One thing is sure: He is immensely powerful. ( twisted )

Here's an example(For my characters, Rowan and Alan)

Rowan shivered, as she sat against the wall, Alan beside her.
"Now what are we going to do?" Rowan asked, trying to keep the fear out of her voice. They were attacked by these black creatures, and right afterwards, ended up in this town. When they asked a brown-haired man, he told them that they were in a place called Radiant Gardens. Not much help there, Alan and Rowan's never heard of Radiant gardens before. Now it's almost night-time, with a bit of drizzling rain, while the two friends only had on a pair of shorts and a T-shirt each. They were half-freezing to death, and soaked to the skin. Alan sighed and shook his head.
"I don't know Ro, I don't know..."
Rowan looked down at the weapon in her hand. It had appeared when the black creatures attacked them. She didn't know what it was, or where it came from, but it saved her and Alan in the nick of time- their sparring sticks didn't have any effect on the creatures.

Rowan shivered, as she sat against the wall, Alan beside her.
"Now what are we going to do?" Rowan asked, trying to keep the fear out of her voice. They were attacked by these black creatures, and right afterwards, ended up in this town. When they asked a brown-haired man, he told them that they were in a place called Radiant Gardens. Not much help there, Alan and Rowan's never heard of Radiant gardens before. Now it's almost night time, with a bit of drizzling rain, while the two friends only had on a pair of shorts and a T-shirt each. They were half-freezing to death, and soaked to the skin. Alan sighed and shook his head.
"I don't know Ro, I don't know..."
Rowan looked down at the weapon in her hand. It had appeared when the black creatures attacked them. Rowan's stomach was rumbling, and she didn't need a reminder that her last meal was yesterday's dinner. It has almost been a full day since she and Alan ended up in this place called Radiant gardens. They hadn't the slightest clue how to get back home, or even how to survive here. Last night they had almost frozen to death, and this time it was raining. They were going to die of hypothermia if they don't starve. If they don't starve, those black creatures that always attack them randomly’ll kill them. However they looked at it, they couldn't find a solution...

The two friends decided to look around for shelter. Most of the residents of the town were probably asleep by now. Rowan rubbed her hands together, trying to warm them as she stuck closer to Alan.Alan didn't seem scared- he never seemed scared. Weather he was just so reckless, or he just hid his emotions all the time, Rowan couldn't tell. They arrived at the marketplace, where the shops had closed for the day. It was empty except for a blond-haired boy. Rowan chocked her head...he reminded her of Sora, a boy she played with back at the Islands.

"Hey Rowan!" Alan yelled out to Rowan, and she turned around. Alan pointed to a brown haired girl. Rowan cocked her head, she knew what Alan meant. that girl had a weapon that looked kind of like her's...maybe she knew what was going on.
"Excuse me?" She asked, walking up to the other girl. Rowan tried to keep her teeth from chattering- she was freezing.

"hey what's wrong?" Alan asked. he was nervous, he was never good against girls, not even Kairi or Stelphie.
"Um...I was wondering if you knew what's going on...I saw that you also had a...well...this thing." Rowan motioned to the keyblade in her hand.
"I thought that maybe you knew what's it is?" Rowan saw that the other girl looked nervous.
