My roommate's family breeds show standard Japanese Akitas and it becomes standard to label and mark any photos of the litter or potential b***h or stud to be sold. It's so people cannot steal the photos and use them for their own gain.

As far as I see it, if anyone thinks there is foul play going on in the thread why not ask the owner of the photo themselves and not pass around paranoid accusations on the matter? If anyone were to take the time to search the username you would find the topics with the sire, dam, and the puppies with the kennel name they are registered under.

Eh, as one of the rules to the contest is not to use any internet images or pictures that are not theirs it seemed like a red flag was about to rise on the issue and I wanted to put a stop to it before anyone started suspecting anything.

Misty crawled under the blankets with me when she was a kitten, and I thought it was my blanket bunching up to I tried to "elbow it flat". It meowed -_-" Misty doesn't go under blankets anymore.

For those who were concerned about the "stock" picture in the contest, I was thinking of it too, the water mark seems a little suspicious at first but I am sure that Lady Borealis does actually own the pup and that the picture was taken at the kennel. It's hard to judge pictures sometimes but maybe next time, I'll be more strict with the picture rules.
