Personality» Tatum is highly aggressive, extreme caution is urged. Show's signs of being incredibly Strong willed, as well as being unbelievably Stubborn. When approached with a conversation she is Harsh, and very blunt. Highly intelligent. Extremely brutal, has been forcibly removed from other test subjects during field training.

Due to Tatum's past as a Test Subject of the U-men she is not one that is quick to trust new people at all.

Loosing her kids while she was a test subject left Tatum emotionally scarred. Suffering from a case of PTSD, Tatum occasionally slips into deep depressions, wishing to be a mother once again. She often clings, and babies those who remind her of her precious babies she lost so abruptly.

Biography» Tatum did not grow up like most normal human girls. She discovered at an early age her unique power. She was stronger then most children her age, causing her parents to grow alarmed. They informed her childhood doctor, who sent her name forward for extensive testing. She didn't know why her parent's sent her away, or why she was put through what she did. All she knew was that from the age of six to sixteen her life was staying in a confined cell.

These people experimented her. Telling her that she was the perfect test subject. Tagging her ear with a cattle tag, on it there was a bar-code, and a sequence of numbers. She was named X-39, Tatum could only assume it was because she was the first one to survive.

By the age of sixteen Tatum became a mother by force. She gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Sam, and by seventeen she gave birth to another baby girl named Alexi. Unfortunately due to X-39's unstable experimental body her children did not live full lives. Sam Died at the age of four, and Alexi died at the age of three. Tatum was only twenty.

Due to the scientist's under-estimating her, she was able to escape the horrible laboratory. She fled as far as she could, she wanted to go home. But Tatum kept remembering how her parents gave her up so willingly, an she didn't even look remotely the same as she did when she was six years old. While hiding out in a forest further away from the lab, a warm, loving man stumbled across the scared Tatum.

It took over two hours of him talking to her before he brought her back to his small forest cottage. The man's name was Iteru, and he vowed to protect Tatum; to raise her like the kid he never had. The two lived in the forest in complete secluded security. Until one day when two men approached her father at their cottage; Tatum was out hunting for tonight's dinner. The men spoke of a place where she could be accepted for who she was, even given extensive training to help her and her unique gifts. Iteru and Tatum were both skeptical and sent the two men away, but Logan and Beast did not leave with out giving her a small communicator device. They told her if she changed her mind to press the button in the middle, and that they'd be there as soon as they could.

Tatum and her father talked about the university and how it may be helpful if she were to go. It was almost a year before she hit that communicator. When Tatum moved into the school, she made arrangements for her father to move as well. Iteru now lives in the town outside of the school, and occasionally stops by to spend time with his little girl.
