EVENT INFORMATION 
Summer is here, and that clearly means...PIE!
Rina has been baking her dubious pastries again, and no one is buying! Kanoko, being the master of failed capitalist enterprise that she is, comes up with the idea to get rid of them in a pie-eating contest! Rina's eyes light up at the idea of gorging Gaia's beloved citizens on her questionable edibles.
Many of Gaia's beloved NPCs have come forward to parttake in a pie-eating tournament!
Eliminations have taken place and only six contestants remain!
Pick your favorite contestant and cheer for them with all your might to encourage them to stuff their faces. Boo their rivals to hinder their pie-eating prowess!
HOW TO...?
From the event page, you can see the stats of the NPCs participating in the event. The more pie you feed them, the more their bars fill and the higher level they will be.
On the right hand side, you'll see your own stats, including the level and amount of pie fed to your top three NPCs that you have graced Rina's cooking on.
You'll also see a "stamp" card that will record the amount of pies you have bought. Fill this card up entirely to obtain one of the five event items available!
You can purchase pie by the slice for 100 gold or an entire pie for 500 gold.
Each whole pie purchased will fill in one "stamp" on your stamp card. You will need to purchase six slices of pie to fill in one "stamp".
There are 25 stamps to be filled per stamp card. At 500 gold per stamp, you can expect to need 12,500 gold per card filled.
There are 2 items to be won from filling your stamp cards, so this event will ultimately cost 62,500 gold for the full set. Now that's a gold sink!
Types of pies will be rotated out regularly, so make sure you keep participating in the event if you're going for the achievements!
HOW TO PART TWO
In order to cheer your chosen contestant on or boo their rivals, you'll need POINTS!
How do you earn points? By pieing members of rival teams in the Event Forum! You will be equipped with a dessert arsenal with which to launch at other users in the forums. Each user you pie in the face will earn you a point you can use to Cheer or Boo contestants in the running.
You can also earn pies and points by posting in the event forum!
There are event items to collect, and each team has different items!
When you pick your team, you will be awarded Face Paint in team specific colors. After 20 and 200 cheers for your team respectively, you will be awarded the Pennant and the Shirt.
In addition, while you're busy cheering or booing for different teams, you may see a picture of a Gaia NPC pop up in the upper left hand corner of the event page. Clicking on it will award a very special Alchemy ingredient you can use to transmute an exclusive Pie Hard alchemy equippable item!
These NPCs appear at random and there is no special rhyme or reason to when they will show up. You'll just have to keep your eyes peeled and fingers crossed!

Pie Pusher - Awarded to Gaians who give pies to 10 different contestants.
Pie Trafficker - Awarded to Gaians who give pies to 20 different contestants.
Pie Scarface - Awarded to Gains who give pies to 30 different contestants.
Pie for All - Awarded to Gaians who have given pies to all NPCs.
Pie Feeder - Awarded to Gaians who give the same contestant 10 pies.
Pie Enabler - Awarded to Gaians who give the same contestant 20 pies.
Pie Hoarder by Proxy - Awarded to Gaians who give the same contestant 30 pies.
Pieversity - Awarded to Gaians who give out at least one of every single type of pie.
Way Too Many Pies - Given to those rare souls with the insane pie stamina to give away 1,000 pies. 
Heckler - "Boooooo! Booooooooooooo!"
Piecatcher - Awarded to Pie Hard players who get hit with 200 pies.
