welcome to deer santa! we specialize in gifts made for that special someone! interested in commissioning your gold for a deer? then continue come back next holiday, sorry! T___T!

did your present open? wish to name your deer now? ;O well then, fill out this form neatly!: (and please read the guidelines below to clear anything up! don't leave anything in paranethesis in your form!)

also, it'd be greatly appreciated if you don't pm us the naming of your deer. I don't see a reason why you'd do that, since well, it's not gonna be a secret and if you post it in the thread we can just get through them faster. like.. wham bam thank you mam! :9

[b]PM Delivery?[/b] (yes or no - pay us an extra 1k to have us speed deliver.. er, well, PM you your named deer once we've uploaded it. yes, you must paay. usually, this would be free, but we don't want to cater to about 400 people -again- ^^; if you say yes, send trade immediately)

guidelines;; do you see how it says URL of SS gift? DO NOT POST YOUR SS GIFT WITH [ IMG ] TAGS AROUND IT. IF YOU DO THAT, WE WILL KILLLLLL YOU. KILLLLLLLLLLL. WE DO NOT WANT PEOPLE SUCKING UP THE LIMITED BANDWIDTH WE HAVE OKAY!! *FOAMS AT MOUTH* huff huff, okay. 8D

we will offer cert changes for the expensive fee of 5,000g. if you really wish to change the cert, though, please send a trade immediately and state that you wish to change your current cert of ____ to the new cert of ____ at the bottom of the name form. (fill in the blanks, duh XD)

also, please remove the helpful tips in parentheses when posting the form to name your deer as it makes it way easier to read.
if there are any errors on your tag (name error, wrong opened box color, etc.) please include that at the bottom of your form, and please be aware that some names may be "spelled" incorrectly because the font we use are missing a few symbols.

you will not be notified whether or not your deer has been CERTED. CHECK YOURSELF!!!!!!!

to find your fully completed & tagged deer, you must change the URL folder name of the deer SS; if you get an image error, that means we have not named your deer yet. follow these simple steps to see if we have named your deer SS:

1. change "http://photobucket.com/albums/d199/deersanta/sent/yournamehere.jpg" to "http://photobucket.com/albums/d199/deersanta/done/yournamehere.jpg" - the only thing changed is the "sent" to the "done". the yournamehere.jpg is obviously the name of the SS you've received. or, you can just look through the photobucket folder http://photobucket.com/albums/d199/deersanta/done/ X3 whichever way is easier for you.
2. if you find a photobucket image error, wait a while longer - maybe a day or two! that means your colorist hasn't seen your named deer form yet or hasn't uploaded the named deer yet!
3. if your deer is named, save to your own server! DO NOT DIRECT LINK THE NAMED DEER.

if your box hasn't opened, it probably means we haven't colored it yet or DLF & Chieri has colored it and hasn't uploaded it. who knows? we're trying to work as fast as we can and pestering us won't make us go any faster. PLEASE be patient! we all have families & lives too. sad

sorry, but the artist has limited time on her hands and only had enough time to make a one-stager, one-gender reindeer. gonk perhaps next year, perhaps next year... if you don't like it, go to another secret santa shop.

no, these reindeers are special, as they will be available ONLY in this (yes, THIS!!) thread, and no more will be made after Christmas 2005.

why are lineart edits allowed only on the expensive custom boxes?
because that is the way life is, bucko.

o.O my box changed color? is something supposed to happen?
that means we accidentally got the color of the gift box order wrong when we first did it, but now it should be correct since we recently double-checked it. ^^~ sorry!

when do you open after being temporary closed?
we get so many orders in a day, we open when we've finished coloring at least 75% of the deers!

when do you permanently close?
thats a good question, my dear ol' chap! biggrin we close around december 18th? or so. maybe later or earlier. that's because we'll have so many deers to upload! omg. crying !

will you be back on any other holidays?
why yes! we'll try to be back on other holidays. our trademark would be our little mascot deer. :3 but never the same shop name! and we won't always sell deers either.

why is DLF also referred to as Elf?
because she is also known as eclipsedlunarfox!! DUH! (and she is amy's little elf, oh yes she issss! 4laugh )

what if I have no access to the internet around and after Christmas!?
if you give us a valid excuse, we'll consider hatching it earlier for you to see. a reason such as "but I won't be here on christmas!" is not a valid one because of course, you'll be back after christmas.

will there ever be a case in which you will remove the pet from me?
no, not in any case unless misuse of artwork. i.e claiming it's your's, stealing, theft... or if you just really offend one of us. but the only other time we'll remove it is if your giver won't pay for it.

buuut I'm so attached to it already! I love it oh so much!!
.. and I have thought about this situation. in such a case where your giver refuses to pay us and you have already recieved your box, if you would like to keep it, you must pay for it out of your own pocket. I know this may seem a bit unfair, and if there are any plots and conspiracies among you and your friends to obtain one for your selfish needs & wants, you'll be banned. simple as that.

but I doubt your secret santa would want to get you a pet and not pay for it! xp

there is no gender on the cert or form because .. you get to choose what gender your deer is! yay!! your deer can even switch genders at any point in its life! we don't care!.. let's just pretend horns = female AND male deer. ;D okay?

can I name my box!?
why yes! you can. but to find your colored deer, you have to change the url from sent to done because your box won't automatically hatch... we forced hatched it already. D: GET WHAT I'M SAYING? YA?? thats ok. I don't think I make sense anyways. ;__;!

yay, I see you're interested in this since you've made it this far! these are little gifts you can give to your friends, they open around christmas day! they're little reindeers, all colored differently :B

around christmas day, a reindeer such as this one will magically pounce out of the small gift box and bring you christmas cheer! (actual size NOT shown; above image is quite smaller than actual reindeer - and in case you were wondering, this would be something like a A3)

How they came to be..?

The other reindeer thought this was a good idea. So, the reindeer flew over to Sally's house all the way from Santa's reindeer stables in the North Pole and arrived on Christmas Eve, when Sally was still sleeping. The next day, Sally awoke to find a reindeer at her side.
"Oh, wow! Who are you, Mr. Reindeer?" she asked.
"Hello, Sally! I will play with you today, on Christmas Day, and be your friend!" the reindeer proudly claimed.
"Oh golly gee gosh, why thank you so much!" Sally said in excitement as she threw her arms around the reindeer and had fun with him the rest of the day.
