Welcome to the form section!

How do do it!
1. Find the right form, each contest entry will have a different form.
2. Fill out the form to the dot, It will all be laid out for you, just follow directions.
3. PM them to Sarah3ddepp, all entries will be confidential to stop cheating, and favoritism.

If you fail to PM the form, and instead post the form somewhere, you will then have to make a new entry, or not enter at all.

Option #1: Art Contest- Make a Forth Of July Themed Piece of Art. 1st and 2nd Place get an item price, 3rd place, gets a sketch bust from Sarah3ddepp

Option #2:
tab Google "4th of July coloring pages," Pick one, credit artist if needed. Color it, any medium is accepted. 1st place gets Item prize, 2nd place gets headshot sketch from Sarah3ddepp
