except this time he seems to be wearing something dashing and a trifle over the top.
Right, he had said this was a Halloween event, so perhaps he is already dressed in character as a romantic?
He was going to be a hit with the women, you knew.

"You must be here to attend the Halloween Event... are you also here to meet your potential weapon?"
You only manage the barest of nods before he grins and grabs you by the arm,
motioning in the direction of what sounds to be a celebration of sorts.
"You'll find refreshments, and entertainment down this way. I do wish you the best of luck."

And then he is gone again, to meet another potential half of a pair.

alllllright! so this is a game that started in our I/T, that will continue for as long as SHIBUSEN is alive! (that's right, it'll be ongoing forever!) The point of all this is to get as many mini-souls as you can, as they act like a form currency for things in SHIBUSEN.

Here's the list of what you can get at the moment:

1 mini-soul = can be translated into 10 SP for in-guild use
10 mini-souls = one Soul for WEAPON growth
25 mini-souls = individualized SQUISHME! pet
~100 mini-souls = one WEAPON

you can obtain the souls through any and all of the following options:

referrals
this is obvious :3 - if you can refer someone to the shop, and have them post the following code in the thread, you will obtain one mini-soul.

activity
simply posting in the thread can get you mini-souls, if you post often enough and stay to chat. the staff will hand these out, depending on who they see frequently in the thread.

To start.. what is a WEAPON? and a TECHNICIAN?
- In B/C terms, a WEAPON - your pet. TECHNICIAN - the "guardian".

What makes a WEAPON a WEAPON and not a normal human?
- WEAPONS have magic blood in them that is generally inherited. This allows them to change forms from their usual human shape to a WEAPON that can only be wielded by their TECHNICIAN.

How come TECHNICIANS are the only ones who can wield WEAPONS?
- Each WEAPON and TECHNICIAN has a 'wavelength' - aura, if you will. These must match up together in order for them to be able to pair up. This is why both your guardian and your pet will have to be equally developed.

What is allowed for my WEAPON/TECHNICIAN?
- Your characters must be human, with no modifications besides carrying WEAPON blood. Black blood is not allowed at start, as it will come through RP.

So who do I RP with?
- You can RP from both the WEAPON or the TECHNICIAN's point of views. This is entirely up to you, however we do recommend that you try to use both.

How old is my WEAPON/TECHNICIAN supposed to be?
- As SHIBUSEN is a high school, expect your pair to be anywhere from 14-18/19. However, we are relatively loose with this particular statistic, just don't be crazy and end up with a 30-year-old student.

Can me WEAPON/TECHNICIAN be non human?
- Er, no. Sorry about that. No cat eared fae blooded demon children weapons or technicians. Even if it was allowed, they would be very, very special: and thus offered through auctions or special events.

SHIBUSEN sounds like a familiar name...
- Yes, we based the shop off of Square Enix' Soul Eater, re-creating it to make the shop.

Is the lineart always the same?
- Hellll no! Every stage is unique.

How many of these can we own?
- you can own up to two Weapon/Technician pairs at any one time. you may not have two Weapons from the same flatsale, but you can have two from any combination of raffles, customs, and auctions (or special events).

Can we co-own?
- As these are quite RP intensive, the answer is no. Sorry!

Will they grow if i'm inactive?
- No. A very big no. Not even customs will grow without shop activity - in fact, flatsale/raffle pets can and may be re-homed after 6 months of inactivity. Please PM the mule to let us know if you're dissappearing for a period of time!

Can I give my pet away?
- No. But if you don't want it anymore, we can always try and re-home it for you. However, you cannot do this yourself. Again, PM the mule.

I don't have 20k right now, can I pay the rest later?
No, you must pay 20k upfront.

Do you take items as payment?
We do - items over 100k. Events will have more specific rules when the total cost is expected to be over 100k.

Can I win both my weapons at the same event?
No, you may only obtain one weapon at each event, maximum.
