xxxx It is now the 7th Holy Grail war. Fuyuki City is going on with it's modern life, it's normal workings, it's daily proceedings. It has been 60 years since the last commotion had erupted within the rather peaceful city. The temple has been rebuilt a top the former one. A Ceremony was being held in honor of the former shrine- people thinking it merely collapsed due to the old age of the structure. Or at least, that the authorities had said- what the Church and the Magus association had told the authorities to say. And everyone believed it.....almost everyone.

xxxx There have been news about murders again in the city. mysterious murders by unknown killers...Not a trace was left and it has left the police baffled. Only those in higher ranks knew what was coming.
xxxx The Church has heard about the presence of the Holy Grail once more being present in the city and they are preparing themselves.
xxxx The Magus association feels it's powers and there are murmurs going around.
xxxx 7 Servants: Saber, Archer, Lancer, Berseker, Rider, Caster, Assasin will once again be called forth for another battle for supremacy.
xxxx 7 Masters will be chosen once again for a battle of their life and a battle for a wish.

Welcome to Fate/Endless! This is an RP inspired by the anime/visual novel/games Fate/stay night. Don't worry, You don't need to actually had read/played the materials, it's pretty easy to follow....

In this RP, you may use a completely original character. You may opt not to use a real historic figure, just send in a background believable enough to pass as a heroic spirit. What is a Heroic Spirit?

Heroic Spirit: An elemental spirit of humanity that is considered a natural phenomenon in itself, Heroic Spirits are beings that accomplished great achievements such as saving the world and, after their death, became the object of worship and lore. As a result, they are placed outside the cycle of transmigration of the soul and ascend to an existence closer to Divine Spirits in order to become a power that protects humanity. Note that despite the origins of the term, they are not bound to the common understanding of the word “hero”, thus even Heroic Spirits of evil alignment exist.

These spirits are controlled by a Command Mantra. Keep reading to know more about your powers over your servant.

Each Servant has a Noble Phantasm. These are the 'powers' of your servant. (Again, keep reading)

» I Allow original characters. Not necessarily a historical figure but give me a good enough BG that will allow me to qualify you as a heroic spirit.

The essential knowledge to this war.


¤Heroic Spirit: An elemental spirit of humanity that is considered a natural phenomenon in itself, Heroic Spirits are beings that accomplished great achievements such as saving the world and, after their death, became the object of worship and lore. As a result, they are placed outside the cycle of transmigration of the soul and ascend to an existence closer to Divine Spirits in order to become a power that protects humanity. Note that despite the origins of the term, they are not bound to the common understanding of the word “hero”, thus even Heroic Spirits of evil alignment exist.

¤ Command mantra: is a signal that you are a master and a participant of the Holy Grail war. These are red tattoos appearing on a master's hand. It is divided into 3 parts and is the ultimate command- commands using this are to be followed at any and all costs unless dismissed by the master. The design of the mantra changes per master. You may only use it 3 times. Choose wisely.

¤ Noble Phantasm: A noble phantasm is not limited to one.They are the embodiment of the ultimate mysteries of a hero that symbolizes his existence through historical facts and anecdotes. They can be general weapons, such as sword, lances, or bows, support items, such as rings and crowns, or they can be abstract concepts, such as abilities and curses. Considered to be their trump cards, they are activated by channeling prana/energy into them and releasing their true names, and this can only be done by their true owners. (example: King Arthur's Excalibur.)
Note: »It costs a lot of mana/prana to activate a phantasm's true capabilities.
» It may hint your Servant's identities.

¤ Class Abilities: These are inherent abilities unique to each class that enhance the servant be it through power enhancement, skills, etc. Read the Character Guides to know each class ability.

¤ Reality Marble: Any class can use this, it is having one's inner world materialized and projected onto reality.

¤ Mystic Eyes: grants the power to interfere with the outer world. Acquisition of Mystic Eyes happens when there is some sort of mutation in the Magic Circuits located in the area around one’s eyes.

-Servants have a basic knowledge of the modern world upon their summoning, provided they were completely summoned.-

»SABER: Agile and powerful melee warriors. It is commonly assumed to be the best class overall, with high ratings in all categories.
Class Abilities:
xxx‡ Knight class
xxx‡ Possesses the Riding skill like the Rider class.
xxx‡ Strongest Magic Resistance of all classes

»ARCHER: Proficient with projectiles. Doesn't necessarily need to be using a bow and arrow.
Class Abilities:
xxx‡ Knight class
xxx‡ Can survive longer without a Master nearby, thanks to their special ability Independent Action.

»LANCER: Very agile, proficient in hit-and-run tactics that capitalize on range and speed, and skilled with long-range melee weapons such as spears and lances. The qualifying conditions to be placed within the class are second only to the Saber class, requiring overall excellent attributes and a high agility attribute

»RIDER: Emphasis upon speed and powerful Noble Phantasms. Their special skill is Riding, which allows them to fully utilize abilities of their mounts (ranging from simple horses, through motorcycles, to divine creatures). Anything they can master any mount.

xxx‡Magic Resistance

»CASTER: Servants placed within this class are adept in magecraft, and the only qualifying condition is the mastery of sorceries of the highest caliber compared to the specific parameter requirements of the other classes. Due to not requiring any strong statistics, they generally have low combat abilities, and due to the majority of Servants having some form of Magic Resistance, this class is thought to be the weakest of all seven.
Class Abilities:
xxx‡Territory Creation (altering the surrounding lands in favor of their sorcery)
xxx‡Item Construction (allows the magus to create magical items and tools)

»ASSASSIN: Servants of this class must be skilled at operating covertly, stealthy, and silently. This class is considered to be one of the weaker classes at fighting, as its members possess low attributes due to not having glorious legends as heroes, so it instead specializes in killing Masters rather than Servants.
Class Abilities:
xxx‡Independent Action (rank B, lasts 40 hours)
xxx‡Presence Concealment (remain undetected when spying or preparing to ambush their targets)

»BERSERKER:incarnations of Heroic Spirits who have gone berserk during battle at least once in their lifetime. Most Masters are incapable of controlling their Servant once Mad Enhancement has been activated, which eventually results in their death. Be careful of using Mad Enhancement on your servant. It is optional.
