I cannot express how much I loathe lining and certs, and that I force myself to do them anyway lol! I'm actually not doing grams this month like I wanted to, just to give myself a break. *SIGH* But yeah man, lining takes ages for me. I'll manage, gotta learn how to expedite that. =u=a

Are you looking for just templates of a basic standard body plan, after which you'll hire artists to do the hair/clothes/edits? 'Coz that'll probably be easier to hire for than an artist that does both- the templates and the full time work for the shop!

If it's just the former, then... Mist has a wealth of old templates she's stopped using, so I wonder if someone might be able to convince her to sell those to them? >O

And ya, I know what you mean about doing lineart @A@ Lineart is suffering. Tbh I like styles where you just color under the sketch anyways. Even if the sketch isn't clean. Remember .exe? That was a B/C whose lines AND shading were more sketch than not and everyone majorly digged it ovo

Yeah I don't even line in the traditional sense, I use my sketch brush to quickly go over it for more definition, and color beneath the lines. Sometimes it works, sometimes it infuriates me lol!

I usually go to onanox to help me with lining, since I just... get too frustrated with it myself. 8E when doodling, I can't even do the sketching step itself. Just go right in and line straight away.

Aah I just gotta get my inspiration to write back. I kind of swapped off with drawing, so I'm riding that out as much as I can. vuv I lahv them both though and definitely need to do more stuff there with you. And here. >u>

My problem with lining is I LOVE details, but I tend to simplify my art so I don't have to line said details. >A> I also like to do everything in one go (sketching, lining, coloring - all finished in one sitting), and I need to work on that.

I like to ink. What takes for-friggin-ever is color templates. XDD Flats, shades, highlights. It seems to draaaag, I don't know why. Even the smallest templates balloon out when I'm doing the layers for them. But once it's done, I don't usually have to fuss over them again.
