Commas in trade gold amounts? Just a small change...

...but it can really help people who use trades a lot, especially those who thrive on the Exhange.
The idea came from a post I made on another person's thread about trade confirmations, and somebody thought it was a good idea.
Hence this thread. >w<

What I'd like to see is commas added in the gold amount in the trade window, just like how it's shown in our header.
Because 87,429,871 is much easier to read than 87429871.
And it'd also help prevent scamming since the person would know instantly just how much is being traded to them.

So what do you think?

oh gawd yes! Especially for me because I have mild dyslexia and that can be really hard to read sometimes.

i remember one time, I accedently sold an item worth almost 2oK and i sold it for about 2K because of the lack of commas.

I'd certainly love to see this happen. Though I put in 'invisible' commons when typing in the gold amount, it gets a bit annoying x.x

Plus...Even after double checking the price I had traded my lovely Kitten Star for way less than what was because a zero was missing and I didn't realize it emo -goes hide in the corner of shame-

This would be incredibly nice. I'm in the Art forums a LOT and the b/C and we all use trades CONSTANTLY and usually for large amounts. It's so tedious to go through and try and double check about a million times to make sure you're getting paid/paying someone the RIGHT amount. Commas would make life so much easier.

I keep using my thumbnail in place of the comma because I can't tell how much I'm trading. gonk

I put commas in first, type in 100,000 then once I know it's right, I delete the comma and accept/send. It would be easier to read as the trade is sent from the other end of the trade, and it would be easier to read. I don't know if any major coding would be involved, but I doubt it. Doesn't the marketplace show item gold amounts with commas?

They should include this whenever they get around to updating the trade system. It's such an aggravation trying to figure out if the amount is correct, and commas are used everywhere else on the site for displaying gold amounts.

I always get concerned when I am trading.

I highlight the middle three "0"s as a way to tell if I am really getting the correct amount, but I still don't trust myself to be accurate 100% of the time. xD

This would also foil scammers who use the visual deception to their advantage.
