September 2024 Angel Item Avi Challenge

Spoopy, cronchy leaf season sweeping in fast, but not yet bc it's SEPTEMBER! (hi!)

about this/why this challenge: angel items seem to often feel a bit niche in style,
or un-usable for different styles/fashions. this is here to ecourage people to try
challenging that mindset, as well as just showing off any attempts using the poses.
(if anyone wants/is hosting a contest version of this, lmk!)

go ahead and post any avis (dream/builder are ok) using the item!!!
out of the box this item seems to fit [gender neutral, casual, space, star-themed, academic], so here are some
optional item/pose specific challenges:

maybe street to go with the sweater/top pose?
fancy/elegant, in general
maybe things with nature???
this item has blackberry on the sweater/top pose, try using more of that color
your host enjoys pushing the pointy hat magic user agenda and this item would work well for that
your host also thinks it would be cool to see decora avis with the telescope pose
user suggested or requested challenges go here

mini-tutorials courtesy of aemperatrix:

to grab the link to an avatar that has been saved to a favorites collection:

1. select the avatar and click on it—this will bring up a modal window

2. go down to the 'share' link section and click; make sure your cursor is on the line

3. right click + click "select all"

4. right click again + copy or (on windows) ctrl+c

to grab the image itself:

1. simply right click on the image + select "copy link address"

2. voila

to grab the image itself (mobile, Android edition):

1. tap the favorite
2. long press the image
3. select open image in new tab

4. copy the image link from the address bar of the new tab

hot diggity dog, I thought this was catharsis before looking at the tags btw
I don't collect mute or withered, so my elder, blind, feable eyes think elderberry from alluring is CLOSE ENOUGH™ (or rather, butterfly meme, calling blackberry elderberry lfskfkgkdksk)

fibonacci to infinity, fellow pointy hat enthusiast, who went "BROOM LEGS" at me when they saw the leg pose and then immediately equipped the legs with the brooms made me big jelly, so I changed my avi real quick xD
(I did also immediately think the legs would look good on a broom but I was like, lets ignore the sweet delicious low hanging fruit to challenge ourselves first. .... I didn't wear the first avi long xD)

this one spawned from my elder blind eyes thinking blackberry was the same as elderberry (and then also not really having neither withered or mute items in my invo to even try to use); and my previous thought/meandering that viper would look good against alluring if alluring didn't have raspberry. also wanted to lean more femme this time bc I stated in the CSU that I thought this could be used for femme looks too, but uh, I think this still sticks close to gender neutral/cozy vibes redface
