Also, if you wanted to include the sketch of the drawing as well, you can. It's not limited to one ref per request (as long as the drawings are the same) and it may even be better as the mentors might prefer a sketchier version to redline over. ^u^d

Thank you all so much for your advice. It's really nice to see different artists opinions on the matter, too. I'll definitely make sure to stay away from tracing ever and I think I will undoubtedly be influenced by my favourite artists, but I'll know where to draw the line. Especially between straight out copying and just gaining influence from. Thanks!
