♔ Jun 6th Sorry about being so inactive lately, school kept me quite busy most of the time. Now summer vacation has started and I'll try making a couple of commissions again.
♔ Feb 4th I'm really sorry but I (Sinooperi) will have to stop taking commissions, my hand isn't getting much better. It's been aching and I'm afraid it'll get worse if I don't take a proper break.
♔ Aug 22nd Njalla is back in business!
♔ Jul 25th Bad news, Njalla broke his leg ;___; I don't know how bad it is but I suppose it'll take a while to recover :c

Hey!
I am usually known online as Njalla, but everybody calls me Kai. I have made pictures all my life, but recently I have began experimenting with different mediums. I am from Finland and I study at Helsinki Upper Secondary School of Visual Arts. I love to draw almost everything, especially big, complex machines and robots, space landscapes, steampunk/clockwork stuff and all kind of mammals and birds. I am not as picky as Sinooperi what comes in drawing original characters and avatars. And I also draw faster than he does. He's such a procrastinater. So am I. In order to get picked, you need to have good, clean reference pictures. I prefer drawings and photos over text refererences.

Hello there, I'm happy to see you're visiting us.
You can call me Sinooperi, Nyoo (my previous username), Nuu or, well, anything you like. I'm finnish, so excuse my typos and grammar mistakes, I go to Helsinki Upper Secondary of Visual Arts and I like geeky and old things. I, apparently, like drawing but I'm a bit lazy so it's mostly doodles these days. I'm hoping to find interesting things to draw this way, but be warned, I am picky. I will pick just the ones I really find interesting just to prevent art blocks and other unpleasant stuff. It probably takes at least a couple of weeks to finish one commission but it can take longer. Just be patient B)

I'd say the most important thing for me is the colours and the theme. I prefer simple matching colours to a ton of neon pinks and greens and anything that makes me feel I'm getting a headache. I'm more likely to choose fancy/elegant/oldish over slutty/kawaiidesu/plain weird. The character's gender doesn't mean that much but I usually draw men, so my women might look a bit boyish.

Actual commissions as samples! Except the last one. But you should get some sort of an image of how detailed a full body pic would be, and what kind of arrangement it could have and so on.

♔ WAIST ♔~ 110k
Then some not-so-good samples. Althouhg here you can see that waist type picture is rather flexible, the picture can be cut from above or below the waist.

♔ BUST ♔~ 80k
And finally some proper samples. Bust pics are the easies and fastest and most of the time a ton of fun to do.

All samples go newest > oldest
You can visit my deviantART gallery or Tumblr (pictures tagged as 'commission' are all Gaia commissions) to see the latest doodles and other stuff I haven't put here, so you have some sort of a clue what to expect. But please remember, just the few first rows in the gallery are consedered as new.
And also remember: these type definitions aren't meant to be taken too seriously. Full body doesn't mean that every single toe and finger must be seen and waist doesn't mean that the picture ends exactly at waist. The limits are flexible but I try to rather draw too much than too little.
Oh, and do tell if you think the prices are too high/low.

♔ ADDITIONAL STUFF ♔
An extra person means double the price (minus possible background). This is because it is actually more than double the work since it's much harder to make a two-person picture work.
Background: +20k
I can also take bribes, like items from my wishlist. I recommend that only for bigger commissions or many commissions because all the items are kinda expensive. So if you want to make me your art slave, bribes are the solution.

This is the form you fill and post. A few words first, though.
References. They are important. The more the better, and if we have to ask something please answer as soon as you can because it slows down the process and everyone has to wait. If you're questing avi art please give a list of the items, it's really difficult to guess what you're wearing.
You can commission both artists to do the same character for example. You just have to fill one order form for both.
Post the order in the thread, don't PM it. If your request is accepted we'll quote you! (Usually within a day from posting the order.)

Not sure how this works?
First you post the form (if there are open slots). Then, if we accept it - don't be offended if we don't, we can be a bit picky - you request a trade to the artist who draws the picture and that way you get your own little slot. Then you wait nicely while the artist works on the picture. It may or may not take long, depending on the situation. When the artist done they will show you a small, watermarked version of the picture and accept your trade. Once you've finished the trade you will get the full size, not watermarked picture. Remember to save it on your computer!
