Long aswer made short. Tekton (creator of Tektek) started his own avatar based site and started advertising it in every landing page of Tektek while using Gaia's property (names and images) on the site. Gaia Interactive sent a letter to Tekton to stop the advetisement in a given time to keep the site up despite of what he has done, Tekton didn't replied, kept the adds on and shutdown the site on the deadline date. So the one to blame is tekton for not even giving a response.

They didn't have a problem with it until he started advertising his own avatar site all over tektek. He was using gaia's property to advertise his own and pull from their userbase.

Eh, I fuddled around with the avatar creator for a little and while it DOES WORK (to a degree), there are jarring glitches and the issue of sifting through a bunch of items to find what you are looking for with the lack of an advanced search type like by color for example.

Glitches would include one where clothes I have on my base at the time randomly pop up while I'd "nekkid" and trying on dream clothes, other times my clothes just disappear completely without reason.

Please sort the bugs out but I think the first priority should be making an advanced search options that goes by color of clothing rather than than which part of your body it goes on.
