Welcome to an August late day tier! Lots of old CIs make their reappearance while mixed in with new recolors.

What is a Choice Tier?
A Choice Tier, unlike it's counterpart *ex: Advent Rewards*, is a rewards tier where you may only choose one prize per tier level. This could be a choice between two, three, four or maybe more items. If you want another item from the same tier level, you would either need to reach the end and reset or buy the ticket/item off the Marketplace/another user.

I believe anyone who purchased anything at the update today deserves to have their tiers fulfilled by what they bought. :'oS
The updates were supposed be released at a concrete time now (1PM EST). Not having a tier appear at 1PM EST was supposed to signify to us that there would be no tier that day. What happened to that?
