I am in need of Caretakers to help me keep track of these feisty Creatures andI need a Gardner as well.
You see I am the Owner and head Caretaker for the Bijoux but its alot for just one person to do.
So do you think your up for the job? You know helping me out here and in the Fields?

In need Full time Caretakers, Part time Caretakers, Guest Caretakers, and a Gardner.
Here is some information about what is expected of you and your compensations.

DO NOT STEAL THE LINES! Do not steal lines, the story,or anything else that has to do with this shop. The artists that helped me worked hard and I as well have worked hard to make this dream shop a reality for me. SO, Don't disrespect them by stealing their creative property.
Be Nice. I mean it. This is to be a friendly, welcoming place. Open to everyone so don't think just because you've been on Gaia for years and have more gold than everyone else, that you're the top dog. Be nice to everyone no matter how old or new they may be.
Don't beg for a pet, don't beg for a job, don't beg for donations Please. It's just rude and impolite
Don't Guilt trip anyone about anything, whether its about a job, a pet, or anything else you want. Just don't do it. It's not nice and spoils the fun for everyone else
2 free pets a month
Open Custom slots once a month, How many you take on is your call.
Open Breeding slots once a month, How many you take on is your call.
Have 4 premade pets ready. 2 Growing and 2 non-growing.
1 Auction per event.
Pets for each type of event game(this Includes Flatsale, Flaffle, Raffle, Free Raffle, & Freebies) change depending on the event size.
Participate in all mandatory events
Pay Out Standards:
Customs and Bribes = 100%
Breedings = 100%
Auction=100%
Equal cut of the raffle
95% from the total you make from the Flatsale & Flaffle
Perks: You get one custom for you/to give away and one breedings a month for yourself or to gift to a friend.
Part time:
1 free pet a month
Open Custom slots once a month.
Open breeding slots once a month.
Have 2 premades ready. One growing and one non-growing.
1 Auction pet
Pets for each type of event game(this Includes Flatsale, Flaffle, Raffle, Free Raffle, & Freebies) will change depending on the event size, but will be less than full time colorists.

To color when you want in any event of your choice.

No breeding/ customs allowed unless cleared by owner.
Payout:
Breeding and customs=80% -20% to shop
Auction=90%
Equal cut of the raffle
85% from the total you make from the Flatsale & Flaffle
Perks: 1 custom every 2 month.
(This is because your not always doing coloring, only when you want.) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ All Caretakers need a program that can open .PSD files.

Gardner (Certist):
Your job is to update the Owners list, cert pets for the shop, mingle with the guests and staff. You also get the privilege of dressing the mule from time to time.
You need to be active in the shop and let us know when you will be out.
Perks: 1 Custom pet per month from the colorist of your choice and 2000 gold per cert so keep track of how many you do.
Management: Managers are responsible for updating events, updating the shop, sorting and organizing the staff guild, overseeing conduct in thread, overseeing colorists and due dates, reminding staff of their work load and deadlines, overseeing RP conduct, help with event planning, Help with overseeing certists work/timeliness/quality, overseeing colorists quality of coloring on pets.
Perks: 1 free full custom to self or friend from colorists of choice a month and 1 free breeding for self or friend a month. 600k a month gold (until business picks up)
