Other : Face is totally off, and I need help with the nose hur. The arm looks awkward too.
I'm sorry to be explaining this rather than showing you via a Redline, but I'm currently away from my art station. XD
In any case, I suggest drawing out the entire figure before cropping the image. In that way, it becomes easier to spot out a mistake like an unreasonable length of the radius and or ulna. Same with the legs and torso. Our psyche has been conditioned to see the human body as a whole, therefore when you're at the beginning stages of a sketch, it would be helpful to draw rough outlines of the different body parts in units (ie, upper arm, lower arm, hand, etc). Like Hello Santa mentioned, lines can really help you, particularly with perspective. Something else that may be helpful is drawing in props. For example, if the pose to meant to be a sitting pose (or a derivative), then try drawing a few lines for a chair mimic and decide whether everything looks proper. All of this prep should be done before adding clothes.
As for the face, the chin indicates that he is facing a little bit to our right and the eyes indicate downwards. In that sense, the nose shouldn't be so rigid, or straight, as if out of the page directly. You should tilt it to the right a bit, and as Santa mentioned, no nostrils would be seen. I'd also like to point out some other things that might be helpful: Going by the direction of his face, his right eye should also be a bit bigger than his left, due to perspective. Likewise, his mouth may be placed slightly up and to the right (it's very good that you tried to do this properly by centering the nostrils with the line of symmetry for the mouth).
Hope this helps. (:
