Appearance: Randy doesn't have the most athletic body seeing how he spent most of his childhood reading a book or goofing off in random places with his friends instead of doing sports and exercising. Do to his high metabolism his body is quite slender and slim, but at the same time his love for sweets keeps him from getting too skinny. On most days, Randy is typically found wearing a button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up or down depending on the weather, coupled with a stripped tie. When he isn’t wearing this he’s typically wearing something simple and not to flashy that he can take off in a hurry and isn’t too clingy to his body. Outside of winter and fall, Randy almost never wears more than on layer of clothing. Randy has short slightly wavy black hair and pale skin, if he hasn’t burnt it at the beach. Randy’s attire and appearance are pretty average, in fact the only thing that stands out on him are his sky blue eyes that seem to shimmer brightly in the sunlight.

House: Randy Lives in the library's top floor by himself. The library is a four story bulding located in Ouran City Square.

Randy Boulevard may look like an average man, but his personality is quite complex in the sense that it contradicts its self completely. Care for some examples?

Example One: Randy hates to exercise but is quite the active person. You can catch him partaking in almost any and every competition and once the weather says its right he’s almost always at the beach. Randy lives to have fun, but you will never catch him doing some boring routine workout like sit-ups.

Example Two: Randy loves to socialize with his friends and cause all sorts of trouble, you wouldn’t guess if you saw him out in about that he’s the sole owner of the most quite place in town (The Library).

Example Three: Randy loves to discover new things but is easily startled. Same goes for meeting new people, so if it’s a first time visit and his Ralts happens to teleport him away… Don’t feel bad it happens a lot.

The Story Unfolds…
Randy was born in Ouran City but all of his childhood experiences were born in a place far away from there. Around the age of two, Randy’s father got a job offer from some business men on the mainland. His dad, being the man he was, took the job offer without a second thought. The next seventeen years of Randy’s life was spent on the mainland with his parents and older brother.

As Randy grew up he caused quite the amount of problems for his family. Being the youngest child, he was naturally a trouble maker. While escaping from the town gaurds one day, Randy ran into a book store. There he found a baby Ralts, and while he never quite cared for pokemon before, took it upon himself to take care of him. With this one whimsical action, his life was changed drastically. With becoming the “owner”of his very first pokemon he quickly learned responsibility the hard way and gained a new view point on life.

Around Randy’s nineteenth birthday his grandfather who lived in Ouran City passed away and with it, the book store there became abandoned. His father refused to leave his job to take care of it and his mother refused to leave his father’s side. with his older brother currently engulfed in his own life, Randy decided to take move back to Ouran City and take care of the store himself. He thought it’s be a great idea, seeing how ever since he found his Ralts in the book store he became really fond of books and reading, but little did he know just how huge the responsibility of owning ones own business by themsleves really was…

Quick History: Anne Mulpampo met Rondeggo Boulevard while she was vacationing on berry island with her friends. While the famous hot springs in Oran city brought the girl to stay there for a two week planned trip, it was Rondeggo that convinced the girl to stay for the whole month. Shortly after the two met they became engaged. Before Anne knew it, from marriage to helping out the family business, her one month trip turned into a two year stay. Upon marriage she naturally took the last name of the Boulevards and under this name gave birth to two healthy boys. Johnny Mulpampo Boulevard being the first and then Randy Mulpampo Boulevad following up three years later. Shortly after Anne gave birth to Randy, Rondeggo got a job offer from the mainland, and with that Anne’s “five year vacation” filled with many happenings had come to an end. The family moved to the mainland, leaving behind Rondeggo’s father, (Fahk remind me to give Randy’s grandfather a name D: ), to run the library himself. Nineteen years later however, (The nameless grandfather) passed away and the family was forced to return to the island again to take over the family library. Rondeggo being unable to do this due to work and Anne being unable to leave his side, the youngest son of the Boulevard lineage took it upon himself to run the business by himself… the rest of this tale has yet to unfold.

☆═━┈┈━═☆Kimi, so... sleepy. Must drink COFFEEwith loads of sugar, eha! Sugar! If you drink coffee with loads f sugar do you think it'd be the sugar rush or the caffeine that keeps you awake? Proabably both... wait that's not why im typing to you. SO JANUARY SECOND IS COMPLETE AND I SURVIVED... barely. Lemme' tell you the details. Do you have coffee? Popcorn? Are you sitting? If you answered yes to al of those, quit being stingy and give me the coffee and sit back and get ready to read. Okii okii, so i start my morning off getting yet again mauled by a varicous pokething. But that's not what happened first. Lets go back lets go back. So as i told you last time i just got all my stuff, and a bunch of moers moved in all my boxes to the top floor (which is when i was typing to yo the first time). So right after i send you the message, i go downstirs and I'm cleaning up the library when i find this epic looking mask. Well... it ws epic up until the point it came alive and jumped at me. So I'm laying there on the floor, battle to the death, MAN VS POKE' when Quinn comes in to save the day with her pokemon. Twas pretty sweet Kimi, twas pretty sweet. So after she saves me i tke her out for coffee... coffee i need C.O.F.F.E.E brb! Okay I'm back,with coffee, Rally and Simo are here too now ._. Oh i never showed you Simo did i? Let me send you a pic of him right now via cellular device~ Okay anyways, so we're at the cafe and my pokemon just take off running behind the counter and next thing i know i hear this loud crash. So i go to check it out, an it's the waiter there that caused the crash not my pokemon, man i was so relieved. So i help him clean it up when a Moca comes in, did you know theres a pokemon naed after coffee, man coffee is just everwhere. So after i help him, Quinn and i decide to go for a hike in that fresh mountain air. So we're hiking and we get to a clearing so we decide to have a picnic. So we la the food out and we're trying to eat and next thing i know, theres this giant... i forget the name one second. Okay so thre is no pokemon named Moca... i guess that was just it's nickname? That's besides the point! So there's this giant steelix, google that s**t if you dont know what it is, and it start chasing us down. Appearantly pokemon can get really territorial and the place we decided to camp out at just happened to be his, -sigh- So Rally takes off with one of Quinn's pokemon, that b*****d leaving me behind, so Quinn, simo and i are running like hell trying to stay alive when we spot a cave and dive inside. Staying live, success! It was really weird though cuz running into the cave, was more of a "tripping" into the cave, and i landed on top of Quinn... i can tell your laughing your a** off over there. It wasn't funny! I was like inches away from her face, man i could feel my face getting hot.Cool points deducted ._. so after that incedent we get up to leave but the entrance gets sealed off. Just our luck. So we start going deeper into the cave, oh did i tell you the ceiling sparkled, like in those underground caverns with those certain type of rocks that makes the cave ceiling look ike stars. Yea those ones ._. it looked amazing. Anyways so w find this hole and the wall, and Simo takes off inside it, so w obviously follow him and see him in this spring. Yea, underground spring. And there were a bunch of wild pokemon crowded around it like it was party central or something. So i get him out of the spring, but there was this fossil pokemon in the spring (Note; a fossil pokeon, is a pokemon that been fossilized and can be unfossilizied with technology... or something like that). SO like every pokemon in that cavern is giving me the death glare, like "You're gonna' take this fossil with you) including Simo... so i did. anyways we had personal graveler escorts escort us out of the cave, twas pretty sweet. But after we get out of the cave we get into this clearing and it starts raining. Just-our-LUCK. And as if that wasn't bad enough, theres these two wild pokemon just roaming around like they owned the place. Man pokemon sure can get territorial. So we're trying to get away when they attack, and before i know it, i was in my first pokemon battle. You should have seen Rally out there, you would have been like Woah~ and then Waah~ and then a little "Awe yeah!" lol, so half way into the battle, these two freaky people come out of nowhere claiming to be some king and goddess and Quinn and i were just all "Wait what?" and Rally got us outta there. It was a pretty eventful day if i do say so myself... but it lasted the WHOLE day, and now i cant sleep... cuz i have to work. Save me D:

into a magnificent cofagrigus.excited about his new transformation, the cofagrigus is eager
to show everyone he can his"new and improved" self. Grabbing everyone one by one and
bringing them to one of the various rooms within the library, the little cofagrigus is thrilled, but
little does he know how much trouble he's causing when the library guest turn around to see
that their companions are no longer at their side. Abandoned and captured in the "world of
fantasies," just how exactly will you suvive?
