Oh hey look, the angelic halo is back for a cool $900 USD, seems cheap.

Wait they've stooped to selling the most priceless item in gaian history? Out. So ******** out.

You know this isn't even the first time they've done it right? It's one of the main reasons there are so many angelic halo's in circulation. Within the 3-4 months I believe it was that the new CEO was in control they sold it for something like $999 USD, so this is technically the second time now they're doing it.

There were 22 Angelic Halo's on the marketplace last week, down to 7 now, I imagine some were bought and some expired.

It's largely funny to me as based on the Angelic Halo's that have been going up and down on the marketplace, it looks like at this point my Jolly Hat is actually probably more rare than the Angelic Halo currently between the Angelic Halo's that have been granted from conventions, very rare events, and now two Gaia Cash sales, lol.

Pretty much the main reason I left Gaia in the first place. All the GC and just stupid s**t getting added on. I only came back and have stayed due to some fun role-plays and new friends I have found.

Anyway, Gaia ain't getting a cent from me. Not with all this ridiculous inflation and ads and just nonsense floating about the site. I do miss the old days where the ONLY real money you had to spend was for the MI's. And back when owning a pair of fairy wings was a luxury.

Does anyone else have trouble remembering the last time you could log in without 5-10 announcements telling you about "special" cash shop deals? I find it heart wrenching to see a site that use to have so much respect for its users resorting to what are essentially constant adverts to try and reach into your wallet gonk

Ahhh, the times where I was soooo bad at RPing. Ha ha. Anyway, yeah I don't care for my avi that much. I would love to get art, but no way I could afford the really nice pieces. I could open my own shop, but it wouldn't end well for me or potential commissioners.

Thank you! I just wouldn't be able to keep up with it. I am incredibly slow with drawing and finishing anything (like it take weeks, if not months for me to finish even something simple). As well, I can be a little picky when it comes to drawing some things. It would just be stressful and no fun for both me and the person who'd want to buy. I've tried running shops in the past on other avatar sites, and it just doesn't really work out well.
