There has been alot of people getting hack/scam for awhile now. There is warnings about the site, but it seems to go unheaded. My suggestion is make a movie about how to avoid hackers and scammers. I think it will be a big hit with the new Gaians since they will not loose there hard earn gold and items to cheaters. Also make it a quest so you have to view it.

It's just a thought.

But the more public service warnings available the dumber a person has to be to get scammed. True hacking is something you can only prevent by changing your passward often.

At one point in the movie, I would lol if the guy was like

"We've told you about 1000 times already not to give out your passwords, you noobs! If you can't understand this blatant warning in this documentary, then you must need some medical attention or something!"

I think there's actually a few movies like that on YouTube, but I don't know what the Admins would have to do to get permission to use it or not... Maybe they could have a contest for it??

I'm voting yes for this idea, but I agree with what has been said: true hacking can only be avoided by regulary changing your password. And then it can still happen!!

This is an amazing idea.

They could make it in the style of the fifties movies:

Joe Newb: "Oh no! I got a PM from a mod asking for my password! I'd better respond right away!"

Announcer: "Hold on there Joey! A REAL mod doesn't need your password to check your trade history!"

Considering how many warnings we already have...there are some truly stupid people on Gaia. Adding another warning will not help.

It would be a neat movie though, and probably some people would see it.

If the reason not to do something is because it wont get through to everyone, then we'd never do anything at all. If it got through to a few people then it would be a success.
