NAME: Marella E. Barker
GENDER: Female
AGE: Marella appears to be in her very early twenties, if not her late teens. She is actually much closer to 500 years old (but shh, talking about her age makes her feel old...).
SEXUALITY: Homosexual (she loves all da ladies)
HEIGHT: Five feet and Two inches~!

POWERS:
meteorokinesis: She can sense, create, shape and manipulate weather (such as meteorological patterns, creating rain, wind, hail, lightning, snow, sleet, fog and temperature changes)... She can control it in a small concentrated area or over large areas. Ultimately, Marella tries not to mess with the weather too much cause it can mess some stuff up. However, she is very tuned in to the weather, and while it rains she will lick her hand. The day before it's supposed to be clear, sunny skies she will hum a little song that sounds like a messed up version of twinkle twinkle little star)
fortune: Marella can manipulate peoples fortunes. She can make them lucky or unlucky, but often it is random. Due to the tricky nature of this power, it is hard to control so Marella just lets it run its course, doing her best to keep it contained to just herself. Although, sometimes, if she feels an unlucky spell coming on she will call in sick so that she doesn't affect her coworkers or Coven itself.
weaknesses: Marella's powers can leave her pretty weak, especially if she uses them a lot in just a few hours. Doing too much weather magic will tire her out and make her cranky, plus she doesn't like to use it unless its absolutely necessary. Another thing is when her fortune goes down far enough she is left very vulnerable to the world. Honestly, it's kind of incredible that she's still all in one piece.

Marella is also incredibly weak when it comes to... Girls! She cannot resist any damsel, especially if said damsel is her girlfriend~!!

Marella is also a very emotional girl, and will often go with what she is feeling, whether it is rational or not.

PERSONALITY:
Marella see’s the world with rose-colored glasses, despite all her years on this earth. She can find something good in almost anything, and believes that the world is a very wonderful place to be. She is an optimist, and tends to see the light in times of darkness, no matter how crushed she is personally. Marella can and will find beauty in anything, and does not mind helping others see the same beauty that she does.

Marella is very sweet and kind care, and loves to help other people! Her heart just bleeds for those in need, no matter how superficial their problem may seem. Her compassion is not limited to a single soul, so you would seriously have to hurt her before she turned her back on you. She genuinely cares about people, whether she knows them well or not. This also leads to her being a very forgiving person, even if they have not earned it.

To many people, Marella is quite the oddball. Marella is quite unaware of this fact. Since she is a bit of a dreamer, she is less observant to the social cues given by others, but that is really the minor issue here. The weirdest thing about Marella is when she does her odd little weather predicting habits, such as licking her hand or humming at inappropriate times. She is pretty unaware that she is doing these things until somebody points it out to her. And even when they do, she will reply with a very serious weather report and carry on.

The other thing many people have noticed about Marella is her naivety. She is naive about people and the world in general. Also, she really has trouble with understanding all this new tech stuff, so she doesn’t really get a lot of whats currently going on around her. On top of it all, she is kind of a ditz.

Marella is also very passionate about girls. If there is one thing that she knows, it’s the ladies. She love girls, platonically, sexually, romantically or just in general. She’s kind of always looking to get laid. Despite her innocent demeanor and young girlish appearance, Marella is one horny girl...

Unfortunately for her (depending on how you look at it) Marella is very much ruled by her emotions. Luckily, she seems to have a pretty even temperament and is always happy about something!

BIOGRAPHY:
Marella’s mother was a river Goddess named Danu, and her father was an Irishman named Ruari. In her earliest years, she was raised by her father. It became apparent very quickly however, that she took after her mother more than she did her human father. So she was handed off to her mother, but she was often far too forgetful busy to care for her daughter, so Marella was pretty much raised by her elder half brother, Devlon. They became very close, and it got to the point that she saw him more as her parent than either of biological parents.

Eventually her powers grew strong enough that she needed formal training, so she was sent to live with her aunt all the way in Japan (of course, using the magic of the gods to travel). Her aunt is a minor goddess known as an Ameonna, and could effectively teach Marella how to use and control her powers. Marella really loved living in Japan with her aunt because she got to meet a ton of new people, and quite a few pretty ladies at that.

Soon enough, Marella was ready to be released to the world. She found herself traveling quite a bit, but it was very difficult because she had to use human methods of traveling most of the time, unless she was going back to visit her divine family members. She was made very aware, very quickly of how little she knew about humans. It was an odd position to be in because she had always been taught that the gods were superior in all things, and here she was discovering the magnificence that humans were capable of.

As she explored the world, she found that she had a very bad habit of falling in love with mortal women. Marella was constantly getting her heart broken when they died, even when they had broken up with her before the fact. It was really hard on her, to the point that she did everything she could to avoid falling in love with mortals. Still, it is hard to resist the heart…

Marella finally grew tired of traveling, and decided that she wanted to build a permanent home for herself, one that would always be there for her even when she began to travel again. She decided on Japan, because she had many fond memories there. Much to her delight, she ended up finding a wonderful job and got to meet a bunch of wonderful crazy people!
