October 2024 Angel Item Avi Challenge
    now we begin spooky cronchy leaf season!
    and with an aptly themed item this month too!
    looks like it is based off a horror film called Elevator Game.

    about this/why this challenge: angel items seem to often feel a bit niche in style,
    or un-usable for different styles/fashions. this is here to ecourage people to try
    challenging that mindset, as well as just showing off any attempts using the poses.
    (if anyone wants/is hosting a contest version of this, lmk!)

out of the box this item seems to fit [mildly femme and casual], so here are some
optional item/pose specific challenges:
  • make the legmods look like they could be shorts
  • masc vibes with the top or legmod
  • unexpected things in that elevator

      is there anything you want to see people do/attempt?

[...]
foreground cutting can remove the foreground layer/lighting of the elevator so the avatar isn't constrained, but the doorway is fully drawn on the backlayer too

              1. select the avatar and click on it—this will bring up a modal window

you might also be more use to threads that are more...hit and run/short term "show off your current avis" too. I think those are more popular, so you may have also subconsciously defaulted to that!
