Avatar Builder Bug Reporting Thread

Hey Gaians,

This is where you can report any bugs you've come across with the avatar builder. The following are issues that we already know about:

Known Issues:
Upon clicking "View opposite gender" your changes will reset.
Occasionally not all the frames will show up when making changes. In this situation, you'll want to just refresh and retry what you were attempting.

When reporting a bug, please try to include the following:

• The Bug
  Try to explain in your problem detail.
  - where it happened --
  - how did it happen --
  - what were you doing when it happened --
  - provide links if possible --
  - screen shots can be very helpful --
  
  
• Operating System
  Specify for the computer used when you experienced the issue.
  - Windows (XP/7/8/etc),
  - Mac
  - Linux/Unix.
  
  
• Internet/Web Browser
  The program/application in what you use to view gaiaonline.com.
  - Internet Explorer
  -Firefox
  -Netscape
  -Opera
  -Lynx
  -Safari and many more.
  -Not sure? Click this link and copy and paste the sentence that it says is your browser, such as: Mozilla/5.0

[Databuffering]

If you only type in one letter it will show the My Gaia page instead.

Upon clicking the Gimpi item I was unable to see all the options for wearing because the list ran off the side of the screen, and I couldn't close out the wearing-options window! had to refresh the page to get it to go away.

Using Windows 7 OS and Google Chrome browser.

if you use item DB and select the type that you want it will find you items from that type but when you try to search the same way only from the inventory it wont find anything without the keywords.

when you click on something that has a lot of items it doesn't "fold". I don't know how to describe it so I am posting a pic. You can't close out of the popup. on internet explorer on windows 8

I get error "Nothing to see here" when I try to access the page after attempting to search for item using coat as type and wizard as the criteria for last box (guess this is like custom field to narrow things down?)

Girl, it's still bugged an broken. I equipped one item and then a general error popped up followed bye the link being broken by giving me the message of nothing to see here.

I got kicked out of the builder after refreshing and I can't go back in.

Google Chrome on Windows 8.1.

I tried to do a search for "rose" just to see how the search function works, but all it showed me was a landing page that had the "My Gaia," "GoFusion," etc tabs. So I guess we can't search for stuff for the time being.

EDIT: I tried doing a search for "star," "ball," "dress," and "hat." None of the searches produce results for me.

I am using Firefox 38.0 on a Windows 7 operating system.

UM, the whole thing is not coming up for me after the first time I got on it and it glitched.....
