TEMPLATIST FOUND!

Templatist Position - 1Million Gold payment

Here's the deal:
I'have unfinished templates that need doing and templates that do not match each other (some were done using "burn" others using "multiply" ). I can't template at all so I need help

There is no ending date. I will keep this open till I find someone suitable!

You need to be able to:
•Work in a timely manner
•Replicate an existing shading style
•Create add-ons with templates to match

What needs to be done:
•Ink and template elder lines elder lines need manes, tails, wings, horns and halo added
•Foal shading to match adult
•Foal eyes easier to color
•Teen templates to match adult
•Teen eyes cleaned up
•Teen male demon wings completed (currently cut off at top)
•Teen male unicorn tail extended (currently cut off at side)
•Adult pupils separated from main lines
•Templates must have same style as current adult templates

A few Musts:
•Must be delivered in .PSD format.
•Must be done in a timely manner. I've waited over 7 months for these lines and patience is starting to get a little thin.
•I want updates for how you are going and anything that will delay delivery.
•Must be done in reverse growing order: elders - adults - teens - foals
•You must be able to download .PSD format from sendspace.com

Hiring process.
1. Show examples of your work, include inking, editing and templating (specially wings and manes/tails)
Give me an idea of how long it will take you to do the required templating. (don't quote a really short time unless you CAN stick to it)

2. Download the Male adult template from sendspace.com and edit in a set of butterfly wings, a mane and a tail to match the current template. Show this to me in png format, if I like it, then I may ask for the .psd format to be emailed to me for me to look at closely.

If at this point I really like your work and just as important; we get along, then I will set up trade for the 1 million and close the hiring. I will email you all the templates as we received them in .PSD format and the elder full size sketches.
The trade will not be accepted until I receive all templates from you and your templates will not be used in the shop until that point.


Staying on staff
If you wish to stay in the shop as a line-editor and item/edit creator, you are welcome to.
You will be listed as a guest colorist (this just means that if you do not wish to or are unable to open custom slots or do flatsale colorings, then it's no big deal. You also do not have mule access)
You will be allowed to open custom slots once a month as well as work on items for a future item shop.
Also if you wish to add extra wings, horns, tails, manes to the current templates, you are able to as long as you pass the new templates back to be to be passed to other colorists.
Payment for new templates is as follows: After all colorists have the new template, we hold an auction to announce it, all proceeds from that goes right to you.

Colorist Positions

I am looking for at least two full time colorist and one part-time colorist as well.

Full time colorists HAVE to be able to do at least 2 fully growing unisi for flatsale, at least 2 custom slots and 1 breeding slot every month. I also expect thread activity from you.

Part time colorists can color fully growing unisi as they wish, (I will use them as I deem needed), they can open no more than 2 breeding or custom slots every month.

In both cases, you will be asked to email me your png files for me to cert.
You get your first fully growing custom from the shop free, one of your customs can "auto-elder" and any further customs can be bought for 50% regular price.

To apply, download the adult male template from sendspace.com and color him a few times so I can see your skills on him. You can edit if you wish.
Also provide other examples of your coloring and links to other b/c shops you have/are working for.

RP Manager Position

I need an RP manager to keep track of journals, RPs done by other customers and to work on the metaplot.

You need to be an active RPer and able to follow a rough storyline for the metaplot.

As staff, you will get one free custom, one "auto-elder" and other customs can be bought for 50% regular price.
Payment is 10k every month (paid on first of month for previous month)

You can do this as a journal entry or an RP experience.
There is no word limit but please do your font as regular size so that it is easy to ready.
Bonus points for information found in the shop being used as well as correct grammar and spelling.

I've never worked in another shop and I have to admit my coloring skills are limited to fairly simple designs. I don't have a tablet, and aren't really good at drawing even with a pencil, so I won't be able to do any items or complicated colorings. If you want to hire me, I'll take part- or full-time, which ever you would rather I be in.

EDIT: I think actually that I will apply for the part-time colorist spot only. I don't have the skills needed to do breedings and customs just yet and do not want people to spend their gold and then be disappointed.
