I felt your hands caress my skin
I stared at eyes I could get lost in
Few words had needed to be said
Once the sheets enveloped heads
I wouldn't complain if I saw you tonight
To feel alive and a little less dead
Could be the sign of a time of rebirth
Or chaos energy battering the earth
Could you be foe or you be friend
I could care less, we lay again
I stroke your neck, and you my hair
Save for perspiring, we lay bare
A kiss goodbye, our fingers slide
We stare into each others eyes
Maybe I'll get to see you tonight
Maybe again we'll reunite
