Hmmm, chat should be possible now on mobile. Did you try tapping the input box on the left-hand side of the slightly darker bottom? Movement controls are bad for mobile at the moment, but if you press two fingers on the screen some movement should happen.

Yes the controls are basically just desktop controls, mobile needs new controls and a new UI. It's very much in a barley functional state unfortunately. But that will change soon hopefully!

Hello friends!

Version 0.0.89 is now live with the following changes (throughout the day)

* A new section of the map including a chess board recommended by aura and inspired by Towns 1's chess tile.

* Fixed an issue where the reply keybind (r) whould start a chat even if you didn't have a whisper to reply to.

* Player names now have a slight dropshow to help keep them legible when they're on top of eachother or rendered on top of white surfaces.

* /Whisper command is now in the game. It was possible to whisper before but now you can /whisper aura and then hit enter to start a whisper with the player. The enter was required to support spaces in Gaia usernames.

* Other minor changes too!

Here is a screenshot of the new area, put together really quickly with my very limited enviorment design abilities.

Was there any specific error? Any information it said is helpful in determining the issue. In Firefox can you visit about:config (copy paste this into your browser) and search "webgl2" and make sure it's enabled at least?

Could I suggest a section be added to Rally 3?

A swimming pool like we had in Towns 1 back in 2007's Summer Festival event.

Thank you for all of your hard work! Being able to run around with a bunch of gaians again was just so fun and nostalgic. I cant wait to see what else you implement and update. I would love to see you work on more things like this in the future like maybe a towns or something.
I definitelly think some ui/in game controls list would be great. Maybe add a mini map that you can open? I also think maybe being able to have smaller chat groups you could have like in mmos where you have like global, guild, friend list, etc.

And to anyone that saw me yesterday, I had a lot of fun stacking and running around on each other lol
I would love to see some mini games or obstacle courses added that use the fact you can stand on each other and literally carry other gaians around. Its surprisingly entertaining~

Edit: Oh my gosh, Your's suggestion of adding pools would be so fun! I loved that in towns

Yea I could probably add a pool! I have a new not yet used section for something like that about to go live tbh. But I might have other plans for that section. But a pool seems cool!

Hmmmm, you tried clicking on the left-hand side of it too? Without an ipad personally to test/check stuff I'm not sure the cause. Afaik on mobile chat was working, hmmmmm. Not sure for now >,< sorry!

Hi, I have a random suggestion that I think would be great.

I think Developers, Admins, Artists, Mods, etc should have coloured names and text when appearing in the chat log.
That way users can easily spot what they said in chat. Instead of just having white text for a name and for what they say.
