Magic & Techniques:

+ Soul Magic - The magic Repede was most well known for and the magic that earned him the title of wizard saint and could be called the counter part to Seith magic. Soul magic is a very unusual type of magic and Repede may be the only known user of said magic due it's nature. Soul magic is simply involves manipulating ones own soul to perform magic, however, this is only possible if ones soul is very powerful to the extent of oozing out of the casters body if left unattended.

+ Soul Movement - The user connects their soul to nearby objects and can manipulate them up to thirty feet of the users body. The user cannot manipulate other people or magic with this technique.

+ Soul Emotion - The user entwines their soul with anothers soul to directly share thoughts and feelings.

+ Soul World - The user can "drag" others into their visions of sorts by flooding the area with their soul. Useless in fights due to the user themselves having to be "into" their visions.

+ Soul Power - When a person spends an extremely long time around someone who has soul magic, their soul will begin to strengthen and eventually they too will develop soul magic.

+ Soul Defense - A weak yet constant defense created by the constant aura of soul that surrounds Repede. Weak attacks, even from behind, will have no affect.

+ Soul Hardening - The user condenses their soul defense to wrap around their skin, or even focus it into a single point. The more focused the soul is, the stronger the defense is.

+ Soul Dominance - The prime example of why quality is better than quantity. The user releases a powerful shock wave created from their soul. The wave does no physical damage, but it slams into all nearby souls causing all weaker creatures to simply pass out.

+ Soul Affliction - A variation of soul dominance that can affect mages of any rank. When the user attacks a person they strike not only the person on a physical level but their soul as well. Attacks on the soul are much like a physical injury, the pain is just as bad and the affects can be just as crippling.

+ Soul Barrier - The user can create small spacial barriers that at largest could contain a small house. The barriers can allow objects in but not out and vice versa or any combination of the two and can even halt dimensional magic. The closer a barrier is to Repede, the faster he can create it and the stronger he is, and he can not create a barrier farther than 30 feet from himself (Without cheating).

+ Barrier Transportation - Technically inside each barrier is another dimension, Repede can connect these dimensions with multiple barriers. By doing this he can create small passageways between barriers to transport objects or attacks.

+ Barrier Cloning - A useful trick when facing multiple targets. He links the inside of all the barriers to each other but does not send one to the other. This means that if he were to jump into a barrier, he would not go to another, but instead, there would be one of him in each barrier. The clones disappear when the barriers go down, and due to why they exists, they technically could never exist together meaning such a tactic is useless against one enemy.

+ Rejection Barrier - Currently the most powerful spell in Repede's arsenal and can only be used when no other barriers are out. He forms a barrier perfectly around his body which makes him glow a faint blue. The barrier rejects all within the dimension it was formed, erasing it on contact, because of this, on top of the faint blue glow people can see steam coming off of him and the earth where he walks is gone. The spell only lasts for two posts and leaves Repede fairly drained after use.

+ Shift - A magic that Repede possessed in his original body and what seems to be the only magic that all of his bodies now share in common. It was a magic formed after taking the concepts of re-equip and take over and merging them together in a sense. After bringing someone to defeat, Repede can consume their souls and store their bodies in a pocket universe. He can then shift his soul between these bodies. While the body is in the pocket universe, it is in a form of chryo stasis, making this an excellent magic for dealing with wounds and allows the user to fight much longer than most.

+ The Six Paths - An enhanced method of Shift Magic which changes how the bodies and souls are stored allows the user much greater freedom with their own soul. What one might consider a downside or catch of said magic is that each body, when in use, is their own person meaning Repede's level of influence is only enough to shift if needed. Every body still shares memories however, so they are still fairly connected even if they are more distant now.

Human Path - Lazarus

+ Slowing Magic - The magic allows its users to slow down their opponent. The user achieves this by employing a time-affecting Magic; with their opponent's delayed reactions, the user can move in and attack freely before the opponent has a chance to counter. However, the range of the user's Magic is limited, meaning that only people and objects within a certain range from him/her are affected by this Magic. Anything outside their range moves at its normal pace, but looks like it is moving much faster. Likewise, anything that originated from outside of the user's area-of effect will retain its normal speed even if it enters their area-of-effect afterwards.

+ Speed Magic - A magic that Repede asked Vash to teach him under the body of Lazarus. It allows him to speed time up instead of slow it down. Of course, the training was done in secret, Lazarus would never be able to learn speed magic at his supposed level.

+ Time Seals - A form of slowing magic that allows the user to imbue their magic into a seal that can be placed on contact and activated at large distances though it serves little purpose outside of eye sight. The seal places everything other than the caster within fifty feet of the seal, this includes the object the seal was placed on, in a state of suspended animation (close to it at any rate) for about three seconds or until the user touches the seal. Placing the seal takes a great deal of magic so the most common use is projectiles but it can be used for a short burst of combos if one wished to use it on a person.

+ Time Rasengan - The reason Lazarus wanted to learn speed magic. By creating a condensed ball of many layers of both speed magic and slowing magic he can not only cause major physical damage to them and send them flying, but also inflict lethal damage to their cells at the point of contact.

+ Nature Magic - A powerful magic that gives the user the ability to make request of mother nature. Because of this, there is no specific magic derived from this magic, but whne at full power, the magic could essentailly give the user full control over all non magical wind, earth, and water. This magic cannot be used with killing intent and is less effective the farther the user is from nature (such as a large city).

+ Take Over: Mother Soul - A form of take over magic that allows the user to transform into all of mother nature's children. This includes animals, beasts, and humans. This ability also allows Gaea to speak to animals.

Preta Path - Aster

+ Judgement Make Magic: The user is able to create weapons from an unknown substance that merely phases through those who are deemed good while it is acquires more and more strength dependent on the level of evil of which it is attacking. The magic is also stronger or weaker depending on how it judges those it is protecting. The judgement magic used by Aster is unique in the fact that it never harms woman, but according to him "cuts portions of their evil away".

Asura Path - Deus

+ Frozen Current Magic - The combination of strong lightning and ice magic. The user possesses the ability to send out electricity that freezes everything it touches, large scale use consumes too much energy making it primarily a close ranged style of magic. Because the frozen current circulates throughout the users body instead of the usual nervous system, ice and lightning attacks are rather ineffective on them.

+ Frozen Current CQC - A fighting style revolved around the use of frozen current, made with quick movements and ice slides along with powerful cold electrical strikes. The most dangerous techniques however are grapples.

+ Frozen Current - One of the few distance attacks of the frozen current magic. The user can place some of his electricity along another current and freeze it at any point to halt it, or allow it to travel to the end and separate to possibly freeze someone's ear at the end of a phone line. Because it makes use of an existing current, the magical cost is rather low.

+ Imagination Make - A type of magic similar to memory make in which the user makes the things from their imagination into reality. The biggest downsize to this magic is the high amount of energy it takes to use the magic, as well as the fact that unlike memory make magic, it cannot directly affect others magic. The cost of the magic can be reduced significantly through the use of mediums and well placed seals.

+ Illusion Make - A weaker form of imagination make, the user simply creates what they would but without physically manifesting it. The bonus is that this kind of magic costs much less energy than imagination make.

Deva Path - Hououin Kyouma

+ Dimension Magic - The parent magic of all pocket dimension magics. The magic allows the user to travel between dimensions. Though a highly powerful magic, it is also a highly costly magic.

+ Dimension Drifter - This allows the user to travel between dimensions as well as bring along anything the are touching. This allows for a varity of things such as seemingly floating limbs, intangibility, teleportation, and much more.

+ Dimensional God - Though incomplete, the ability still allows the user to control others access to alternate dimensions while they are in his sight.

+ Reading Steiner - The ability allows the user to see all alterations in the present due to dimensional shifts. The ability is useful for tracking down certain mages as well as remembering what might other wise be forgotten.

Special Talents: At his age he can do most things very well, especially common place things.

Biography: Repede was born with very peculiar magic... Soul magic, through the use of this magic he quickly rose through the ranks of Quatro Cerberus and eventually became guild master as well as one of the four strongest wizard saints in the world. The magic also came with another ability however that Repede kept a secret from almost everyone, he had the ability to place his soul in other's bodies and take them over. In his "final" years, Repede ended up faking his death and placing his soul in the body of a puppy and the mascot of the guild who bore the same name, Repede. He remained the guild master behind the scenes, but publicly the new guild master was Vash. Later on, he would begin to "store" the bodies of allies who were on the brink of death and use his shift magic to keep them alive. He could use their bodies, magic, and the like but there was a severe draw back. The souls of all of the stored bodies were constantly eroding at Repede's own, his soul was giving out under the pressure and he ended up having to leave the guild in search of a method to survive even though the world was in a crisis.

Upon meeting an interesting lad by the name of Houhouin Kyouma and a woman named Dyshana, he was given his answer. A magic known as the six paths, similar to his shift magic however the souls of the six paths were much more complete and kept within their own bodies. By creating homunculus bodies and fusing several souls, six "paths" were created. After finally finding the path to survive, Repede returned to the guild which was none to pleased with his departure, but forgave the man after discovering his reasons. Repede finally decided to return to his old responsibilities and became a full time guild master.

Magic & Techniques:

+ Enhanced Physical Capabilities - Karen is considered unrivaled in terms of raw physical strength. Without any magical enhancements it would be hard to find a mage, past, present, or future who has pushed their bodies limits like her. Hard work aside, she has also had the support of her sister and many of the world's top mages and martial artists such as Rayleigh Darr.

+ CQC Master - CQC, or close quarters combat. Karen has dedicated her life to martial arts and physical conditioning. It goes without saying that watching her fight is a sight to behold.

+ Shattered Origins - Through repeated experiments, the twins ended up dividing their three origins throughout their bodies. This greatly enhances their magical control, and their ability to refill their magic. On the flip side, it also made them highly susceptible to attacks that drain magical energy.

+ Origin Awakening - The twins can "open" up their origins so to speak in a fight to continuously refill their magical energy. The problem is that it's a door that is much harder to close then it is to open, meaning that once opened they need to continuously use their magic for a couple hours or they will begin to fall ill as their body is overrun with magical energy.

+ Enhanced Magical Control - The twins trained excessively to be able to freely manipulate their magic to the point of being able to seamlessly move their bodies without the use of their muscles.

+ Strike Magic - Karen's primary method of fighting. This magic is similar in nature to palm magic and has the user place magic into parts of their body that are going to make contact with an opponent to either severely increase the amount of damage done or to decrease the amount of damage taken.

+ Strike Armor - A last resort, defense of sorts. If attacks are coming faster or to numerously to predict, Karen can coat her skin with magic similar to how she uses strike magic. The issue being that prolonged use of strike magic is heavily taxing on an individual making the armor a temporary fix while a better solution is found.

+ Regeneration - Once Karen was reborn as a demi-god, like Tsukihi, she gained the power to regenerate at the cost of the current magic in the regenerated areas. Also like Tsukihi though, she cannot regenerate in a null field or when there is no room to regenerate.

+ Fire God Magic - Fire God Magic is a type of Magic that incorporates the element of fire into the user's body. This allows the user to produce black flames from any part of her body which is used mostly for attacking purposes. The user is also able to consume external sources of fire in order bring them self to a healthy state and replenish his/her strength, which makes them immune to fire based attacks. In addition God Flames do not burn, they are flare halberds that instead destroy everything.

+ Huma Genetics - Since awakening to their demi-god status, the twins have gained some unique abilities. They have gained access to a body composed of god flames much like water body magic, as well as a body who's age is alterable. Though they are both 35 years old, they generally appear to be in their twenties.

+ Overclock - Due to the shattered origins, the sisters have access to all of their origins at all times. Due to this, accessing god force is no longer really an option as they are always somewhat in said state. By rapidly filling all of their origins with magical power though, the twins can enter a state far superior to god force amplifying all of their abilities. Unfortunately such a boost is not without drawbacks, due to their shattered origin, the state places strain on all of their origins, leaving them fairly crippled once the effects of the boost wear off.

Special Talents: Master of martial arts and diligence. Great at just about anything physical.

Biography: Karen and her fraternal twin sister Tsukihi were born into a... Somewhat normal family. Their older brother was always somewhat of an oddball, always going out of his way to help people leading himself to bring some oddities into the house. That said though, the two always admired their older brother and chased after him in their own way. Karen deciding to taking a more active and direct approach through martial arts while her Tsukihi tried to become much more feminine. Both however took great pride in their brothers actions and through that pride formed the fire sisters, defenders of justice!

Eventually their brother moved into a guild which made the two sad, but also left them with the idea of joining a guild themselves. They stepped up their practice and worked even harder to get accepted into a guild but one day they messed up... They took on a vulcan and during the fight more showed up. Before the end came however, a beautiful flaming bird descended from the sky and eradicated the creatures. Little did they know, or more likely little will they ever know that this majestic being was Tsukihi's true mother. Out of love for her daughter, and for the sister of her daughter, the being taught the two fire god slayer magic. The training was brief, only long enough for the two to comprehend the basics as the creature wanted them to learn how to use such magic in their own way.

Just two years after their brother left for a guild, they to would join one. Even though they have spoken to their brother since, they never figured out which guild he joined. Karen wanted to jump into Quatro Cerberus or Fairy Tale due to the rumors circulating about both guilds out going natures, but Tsukihi managed to convince her that Mermaid Heel was the best choice, especially if she wanted to continue walking around her "home" naked.

+ God's Aura -It's hard to say whether it is due to Tsukihi becoming a demi-god or due to her finding out she was a demi-god but her somewhat demonic aura has become all the more frightening. Now when Tsukihi is angered, the aura she emits is as if she is a benevolent god and you have just fallen from her good graces. It can be argued whether hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn, but hell certainly hath no fury like a demi-god woman's scorn.

+ Re Equip: Death Collection - Tsukihi has a variety of items set for re equip when she feels like taking her rage out on people. They range from simple things like screw drivers and hatchets to scarier things like claymores and chainsaws.

+ CQC Master - Though Tsukihi has not dedicated her life to martial arts, she has been Karen's sparring opponent for her entire life. While Tsukihi is more proficient in magic, she is an excellent QCQ fighter, skilled in agile attacks.

+ Strike Magic V2 - Tsukihi decided to motify Karen's magic to her liking. Since she isn't as strong as Karen her magic focus's the magic into a point and then shoots it into the enemy, while this can be done from a distance, the point of the magic is precision to hit pressure points and disrupt their magical flow so close ranged taps are the preferred method.

+ Regeneration - Though she herself is unaware of it, due to her lineage Tsukihi can completely regenerate even if there is just an eye ball left of her in tact. Magic & Techniques:

+ Emotion Magic: A magic foreign to Earthland but in fact the foundation for two of it's strongest magics, dragon and god slayer magic. Emotion magic by itself is somewhat of a useless magic as it does not actually allow one to control emotions, it does however make use of emotions to in fact create energy which allows for an infinite source of energy in the right hands. The most effective emotions are those created spontaneously and are in fact opposite of the previous emotion.

+ Emotion Containment: Though the power is roughly the same, the magic created when one flips from having hope to being in despair is referred to as "negative" magic while the magic created when one flips from despair to hope is referred to as "positive" magic. Kyubey has developed a numeric scale for these types of magic and found his body can story up to 30 points of magic all together. His magic is at it's most powerful when he has 15 points of each, but with positive magic being such a hard thing to come by he mostly focuses on collecting negative magic.

+ Replication: By spending one point of emotional magic, Kyubey can replicate himself anywhere within sight of himself, something handy should he be about to die. He may also gain one point of emotional magic by consuming his old body which is a simple and quick task for him.

+ Magical Contract: The most important of all Emotion Magic spells. Kyubey offers a person one wish, he cannot grant all wishes but he can grant most at the cost of 5 points. Upon having their wish fulfilled they become a magical girl which grants them various powers based on their wish and the only cost is that they have to fight witches should they find them. There is however, a darker side to all of this, the girls are given a "Soul Gem" upon turning into a magical girl in which their soul is actually now stored though when they turn into a magical girl the gem may become an alternate accessory though it always turns back to a soul gem in their normal state. When one becomes a magical girl, depending on whether they are drenched in hope or despair, the weaker of the two will be removed from their body completely. However, every three posts they will accumulate 1 point of the expulsed emotion making their either shiny soul gem cloudy or their cloudy soul gem shiny. Every 1 post of feeling said emotion, or using their magical girl powers though will make them accumulate 1 point.

The more points of hope or despair in ones gem, the more they feel said emotion. And should someones gem ever reach 10 points of the emotion opposite of what they started with, they will become a witch hell bent on killing everything. Witches of despair kill everything while witches of hope only kill that which they deem evil. Witches can also create creatures that can infect powerful mages and create more witches. Purifying a soul gem though is as easy as finding Kyubey who will absorb the energy for you. Of course, witches provide a nice ten points after their defeat.


+ Alteration One: A form Kyubey is able to achieve once he reaches ten points of Emotional Energy. Aside from enhanced combat capabilities the form itself isn't that important and Kyubey tends to stay in his normal form. What is important is that at ten points of energy, his magic becomes self restoring so to speak granting himself access to a myriad of new powerful spells without having to worry about losing precious points.

+ (AO) Transparency: Kyubey is able to make himself completely invisible.

+ (AO) Contract Summoning: Kyubey is able to summon himself to any contractor whenever he feels the need.

+ (AO) Cloning: Contrary to replication, this magic only creates temporary clones of Kyubey, they can however last for quite some time and are useful for following others around and delivering information to Kyubey. Once dispelled Kyubey gains all of their memories.

+ (AO) Air Walking: Kyubey is able to run on the air.

+ (AO) Charm Magic: Girls find Kyubey to be the most adorable thing they have ever seen and are quick to trust him. Even with spell broken though, it's pretty damn hard to not find Kyubey adorable.

+ (AO) Wish Maker: Similiar to the magic girls, Kyubey also gains special powers based on the wishes he has granted.

+ Alteration Two: Once Kyubey gains access to his second alteration after obtaining 20 points of energy his power is on par with a wizard saints. On top of having a close to endless supply of magic and access to new abilities, the power of all of his old ones intensify.

+ (AT) Wish Maker - Second Revelation: Not to be confused with his now more powerful wish maker spells. The second revelations are a series of magics that also come from the wishes he granted, similar to a second innate feature within each of them.

+ (AT) Goddess Creation: Perhaps Kyubey's most powerful spell which costs him 20 points of energy. Kyubey forms a contract with a girl but instead of killing witches she is to kill gods and her power is far superior to that of a magical girl. Their power itself is either the negative or positive points they produce meaning they have a near infinite supply, especially since their persona changes and usually helps drive said emotion up making them very self sustaining. They are capable of handling twenty points at any given moment but will suffer no side affects if they reach this limit and will simply stop acquiring more. Their power outside of goddess form varies, but in it, they will generally possess power on a scale equal to the inhuman 4 wizard saints.

+ Alteration Three: Kyubey's most powerful form. He does not take the appearance of a dragon just for show of course, as his power is on level with them. Rarely a form Kyubey will ever reach or use as simply having this much power means he should be using it elsewhere. Even so, it's not a smart idea to get in his way when he is capable of this feat. At this level, all of his previous spells are amped to the extreme.

+ (A3) Eradicator: The only new spell that Kyubey gets access to through his final form. Kyubey charges a ball of energy above his mouth for three posts. He then can fire the ball which would create an explosion so vast even Etherion is put to shame. Likewise, he can consume the ball and shoot it out in the form of a beam erasing everything it touches.

Special Talents: Kyubey is able to turn his emotions on and off at will. He also likely has an intellect far superior to any earthling.

Biography: Gods. Beings that are worshiped and provide happiness to all of their followers, or so the story goes. Truth be told, many of these gods have a much darker side to them... In fact, their very existence puts a strain on the universe. They take and take and take magical energy and those who worship them probably think they give and give and give it all back, but that's not really true. In fact, most gods give less than five percent of the energy they receive back to the world and though magic seems limitless to those who live in a world where people can create energy within their own bodies, the truth is, is is not.

Kyubey is from a species who could see the gods for what they were and wished to put an end to them before the universe reaches a point where it could no longer sustain itself. As such they scattered themselves across the universe to put an end to the gods but unfortunately for Kyubey the human race was already doomed upon arrival. He could make good use of despair, but without hope it was meaningless to even walk around on the planet. As he investigated the matter though, he found the source of the troubles, Shade. He also found there was a way to go back in time and stop Shade from ever destroying the human race. To be honest, he had no interest in stopping Shade, as long as he could accomplish his goal and there was hope around him then all would be fine. So using his keen intellect and magical energy he was able to trick the staff of time into taking him back to the past, but little do the other future travelers know, he wasn't going to be returning with them...


Personality: Kyubey is cool, calm, collected, and generally friendly. There doesn't really seem to be much that can set Kyubey off of his normal personality either...

The armor forms magical energy by transferring steam power to magic, the more it is attacked by fire and other heat based attacks the fuel the armor has. The armor uses the magic to cool the inside for the wearer and can release steam powered attacks.
    ~ Ice Armor - A slightly chilly outfit that warms as it comes into contact with colder temperatures and objects by converting thermal energy to magical energy.
    ~ Water armor - This armor uses the wearers magic to break water down into it's elemental components as it approaches.
    ~ Lightning Armor - Another steam punk like armor that is equipped with a myriad of lightning rods that circulate throughout the armor. The armor can ground itself to release excess magic, but also uses the electrical energy to power mechanically enhanced limbs and fire electrical attacks.
    ~ Earth Armor - Highly buoyant armor that quickly liquidates any earth it touches using the wearers magic.
    ~ Air Armor - An armor which can read changes in the air space. If the air nearby becomes condensed it releases a small spark which will ignite and explode the condensed air. If the air becomes lighter it starts to pull in the air around it to return the air space to a neutral state while also gaining the temporary ability of flight while the air space is decompressed.


• Archive Spells
+ Basics - Includes the ability to to scan, analyze, display, and store information.
+ Solidify - The user solidifies their archive magic to use as barriers or weapons.
+ Communication - Allows the user to speak telepathically to others, or connect other individuals to each other.

+ Seal Bond - Interweaves two or more seals together.
+ Second Mind - The magic de-fragments and organizes the users mind during their sleep and then makes a copy of the users mind for decision making tasks.

Non-Magical Talents It's actually harder to find something Guren isn't good at then he is. Guren coined himself king of the jacks for a reason. That said, find something that is new to him and he'll likely be very grateful.

Weapons and Tools
• Requip Sword - A hollow, yet durable sword with access to a pocket dimension, the user can use their middle finger to choose one of three items from the dimension to fill the sword and their index finger to open the top. Currently the sword is filled with...
    + Solidify - Simply fills the inside of the sword making it more durable.
    + Shimmering Gas - A sleeping gas with the special property of continuously reflecting any light in it which intensifies the source many times over creating a blinding light until the gas disperses.
    + Toxic spikes - The sword releases many toxic spikes on the ground. The spikes both swell and numb the feet and legs of anyone that steps on them for roughly twenty four hours.

• Protection Belt - A magical belt that protects the user from weaker magics that afflict the user.

• Cloak of Transformation - Allows the user to alter their voice and appearance.

Weaknesses
• If Guren cannot counter a wizard of similar ranking, he is left at a disadvantage.

• If one were to successfully hack Guren's archive magic in his sleep, they would gain access to not only his second mind but also his actual mind. Aside from the dangers this presents to Guren, he also has expansive knowledge about the light guilds and magic council.

Biography Guren was a boy destined for a life of wasted potential. Born with photographic memory and an IQ rivaling the worlds greatest minds, Guren was the son of two humble villagers on a remote island. Were it not for the scientists who were examining the islands guardian deity, the island would have been barren of technology and any kind of culture. Perhaps this was fates first method of giving the child a kick in the a** to make something of his life.

With a pair of Gale-Force Reading Glasses and a photographic memory in tow, Guren burned through the books brought by the scientists. His favorites being the stories that focused on heroes that were seemingly unmatched, having answers for everything. In magic, certain elements have advantages over others and they always seemed to have the right one for the job. It wasn't until Guren started using magic did the scientists take interest in the boy. It wasn't seal magic, re-equip, or any other kind of magic that caught their attention per se, but rather the fact that he was using multiple magics. It wasn't unheard of, but generally speaking a wizard was proficient in and perfected a single type of magic.

After realizing the boys talents the scientist brought up the idea of memory-make magic, though they weren't entirely sure how to go about teaching the boy the lost magic, it seemed well suited to his talents, however, Guren refused. He found the idea of only being able t use others magics boring and just as lame was forgetting any powerful magic he couldn't handle. At Guren's request, the scientists began importing more books, fantasy, history, home economics, magic, martial arts, and so on. As his knowledge expanded he became bored with his life on the island, if he wasn't still a child he would have left.

Fate wasn't going to let him off so easy, however. If he left as is he would likely go on to become a powerful wizard and maybe make a page in a text book for a hundred years or so. No, this child needed his face kicked in a bit more if he were to truly make use of the gifts he was given. You see, though no major detail, or rather it shouldn't be, Guren had a sister three years younger then himself. On the day of her sixth birthday, Guren decided to get her one of his favorite books, but as he arrived at the lab, no one was present. After a quick search, he found the book he was searching for and made his way back to the village.

As expected dear reader, all of the villagers were dead, his parents strewn across the street, their bodies mangled but their faces plenty visible. While not all the villgers were present, there was one in particular that was not out in the open... With a quick sprint the nine year old quickly slammed open the door of his home, there he found three scientists. Two stared at him with a grin, the other held his dear sister, 'Hello there Guren.' One said with a wicked gleam in his eyes... Or perhaps something else... They clearly seemed off, 'You weren't progressing fast enough so we decided to give you a hand, now watch.' The scientist holding his sister pulled out a scalpel and began to raise it, if he thought for a moment though he would touch the boys sister he was in for a surprise.

As the first scientist shot icicles at him, he rotated, grabbing an icicle and used it to stab the scientist. The second quickly show a beam of electricity at him but Guren was already pulling a knife from it's holster and throwing it to the ground. As it left his hand he gave it a negative charge, forcing the beam towards it. With a quick thrust of his palm and a strong gust of wind from a seal the scientist went flying into the wall. By now the last of the scientists was already bringing his scalpel down on the girl but he wasn't fast enough. Guren quickly ran in, lifted the mans elbow and jammed his hand holding the scalpel down into his side before sending a surge of electricity through him with a seal on his other palm.

And that's the story of how Guren saved his little sister... If only. The final scientist chuckled on the ground, killing without a second thought... 'You'll become something wonderful indeed, but do not celebrate yet for your sister will be dead in roughly seven years...' The hand that held his poor sister slowly opened to reveal black needles, 'An incurable disease that requires constant attention, an island that prevents communication magic and takes two days to to reach another civilization... Yes, you will remain here and become the hero that the light guilds need...' The scientists laughed before burning away into flames.

Guren tried desperately, but the scientist was correct. He could neither cure the girls disease, nor could he reach the outside world. For the next seven years all he had was his sister and books that he found on the opposite side of the island. When he wasn't caring for his little sister he was usually engrossed in reading or training, he wanted to be strong enough to change this world... And maybe be a little cool. It wasn't until the day his sister died though did he receive his most powerful weapon, passed onto him but a fourteen year old girl who would not live another couple of minutes, 'In this world, everyone forces themselves to act properly. When something sad happens, they cry, and when something good happens they smile. But before I die, I want to tell you to give up on being proper. Everyone you ever knew was killed by those you trusted most, and right before your very eyes, I too am going to pass on so all I ask is for you to smile, me dearest big brother. Despair is a powerful tool in this world, but the will to smile and move forward in the face of such despair is much stronger. If you can do that for me, I can die knowing that my big brother will be one of the legendary wizards from those stories... Knowing he's the world's... strongest... wizard..." And with that, his sister took her final breath. A speechless Guren staring at her with a smile cracking in and out, tears flooding his face before he soon began to chuckle while crying and smiling, "Guren Saiteru... The world's strongest wizard..." The mix of tears, laughter, and smiling continued for some time with an occasional scream before he finally settled down enough to give his sister a proper funeral. And directly following, took a boat out to the mainland. At the age of sixteen his adventure began, where it will lead is anyone's guess.

Personality Some may describe Guren as a narcissistic idiot, constantly flaunting his self proclaimed title of the world's strongest wizard everywhere when his name is known by almost no one, but that's not necessarily the case. His title, given to him by his sister, is a treasure he will never let go of. Guren believes that every obstacle in his life can be overcome through his own will and determination, no matter how daunting the task. If he does trip up though, he'll be sure to get right back on his feet, as expected of the world's strongest wizard.

Beyond his flaunting though, Guren is a very calculating. Though he considers himself prepared for anything, he tries to be overly prepared for what's to come. For instance, if he raids a dark guild with highly powerful fire and lightning mages he will be sure to go in more then prepared to deal with them. But when he is not analyzing a situation or boasting, Guren is generally fairly calm and somewhat elegant.

Likes
• Guren enjoys being the center of attention, a showman for sure. The feeling of having all eyes on you, waiting for your next move is a wonderful one indeed.

• Guren loves his women, aesthetically their simply more pleasing then men. Not quite a player, but if one thing leads to another he certainly isn't going to protest.

• Overwhelming strength. While Guren will always hold to himself being the strongest wizard in the world, he cannot help but admire overwhelming strength. When someone he considers powerful gets decimated, it might be sad but it's also beautiful.

Dislikes
• Guren despises inefficiency. He doesn't mind a nice rest every here and there but he can't seem to enjoy himself doing something completely pointless when other things could be getting done.

• Although he doesn't dislike weak people per se, if he has expectations out of a foe and they don't meet them Guren will be somewhat disappointed. He prepares very thoroughly and a weak opponent is just wasted effort.

• When people read too deep into Guren's title as the world's strongest wizard it tends to become frustrating. It's bound to happen with as much as he flaunts it but it's one of the few things he doesn't necessarily have a logical backing for.

Hobbies
• Not surprising but Guren really enjoys training. He's done it his whole life, it's almost calming at this point.

• Just as expected, Guren loves showing off. Whether it's giving a girl a great message, whipping up some amazing food, or getting down on the dance floor. He often considers himself king of the jacks.

• Trying out new things, be it a competition, food, or people. Given his photographic memory, somethings can get stale rather quickly, which is why the world being such a large place is so wonderful.

Fears
• Guren is always worried about not living up to his own or others expectations of himself. He recognizes this fear and accepts it as a part of himself, using it to constantly allow him to strive for bigger things.

• Although it doesn't stop him from progressing forward, Guren is scared of truly sitting at the top by any large margin. If he truly is the strongest wizard in the world then what then would be the point of saying it.

• Guren is somewhat worried about trusting in others even when he recognizes it to be mandatory. He is confident in his own abilities, but he can only know so much about those around him.

Bio: Laying in bed with a sigh. A room dedicated to anime, video games, and cosplay. Aster was a boy of solitude, he had a few friends, but rarely hung out or desired to do so. Though some would call the lifestyle broken, Aster enjoyed it well enough but even he had to admit... Something was missing. Love? Perhaps, but that wasn't really it. It was a passion, it was an investment. At fourteen Aster wanted something he could hold on to and call his own, when he saw his friends playing the new "Cardfight!! Vanguard" he decided he would give it a try. He had played other card games before and they were fun enough, looking over the two trial decks his friends had, he grinned as he saw the name, "Narukami." At the time he assumed if he got into the game it would be his main clan given it's ties to a certain proswagonist. Needless to say... The game hit him hard. The rush, the decisions, the advantage, the defeat. It couldn't be called a passion, not yet, but it was enough to suck the boy into the game.

Doing a little research, he found that a set had just come out in the game featuring some adorable mermaids, he got a few boxes and built his first real deck. Time passed, Aster helped form a local shop in the area and the game gradually began to envelope him, not drowning, more like a blanket that fills the body with warmth on a cold night. But it still wasn't there, it wasn't enough, it wasn't until Aster's first big tournament that the game truly brought something forth within him. Going with the new PRISM deck that featured "Break Rides" Aster got a very certain reaction from each of his opponents... Bermuda Triangle, how cute. They didn't mock him, but it was clear, their worries were gone, they could advance, it was Aster's loss... Until he would break ride into Labby Chan. Thirty one thousand and a crit without boost. Ah, those words ring in his ears to this day, said time and time again, "I can't block it." The defeat on their faces, the hope that grew into despair! Aster went on to barely lose the tournament after facing grade lock but it was okay. The deed was done, win or lose, Aster found that thing he had been searching for. Hope and despair, a perfect balance of the two. Some would call it evil, but Aster found happiness even in despair.

Time passed and Aster eventually settled with his two main clans, though he loved building various other decks. His locals began to both love and hate him, but he was overall a sweet child. His love of despair in matches was strong, but any game that ended with the opponent trapped in it, without the desire to become stronger and play again was nothing more then a self serving failure. Aster went on to challenge many high ranking national tournaments around the world, but with a catch... Wanting to challenge himself, the boy followed in the footsteps of a very famous "trainer" and left behind all of his cards and money at home. Now he makes his way to Japan, to start a new journey of hope and despair.

Bio: Thoma had... A pretty good childhood. And had a pretty good life as a teen. In fact, Thoma's life was pretty damn good, which is surprising considering he was a halfling, born from an American soldier and a Japanese woman. Needless to say, he did get made fun of here and there, and some kids would pick fights with him especially with how eccentric he was, but his charm, natural good looks, and, well, fearsome power made all of that quite trivial. More so then anything though, he can thank his good life, or rather outlook on life to his parents. With a "cool" dad that he would sooner call a brother and a loving mom that certainly filled the role of the parental figure for both him and his dad, Thoma was never without love or support.

Most of all, Thoma was raised with "love." No, not the love a parent gives their child, but love as a whole. In terms of perversion and womanizing, his father was without equal, perhaps what was even more exceptional about his father though was his ability to stay faithful to his wife with such strong feelings for women. Whenever him and his father would go out, Thoma would be indoctrinated that all women on this planet were treasures. In your eyes, the msot beautiful portrait you've ever seen. In your nose, the most fragrant of flowers. In your ears, the most gentle yet heartwarming melody. And every touch was a blissful moment granted from whatever divinity you believe in. As for taste, well Thoma wasn't taught that until much later in life... At the same time, Thoma was taught respect and equality by his mother. While he would not accept that not all women are treasures, he did understand that some were misguided. Though he may bow, he would never accept the request of one with ill intent or those uninformed in their actions though he may try to help them find a way back onto the correct path.

Unlike most lovers of all things female though, Thoma has no distaste for men. He certainly does not "swing" that way, but to him all of the male population is his brother to the extent that he actually has a mannerism of attaching, "My brother" to the end of statements. Speaking of though, there is one where that statement has a little more meaning. When he was younger, he stumbled into a blue-haired lad, or rather, the blue-haired lad forcefully interjected himself into Thoma's affairs. While Thoma knew how to fight, he ended up getting jumped while in Europe by a small gang. He was there with his father on business and the boys didn't seem to care for his heritage. He didn't mind a good tussle but the boys were a little too much, he wasn't down about the beating to come, in fact he just looked up to the sun accepting that he had met a match that he was about to lose. But when the beating didn't come he looked up to see the blue haired boy taking his spot trying to give Thoma some silly advice that he could have just ran away or something. Laughing Thoma jumped and helped the boy and after an exhausting fight they ended up driving the boys back. Instead of introducing himself the kid just said goodbye but the young Thoma shook his head, "Real men don't say goodbye to their friends. Instead, how about, 'I'll see you later.' My brother?" Without really waiting for a response Thoma dashed off with a parting wave. While probability said he'd never meet the boy again, belief and will power said that he would.

Thoma had a lot of take-aways from Europe when he left. A chance encounter, a new found respect for his fathers heritage, and a brand new sense of aesthetics. While tall due to his Romanian blood, Thoma could not escape the dark hair of his ancestors, well, at least that would have been true were it not modern times. With some bleach and dye, Thoma got the hair he had desired, and his family was by no means struggling so suits were an easy acquisition though he had always dressed up considering he dressed to impress. Perhaps the biggest impact Europe had on him though was card fight. He had always mildly enjoyed the game, but nothing really spoke to him... After his visit to Europe though, he found Gold Paladins and has been a faithful player ever since.

His story doesn't quite end there however. In high school he was a pretty perfect student. Good grades, good with the ladies, would beat down a thug every here and there. One day though, he heard someone yelling something about smoking under the bridge. That voice... With a sigh Thoma had a vague idea of what was going on and hurried over to the other end of the bridge. As he got closer he heard that the person was clearly yelling at a gang for the dangers of smoking and that loitering under bridges was a crime. Jumping off the edge, Thoma got to see the start of the fight. There were... A lot of guys. Oh hey, a girl. OH HEY, A GIRL! Running in, Thoma knocked out one of the guys coming up behind the blue haired teen, but then saw the blue haired boy about to get into it with the girl. Now, yes, she was apart of the gang and could clearly hold her own, but that didn't mean Thoma was going to watch a girl get beat up. Stepping between the two, Thoma ended up getting socked in the jaw by the blue haired lad and a swift kick to the ribs by the girl. Ah, the pain of love...

Without missing a beat, Thoma turned to the blue haired lad and charged, ducking a punch, he slammed a guy coming up behind him again. The kind act seemed to refocus the teens attention on the girl so as they got into it again Thoma had to grab the blue haired teen from the collar and pull him back, "Can we not hit girls!?" The statement statement made Thoma a laughing stock and the girl pulled a knife, but Thoma quickly disarmed her and threw her into the river. It wasn't long after the gang was driven off and once more the two were exhausted, "It's been awhile, my brother." The teen probably didn't recognize Thoma at first with the change in hair, size, and clothing but the statement seemed to ring home having the teen call him a trouble maker. Thoma later found the teens name was Matvey and the two became good friends with them both now living in Japan. When Thoma heard Matvey was looking for team mates he was quick to offer a helping hand.

Aster's personality was once extremely optimistic and jubilant. He was an intelligent child that worked hard and studied harder in hopes of one day being the Tsuchikage. His teachers had high hopes for him, as his determination and natural talents always kept him near the top of his class.

Before meeting his team mates after graduating though, things... Shifted slightly. After performing the ritual to obtain his kekkai genkai, Aster gave up some aspects of himself. Namely his dreams, for dreams are goals and goals are limitations. His dreams being replaced by an overwhelming amount of ambition. While still a relatively happy child, Aster has a hole he has to fill, and he can only do so by moving forward, getting stronger, reaching new heights, completing more, gaining more... Kanpeki is a laid back and easy going kind of guy. He's the type to just fall back into the grass and watch the clouds float by with a rice cracker in his mouth if everything is taken care of. That said, anyone that knows Kanpeki, or knows of him knows better to think his carefree and goofball attitude correlates to his skill level, knowledge, or awareness. Kenpeki is generally out on away missions, working with the best shinobi from other villages to learn about and counter the corruption, though at times, this can include the slaughter of the innocent.

Though he can and has killed the innocent and powerless before, his overall ambitions are to protect them. When dealing with higher ups like the feudal lords, he will actively work in the childrens best interests, and he will generally have the wit, and the cards, to achieve his goals. Sadly, even with his power, winning sometimes involves losing, though his record is flawless, his personal record is stained with bloodshed, give and take. While he is an honorable sort of guy, the word has no place in his profession. Out of respect, when on away missions with shinobi from other villages they always stay out of arms reach, and should someone attempt to take his life as Kazekage in a fair duel, he has no misgivings about using a sniper to take them down. It's not that he feels nothing about playing dirty, that's just the world he lives in undfortunately.

Description: A high level electrical jutsu achieved through stimulation of the brain that allows the user to "see" upwards of three seconds into the future. Contrary to the name of the jutsu however, it is not true future sight and though it is relatively flawless, there are still quirks. The jutsu is more or less the brain going into overdrive and functioning as a high level super computer to put together all of the information it has access to, to determine the next three seconds. Because of this, best results are obtained in battle while using the False Sharingan technique. With that said though, since ALL information is used, including passing information that the user may not have payed attention to, one quirk is that the user may see a future they perhaps don't fully understand. This jutsu can only be used once every three posts. During Lesser Dragonic Sage mode this is reduces by one, two for Dragonic Sage Mode, and in constant affect during Elder Dragonic Sage Mode.

Description: The user rapidly compresses all of the air in the area into one giant swirling sphere. As air quickly tries to fill the void it to is sucked into the sphere. This leaves everyone in the area without air to breath, much like being underwater. This leaves them with the decision to either try and take out the caster before they pass out or leave the area.

Aster sends relatively weak jolts of electricity through the body targeting the nervous system, muscles, and mind. This can be used to train muscles, focus muscles, break bodily limiters, shut down receptors, open receptors, shut down the mind and body, awaken the mind, change emotions, and more.

The jutsu stays in affect for ten posts, giving ample time for a battle or a mission. Jutsu learned this way does not count towards ones overall jutsu cap unless one goes on to master the technique.

Air Land Compression

Description: A jutsu designed to give the edge against powerful opponents. Once they leave the ground, the user compresses air into two flat layer above the ground with a powerful current. The top layer roughly has a similar consistency to water while the bottom roughly has a similar consistency to thick mud, though learning to properly walk on them like water walking mid combat would be near impossible. The jutsu is designed so that the strong opposing currents keep the opponent off the ground and off their feet. The jutsu is hard to avoid as it is meant to catch someone while they are falling.

Description: Dragonic Sage Mode isn't like other sage modes where the user simply absorbs nature chakra to obtain a state somewhat resembling the contractors... Though easier to use, it's neither as convenient nor is it as safe to use once it has been mastered. The dragons plant their cells into a seal on the users back. The cells continuously absorb natural chakra for up to ten posts, each posts generating a point. After these ten posts, the user must start either using said nature chakra towards high level jutsu or transform to keep the fuuinjutsu from beginning to spread and start turning the user into a literal dragon. It's due to this that Kanpeki generally keeps his body in a constant state of stimulation for both exercise and rest to slow down the rate at which the seal absorbs chakra by half. There are three levels of transformation in the Dragonic Sage Mode, each one bringing the user closer to being one of the SSS Class world breakers, though if he ever became more dragon then human he would instantly be summoned to the Dragon's Lair as the world would recognize him as a dragon, bound to the lair by contract. The three levels of transformation are...

+ Lesser Dragon Sage
The user mixes the dragon cells with their own for a ratio of 9:1. In this state, they are much like the lesser dragons such as the wyverns, but even the lesser dragons are terrifying beasts when they gain access to sage mode. The users skin becomes hard like a metal, their muscles and organs become much more resistant, without loosing any malleability. Every aspect of the users body, from their mind, to their eyes, to their toes simply improves with the addition of the dragon cells. As their body transforms to meet these changes, two of the gates are abolished as true dragons have no limiters, as their bodies are tough enough to handle the strain of being at full power all of the time. The user gains access to being able to breath out their elements offensively.

In terms of nature chakra, the users connection to it is still weak, though it assists in powering up all of their attacks, it is not in full force, nor does the user have access to Sage Mode's natural sensory abilities. This state does not use up any points from what the seal has collected and can be transformed into with just one point on the seal. Due to the users own chakra still largely being needed to control the transformed state as well as very little nature chakra being mixed in with the dragon cells, the user can only maintain the state for fifteen posts and will be unable to continue fighting afterwards.

+ Dragon Sage
The user mixes in a much larger ratio of dragon cells and nature chakra compared to their own then with Lesser Dragon Sage, being 7:3. In this state, they become much more like fully grown dragons, their skin becoming impenetrable, gaining access to the five basic elemental breaths, and their internal body becoming strong enough to dismiss the affects of a Hyuuga's blows that are below A-Rank. In this state, four of the eight gates are abolished.

Their dominion over natural chakra is similar in nature to other sages, being able to call upon it to strengthen themselves and use it for sensory purposes. This transformation uses up one point from the seal every post it is active and can only be activated with five points built up. The user must also downgrade to Lesser Dragonic Sage Mode with the last point, lest their body get hit with the shock of trying to cope with instantly trying to restore 4 gates at once, which would likely leave them hospitalized for some time. Even if they do manage to successfully downgrade though, the seal will enter a negative state, that is, a negative five state, feeding off the users chakra and leaving them comatose for five posts while it recharges.

+ Elder Dragon Sage
The ultimate state of Dragonic Sage Mode, allowing the user to bring their body to a ~ 50.11:49.99 state. In this form they are as close to the SSS Class World Breaker beasts as possible without tipping that scale and being sent to the Dragon's Lair. Due to this close but not perfect semblance, the eight gate, which generally does not exist in elder dragons, is still in tact. At this point their skin goes beyond indestructibility and simply enters a state of existing, allowing them to even grapple with erasure level techniques.

What's truly remarkable about this stage is the users connection with nature chakra. Due to the vast powers of dragons, the user is able to absorb all of the nature chakra in an area if they so desire, but due to the short time span they are in this mode they must quickly use such excessive amounts of nature chakra quickly. In this state the user is on equal fighting capabilities, if not superior to a perfected jinchuuriki of the juubi. This state, however, comes with many limitations. Due to it's vast connection with nature chakra, it actually is not allowed in the corruption, lest the user turn into a corrupted beast. The state uses two points per post, and requires ten points to enter, though the final two points must be dedicated to first entering the dragon sage state, then the lesser dragon sage state. If successful, the user will be comatose for a full ten posts. If the user does not downgrade in their final post, they will end up being consumed by the dragon cells and become exiled from the world.
