the shading of her cheeks by her nose should be a bit lighter i think
and her jaw line a bit higher up but it's lookin reaaallly hot so far vwv

• well ... i feel like my app is declined though ^^;;;;
  i'm not so comfortable with recruit system here as they don't say if i'm declined or still in consideration.

Uhh well looking at the 2 images together, yours has more of a square jaw and the bridge of the nose is a tad thicker. Maybe that's it? oh and your shading on the chin makes it look like it's caved it. ; u;

rotate the head a little bit.
the left eye is off.
our left.

edit:
the only thing making the head look so wide is the fact that the ear isn't on it yet.
