Two things: 1. Accusing Gaia of scamming you when errors like this tend to happen is, quite simply, an overreaction. They are in the middle of a huge spending event: I'm sure they've got many more tickets about purchasing issues than normal. I understand it's frustrating, but you need to understand that they are not simply twiddling their thumbs.

2. Are you talking about the new purchase implementation, PayGarden? Or, your screen caps are from iTunes--is this specifically purchasing Gaia Cash through iTunes?

Looks to me like she paid $10 and got $5 worth of GC, which is why the last screenshot is important. Or paid for $10 and just didn't get it at all, and the third screenshot is showing the absence of $10 GC entirely. Correct me if I'm wrong, OP.

Hello Gaia, I would love to buy from your Black Friday sale this year, but since I was never given the 1,000 GC that I was cheated/scammed out on it appears to look like you lost a customer for this sale and for future spending.
Oh and yes I filed a ticket stating I never received this cash over 3 days ago, but so far only got one slow reply back.
I'm starting to want a refund and not ever deal with GC ever again and plus I am here to voice my words on this situation so that other people don't end up with the same issue. confused

Oh and one more thing for the Gaia Cash addicts who don't end up like me and get scammed as well:

Just because we personally are not buying Cash for this event doesn't mean there aren't plenty of people who ARE. This is a big event; it is INCREDIBLY likely that there are people who were waiting for this event to buy cash at all, and that the amount of people purchasing in the same time span has also gone up.

1. If it was your money you would probably be wondering where it has all gone if you were in the same situation after 3 days of not getting a response from Gaia.
2. No I am not talking about Paygarden and obviously it was purchased from iTunes from the accent Gaia App.
3. I used that to prove that it did not in fact go through to my Gaia account because it did not show up on my Gaia Cash history.

I have had issues purchasing Cash before. I bought it through PayPal once and though the funds were taken from my account, a glitch occurred that did not pass this information on to Gaia. However, not once did I think that they were nor did I accuse them of scamming me. I am just saying that that is a VERY serious accusation for something that was obviously a glitch; proven by the fact that one of your purchases DID go through.

Your response to my question about PayGarden was pretty rude. I have never bought Cash through the app and you specifically said "gift card to cash" which is exactly what the new feature is. I was just trying to make sure, as I have used it previously.

I still need another 500 GC to make it a total of 1,000 GC because it was a $10 purchase.
I had already received the 500 GC for $5 back days ago.
It was a total of $15.

You know what your screen caps and what you circled are only for the 25th and on the 25th you purchased $10 and only got half of that so I don't see where you should be getting more Cash. If you're claiming what you got credited to your account on the 25th was in response to your purchase on November 4th then you better show more of your Gaia Cash history to show the last time you had Cash credited to your account before you made your purchase on the 4th of November. It's pretty plain as day you didn't purchase $15 worth of Gaia Cash on 25th through the app and iTunes.

Then again, Zero can go into your Cash History and see how much you were credited to your account because that's his job.

I feel like stuff like this happens a lot to people.
Either they try to give Gaia money, but never get their GC, or they can't give Gaia money at all, or Gaia charges their account multiple times without their consent.
